Was going to repair a rock chip but decided that the glass had enough sand pitting the windshield needed replaced. Macs pricing was excellent and the mobile installer was friendly and efficient. Even went so far as to put the oil change sticker back on the new glass. Highly recommend these folks.

My son walked out of the house to go to work one morning and found all six of his windows shot out with a BB-gun - front, back, and all four sides. We called Macs and told the lady on the phone that we needed help as soon as possible because the car wasnt drivable. She not only came through for us, she was very sympathetic to what it feels like to be vandalized to that extent. The crew was nice, fast, and thorough. Id recommend them to anyone.

They changed my windshield back in feb. Their. Customer service was great. They are affordable. The technician was professional and fixed my windshield quickly.

Got prices from several glass companies in the area. Including the one that advertises quite often on tv and radio. They were the most expensive. Macs was not only the least expensive, they arrived on time, quickly did the job, left the area and auto spotless, and the work was outstanding. If you use Macs, you wont be disappointed.

Not a good experience, overall. The manager was too busy arguing to hear anything I said. If the job doesnt go perfect the very first time, good luck to you, with these people... (This review with be removed no doubt because Google and Yelp only keep reviews that fit their overall veiwpoint, and single out people like me who tell it like it is) - The lady on the phone really is the one I had problems with, she twists the things you say into something else, I only asked a question and suddently Im accusing them. Had to explain, sorry there wasnt once anything but a question about the work. Now this is all a big deal to her and I can tell shes all upset, but only because, when they put in the window regulator, she promised that they would come out and fix the window molding... That is the part in the door frame that the window slides into... Yet, I quote her That has nothing to do with the window - What? The part the window is actually touching and slides up and down in has Nothing to do with the window. Her statement. My car was vandalized in front of my house, so this has been a bad experience from the beginng. I even had to help them figure out why the window wasnt working right, because they had put the regulator in at an angle that was just a little to high. I tell them put it a couple cm down and, hey it works... The guys were cool, nothing on them, but the lady on the phone was too busy telling me (Im also a mechanic) about her unreal views on repair service. Bad experience, Im going back to the other place for glass service now. I even told her that I saw the guy on the phone noticing that the door was no longer flush with the frame, and she says Why would he point that out? Its your car. Perhaps just common courtesy? They werent happy because originally she promised me they would come out for free and then after that she hedged and now treated me like garbage only because I held her to her own agreement... WEAKNESS.

Just got our window done by Doug real professional guy had it done in 35 min good price way better than expensivelite wouldnt waist time on anyone else Macs were its at much appreciated thanks for the outstanding service

Horrible experience . I ordered my windshield online. When the technician came to my house he said he had wrong part I called the manager to rectify the situation instead of helping me he just told me its too bad you screwed up its your fault. I cant recommend them.

They answered their phone... no automated menus and they were knowledgeable and helpful. They even called me back when they said they would.
