I added a second line to my Verizon plan, ordered the new iPhone 11 online, and then went into the Verizon store on Ramon in Palm Springs the next day topick it up. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a mobile phone store!Adrian was extremely helpful! He put the scratch-resistant glass on my phone for me, as well as the case and the popsocket. He also got me signed in properly and installed a Verizon spam filter app for me.Could I have done all this myself? Maybe. But he made it quick and easy and I know it was all done correctly.I would go back to this Verizon store anytime!

Five stars for Jesse. In a time when so many people especially young people don’t seem to know what customer service means, I get lucky enough to have Jesse wait on me. This man was knowledgeable, happy and genuinely cared that I get what I needed. Not once was he put off by my questions or my ignorance of cell phones. I own a business with 16 employees and know the importance of knowing how an employee is performing. And another refreshing detail about Jesse’s skills is that when he wasn’t sure on something he asked someone else. He is a problem solver and wants to conquer the issue. I’d say he’s the best of the best and I’d hire him in a heartbeat. He is better 5 stars. Thank you Verizon for having employees like Jesse!

Ricky is an excellent representative of Verizon. He explained everything about the two devices I purchased extremely thoroughly. And then he answered all my questions even though some had all ready been explained. He also reviewed very well so I will leave here completely satisfied. But what I really liked about him is that he is not a high pressure salesman; he provided clearly all the facts and let me make up my own mind. Working with him was a terrific experience!

The associate who helped me in the store was Garrett. He was terrific. Very good with explanations & very respectful of my needs. I drove to this store from La Quinta (half hour+) because I refuse to do business with the Verizon store on Adams St in La Quinta. The sales person in La Quinta caused me terrible issues with my phone this last January. When I went back for help, he wouldnt help me. I then waited 40 more minutes for the manager to come from the back office to talk with me but she never did! It was deplorable customer service!Working with Garrett in the Cathedral City store was a great experience !

I have been doing business with this group for several years and each and EVERY time I have been, in they have been professional and wonderful no matter how busy they are. Went here about a month ago with my sister to look at getting a new phone and provider. It was really just supposed to be a quick look and the place was packed. Barely had to wait though and Javious was so super helpful! He went over different phones and options. They had a great deal of buy one get one for the iphone 11 and that is what we got! I have never had an iphone before and I cannot say enough how awesome he was in setting up my phone and transferring my contacts! I highly recommend them!!!

I made a selection based on what Kevin told me would be the best fit for my use and I have to say, I am very happy with his recommendations.Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and a real pleasure to work with on such a daunting experience as buying a new phone. Not really a verizon store, ( I didnt realize I hadnt finished this, FB does things their own way. ) I visited this store after spending a long time on phone, with Samsung, & Verizon. So why is it I can walk into a Verizon store and get my problems solved in Literally minutes. It seems the smaller independent stores care more about customers and solving issues, than the so-called IT special ists who are limited, in their knowledge and ability to communicate effectively and clearly 🤔. I will continue to go to Ramon Road store for my cellphone needs.❤🤍💙💦

We needed to upgrade our phones so I called GoWireless and spoke to Emmanuel Ayala. He was extremely professional on the phone so we made an appointment with him. He spent about 2 hours with us helping us with the data transfer, showing us all of the accessories and getting both of our new phones set up. He was a true professional and would highly recommend him!

I walked in with my grandparents, ready to translate for them, since they did not speak English, and Gustavo was ready to attend us and he was very helpful by speaking Spanish to us! With that, he helped us update their plan, and he was able to save them some money even with purchasing a new phone. He was very specific in explaining all the details of the new plan and the changes in the bill. He saved my grandparents a lot of hassle! They wont need me as a translator anymore, Gustavo is great, he knows his stuff!

Cameron was great to work with. I got there right as they opened and he gracefully walked me through the painful lesson of replacing the phone i destroyed in the hot tub....ugh. Yes, we talked about the rice trick, etc., but the phone was dead. He managed to save most everything, get me up and running with the new S8 and transferred all my stuff over. He even went to my car to setup my Parrot blue tooth hands free device. Great store. Great help.

Id been thinking about getting a new iPhone for a while and kept putting it off, but then my old phone died. I needed a new one and had done some research, but I mistakenly thought my old phone had more storage than it had. Thus, I thought Id wanted w/256GB worth of storage in my new one, but Cameron, the manager, who was my salesperson, walked me through how 128GB would probably fulfill my needs - which would mean a lesser sale for him. Then, it turned out, they didnt have the color I wanted, so he drove to a nearby store and brought back the one I wanted. He was friendly without being obsequious, helpful without being condescending, eager to make a sale without being pushy. The other salespeople as well, from the conversations I overheard, carried out their transactions in that same spirit. I ended up buying my OtterBox from them, rather than from Amazon, just to give them a little extra business. Im old and grouchy and generally a complainer - but the only thing I can complain about here was that it left me with nothing to complain about.

I purchased a phone and insurance from this company. Had the worst experience with this company. Bad customer service and have less pushy sales people at used car lots. They do not care about the customers at all only about making sales. They also lie. Was there told when I purchased this insurance that it covers the glass. What they fail to tell you is it covers the little protective glass they put on your phone. Not your phone at all. They basically sell you an after market insurance that covers protection for a piece of glass not your phone. Buyers be aware. Scam artists was also told that if the glass breaks its free to get repaired. It’s not there is a copay. I was also told that they would send someone out to me to fix it. But tried to make a claim and found that I will have to mail it out and wait. Was lied to by this company to make sales at the customers expense avoid at all costs

There are always lines and very long wait times. Dont go to this store if you are on a time schedule. You will not get in and out in a timely manner.When you walk in the store you will see a very large seating area, you will sign in, sit down and wait a half hour or more before being seen. Dont bother if you have a simple problem or a quick question, unless you bring a cup of coffee and/or bring something to eat while you wait. Hopefully all of their stores are not this poorly organized or unprepared/understaffed to attend to a handful of customers.

I never had no problems as a Verizon customer and this store was the closest to me and wanted to buy a new phone.I went in at 6:05 signed in; meanwhile their were two guys on the floor helping two homeless people a total of five in store that I saw; So I waited until they left and to be called upon. Meanwhile the couple left 6:10 pm; then i waited to be called on, meanwhile they did not ask or give a jester of any means to acknowledge me; they just had a conversation between themselves >Jonathan and Justin

As always the customer service at GoWireless Palm Springs was outstanding. The issues with my device were complicated, but each employee I dealt with was professional, helpful and extremely courteous. They had to call on Verizon technical support, however, they worked it through and all issues were resolved.

Go wireless. Is the name of this place. Buyer beware. They are very low on inventory they will sell you what they have in stock which is junk. I bought Samsung A50. It malfunctioned several times so I brought it back for a Exchange. They had nothing in stock literally. So I had to get a refund .I paid with my Visa debit card. They insisted that they credit back my card. It has been 5 days and I have not received the money back in my account. Either theyre processor or they are holding my funds. I am beyond mad about this. My advice is to buy from a direct corporate Verizon store. They are not.
