We are opening a coffee shop here in Palm Springs. Was referred to Canyon Copy by a local business. Went in on a Friday and ordered my sign and it was hung up on our building that next Thursday. Jack is the owner and has great customer service and you tell him what you want he does it. Also great prices beats anyone that we have gotten a quote from. He is also doing a mural for us. Its not up yet but cant wait. His company does so much more. great work friendly and best of all great prices. Thanks Canyon Copy you are all awesome.

I have been working with Ken and Canyon Copy and Print for a few years now. You couldnt ask for a more professional, helpful, and on top of it group of people to do business with. It has taken a long time to find this level of service and quality here in the desert. We are so happy to be working with this wonderful business. Excellent pricing, always fast and fair. You guy are the best!

I am a 57 year old recently disabled man who decided to get my medical records printed so I could see them. I spent nine weeks in a coma so my medical records are quite extensive and come from three different hospitals. One hospital would only give them to me on a CD because the it was 2100 sheets total. So I went to the canyon printing in Cathedral City and met a very nice young man there who told me he could do the copies for around $125 normally they would be $0.11 a copy but because I was getting so many he was going to take care of me. Before he started printing them I asked him if he could put them into like binders or folders as three individual files like they were unloaded on the desk so I can keep them separate. He said I should talk to Ken at the Palm Springs store because they have the ability to do that. So I think them and headed to Palm Springs. I walked into the Palm Springs store and ask for Ken who happened to be the person that greeted me. I again explain to Ken what I was looking for and what the gentleman in Cathedral City had told me and what I was trying to accomplish. Ken said that he could only do binders of 200 Pages at a time and I might want to do three hole punches and then go buy binders to put them in which sounded great to me. I then simply asked him if he would match the price that Cathedral City had told me and he asked me how much it was so I told him $125 and he told me that normally it should be $0.11 a sheet. He then proceeded to go to a back counter and get behind a computer screen and call the other store right in front of me and start to berate and talk down and explain to the guy at the other store that he made a mistake obviously can is the boss the other guy told me Ken was the bus so anyway I asked him for my disk back I asked him 3 or 4 times but he was so involved in that phone call that he must not have heard me because by the 4th time when I asked him I said hey can I have my disk back please and I said it very loudly and very forcefully and he must have taken offense because he came out there and says dude did I asked me if I wanted to fight? He then started walking aggressively towards me and my service dog started to growl at him then he told me to get the F out of his store he owned the place I was at you-know-what and all I told him was that he shouldnt berate the employees in front of customers and I heard his whole conversation. That may have been when he told me to get out dont come back which I wont and professed he was the owner. There was a time in my life when I probably would have taken him up on his offer of physical altercation but not now.***********************************************************UPDATE************************************************************So after the incident I went back to the Cathedral city store to apologize to the young gentleman that it helped me there because I thought I had caused him trouble. I ran into a man named Jack who also represented himself as one of the owners and ask me what had happened. He handled the situation very professionally and talked me down from the ledge so to speak. I told him my concerns and my issues and through talking with me I ended up having him print the copies for me. The next day, which would have been yesterday, I received an email from Ken with a very heartfelt apology and so I returned to the Palm Springs store to also apologize for anything I had done that contributed to our misunderstanding. I had thought about just deleting the first review entirely but then realized this is what really happens in life and everybody can recommend somebody when things go smooth and there are no problems as sometimes happens. But the real question about a business is how do they handle it when you as one of their consumers has an issue. In this area I clearly give both Jack and can five stars because we all have problems and issues the question is how do we face them and deal with them?

Ken was such a life saver! Im a designer based in Dallas working with a bride in Palm Springs. The day before the wedding we realized that her seating chart board was missing some people and we needed it reprinted immediately.Being in Dallas, I was 2 hours ahead and contacted Canyon before the shop was even open but got an immediate reply! He said he would be able to print this job ASAP and get it delivered right to the bride.Very friendly service, with quick turnaround, and the delivery option was amazing and unheard of. If I lived in Palm Springs, Im sure Id be using Canyon for all of my print jobs.

Mahalo to Ken, Tyler and the rest of the staff at Canyon Print and Copy. Our family recently suffered a loss and they created a beautiful, custom Prayer Card for our departed family member. They accommodated our schedule and made our experience easy and pleasant despite living out of State. Thank you again Canyon Print and Copy.
