Had a wonderful experience with Blue Steam Tile and Stone - Worked closely with Madelon to restore the patio we were working on. She was able to come out and really walk us through the process including the color decisions. Her knowledge and expertise allowed us to feel confident we were well guided and taken care of. Her team was professional and efficient, they even were able to come back after the process and help with furniture arrangement and touch ups. We will be using their team for the rest of the house and recommending to friends.

Nothing says satisfaction better than being a repeat customer! I first used Blue Steam Tile & Restoration in 2016 based upon recommendations by some of my neighbors. My tile floors looked fantastic, like new after the service. I used them again recently and the technician John remembered being in my home the first time and did just as good a job this time around. He and his partner Eddie were great. They gave me some good tips about how to best keep my tile flooring looking clean and new. They were very professional, on time, friendly and cheerful. I will definitely continue to use Blue Steam for my tile flooring upkeep!

We had about 700 sq ft of Saltillo tile restored and sealed. It looks as good as new. It was fast efficient and the people who did the work really cared about the outcome. I have both done the myself and paid to have different companies do this. I finally found a company that knows how to work with Saltillo tiles. They used a good quality sealer and I am hopeful that it will lead to better appearance over time. This is by far the best service I have used for tile. They also steam cleaned the carpets so the whole house shines. Thanks

I hired Blue Steam and Peter the owner came over and gave a very fair estimate. He explained the process and how long it would take. HIs professional team of workers came over and did an amazing job of restoring this 30 yr old floor. The workers were very courteous and made sure of protecting all corners of your walls and furniture from hoses and cleaning machines. I am very pleased out the outcome and am having Pete and his staff come back and seal all my bathrooms and Kitchen tiles. I would recommend this company.

Unfortunately I have given this company three attempts to get my grout cleaning and repairing done properly and each time it gets worse. After emailing Roger with photographs showing it is still wrong he replied what would you like us to do, you picked the color Not exactly true. He had offered to send his guy around to take a sample of our grout to get it matched correctly. In fact the young man came over with a brochure/photograph samples which we have since been told should never be used, and between us we agreed that a particular sample was closest to our color. However, on talking with other grout experts they say it will never match, only use those if you are doing a whole new grout job!I would caution you before you chose this company to do your tile/grout repairs. Judge for yourselves. Even though the owner of this company has since tried to mislead you on what was agreed, remember this was the third attempt at making it right. I had nothing to do with color section the first two attempts and only agreed with the young man on the third attempt as the photograph looked like what we had. Again, I am told by several professionals that photograph examples should not be used and that the chance of getting the correct color match was night on impossible using Blue Steams Methods....

Everyone I worked with from the first reservation, to the work and workers, were very professional and helpful. My tile really looks great. I will use them whenever I have the need for tile or concrete restoration.

I recently bought a house with multiple restoration needs. I even had some projects that I feared couldn’t be restored. I called Blue Steam and have been impressed with every project they have tackled. My marble and tile look new again, including the marble shower that I feared was a hopeless situation. They go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy. I will only use Blue Steam for all my restoration needs.

They cleaned and sealed our Saltillo tile floor in our hallway, kitchen and front porch. They got out all black marks off the front porch. They were able to get out all the calcium deposits in ypthe kitchen where the dishwasher leaked. I am so pleased. I will definitely call them again!

They did a good job cleaning our concrete walkway and driveway. However, it did result in a few small chips to the surface.

Our company was in dire need of getting our cement floors cleaned after years of grease buildup, tire marks, and staining. We received multiple quotes from multiple companies. Blue steams quote was slightly higher than most of the quotes received, but extremely fair price.All of the companies I contacted who came in person for the quote looked at our floor and did not guarantee they could remove stains and refractory off out floor. Blue Steam came for a quote, and even cleaned small spots on the worst areas of the floor to give me a visual sample along with the quote.Blue Steam Tile cleaning impressed me during a free quote and guaranteed me a great result, I did not get any maybe answers. When the service was performed the company owner and myself along with other staff were extremely impressed. I am not sure how they pulled it off, but they did an amazing job!!!I would post before and after pictures, but photography is prohibited. I 100% recommend this company and we will be calling them back in a year or two when its time for another deep clean!Thank you gentlemen!

Our 20 year old stamped concrete floor has been spotlessly cleaned and brought back to life. Major props to Peter and John and all the workers. We had one minor hiccup that was quickly resolved. No muss, no fuss cleaning.

Blue Steam was one of 3 companies I asked for estimates to handle cleaning my stone floors. I chose them because they were very clear about what they were going to do, had been highly recommended by two friends who used them in the past and were 1/3 cheaper than the most expensive service (but not the cheapest estimate). I was not disappointed. They showed up on time, did what they promised, where careful in my house and the job they did was spectacular.

This company was by far the most efficient company. They are well priced and they do incredible work they saved me so much money not having to replace my floor. I highly recommend them to all.

Blue Steam did an amazing job with my carpet and tile. The techs were awesome, and the end product was better than any other company I have used. WOW! How refreshing it is to experience working with a company which follows through with every promise made. The work crews showed up every time as scheduled; did exactly what was necessary to restore & polish the satillo tiles in our home & in the exterior patio areas, as well. Both management and staff were extremely professional, and hard-working. And not only did they perform excellent work, they cleaned up and left the home in perfect condition at the end of each work day. I have lived in the desert for nearly 20 years, and the brutal summer weather conditions take a toll on the tiles, particularly outside. As a result, I have used several other well known companies over the years, hoping for restoration and beautification which would last for years. Until I found Blue Steam, I was always disappointed.
