Horrible place. Worst place to get help. People do nothing but lie and are clueless on their own policies. They tell you that you need to do x things then when you do x things that they messed up so you have to do more. Its always a new story with them.

Every person you talk to and every time you call you get told something different. They know they can lie and treat you badly because they know you need their help. Im still fighting them to get my funding renewed from over a month ago and it expires today!Worst customer service I have ever felt with in my life. Horrible place but a necessary evil with their funding to survive.

I completed my renewal application online as recommended by their staff about 1 month ago. I still haven’t received the certificates back yet or a phone call for that matter. I call every day and they claim they will email a manager. School starts next week and i don’t know what to do. This has never happened to me before. I can’t go to work yet until I have child care. How will I be able to pay rent? They do not care at all. I am at my wits end and don’t know what to do. I went into 2 locations only for them to turn me around. This never used to happen to me when it was called family central. Worst experience I’ve ever been through.

Horrible place. Never get calls back and keep getting the run round when I call. Terrible people that work there

Five stars... for now. Helped me when I was aggravated with a mistake made by the phone room services. They still saw me and made sure I got take care of.

This is to help families get assistance with child care for children! They don’t even notify you when you need to update your application they just remove you off the Waiting list and you have to complete it all over again your back to step one when you been on the waiting list for more then 8months ! Worst experience this is no help!

These people are such liars everyone tell you something different just keep wasting your time

This is the worst experience ever they can email us when we are rejected less than a day but to get approve takes damn near 6 months to a year
