My tooth broken but my regular dentist had no open spot till next 10 day. I called Palm Spring Dentistry to scheduled my first appt. The operator told me to call my insurance and hang up on me without even saying goodbye. My dentist never asked me these question. They checked online for me on my first visit. Feel stupid and reluctant to call and asked for info. Better wait and go back to my dentist.

I have been a patient of Dr Guzak for 15 years. He is a good dentist. But I have to say you are seated in a treatment chair and often and it is a long wait until you see the doctor.

Probably had the best teeth cleaning I’ve ever had. I was in excellent hands and only want her to clean to my teeth going forward. Left feeling like I had cleaner teeth than anyone in this town! And most likely so! She taught me a few things so that I can better floss these babies. Hands down - a great experience. Just was there yesterday for my 6 month cleaning again and AGAIN, it was one of the best cleanings Ive had. I dont give out false news just to be kind.. I like to think that I speak factual and THIS is FACT that its a thorough cleaning.

Superb! The first office to answer the phone for an emergency appointment in the morning and they got me in with the dentist within an hour. Incredibly friendly and experienced team along with a dentist who gave me all my options very clearly and honestly. I cannot fault the way they got me out of pain and patched up so quickly. Had a major toothache, no dentist would see me due to Covid-19, which is understandable, but I was able to schedule an appointment right away and saw them the next day. When I visited the dental assistant and dentist were very respectful and treated me with care. Now I no longer have tooth pain and I have this place to thank!

Where do I start about how much I love this place? Greeted immediately upon entry? Check. Super-friendly staff that actually means it when they ask how I am? Check. Dental hygienist who asks me questions before we begin (any new meds, how is my health, etc.) Check. Truth is, my hygienist, Steve, is incredibly proficient AND friendly; how could I ask for more? When I have billing questions,, or any question, Peta and Blanca couldnt be nicer or more informed. Did I mention I also love Dr. Scott Shepherd, who is super-patient and NEVER rushes me during consultation? Run, dont walk, to this miracle practice.

I saw Scott and his team for an emergency crown repair. I was a first time patient. They managed to get me in right away without an appointment. The entire staff from the receptionist, to the dental assistant, to Dr. Shepherd were uniformly friendly, kind, competent and professional. Contrary to other posted opinions I found the prices to be quite reasonable and very competitive. Thanks again for a great job folks!

Ive been going to Dr. Guzak for over 20 years now. His mannerisms are what has kept me as a client. His office manager Sara is wonderful and extremely knowledgeable! Who Ive really connected with though is his assistant, Stephanie. I am the biggest baby with Dentist induced anxiety. She moves slow with me and communicates well with what is going on. She is a gem!

Let me begin by saying that I am one of those people that need to have my teeth cleaned every 3 months (tartar build-up). And I let it lapse when I was on the East Coast until I moved to Palm Springs. Im just going to knock it out of the way: I saw a few complaints on Yelp about the prices. This is what Im used to paying in the DC Metro area. It may not be cheap. But it IS an investment in myself. Peta was great getting me in when I initially had to cancel. Francisco was great with taking a couple extra x-rays (even I could see that the ones they received were blurry. And no, I did not get charged for that. I saw Dr. Enright, who introduced to a couple new products that Ill integrate into my brushing routine. And there an action plan for my mouth. They remind me of the dental practice that I had back in DC: thorough, professional & great Customer Service. Steven did an incredible job of cleaning my teeth. I dont have dental insurance, but Ill be back in a couple of months for a deep cleaning. So Ill be back to being proactive in my routine.

So far, so good. Havent had any work done yet, but was very impressed with Dr. Shepherd and his team in explaining the procedures I will need to have done and answering my questions and concerns. Office appears to have state of the art equipment. Will be having 2 crowns done soon, so will update review after completion.

I have never had any problems with the work Dr. Guzak has done and the fees for his services have always been fair and reasonable. I just moved to Palm Springs and needed a dentist. On the recommendation of my neighbor I scheduled an appointment at Dr. Shepards office and was happy I did. I was impressed from the time I entered a clean office and encountered a smiling friendly receptionist. I waited only a few minutes before my X-rays. The person taking my X-rays was very professional and cheerful. Then I had my consultation with Dr. Shephard and he was just wonderful. He went through all the X-rays and photos of my teeth on the computer screen in great detail. His explanation of what he saw and pointed out to me from X-rays was an education. I would highly recommend Dr.Shepard to anyone looking for a dentist. After, my consultation with Dr.Shepard I was escorted to a receptionist who scheduled my cleaning appointment. She was as friendly and cheerful as everyone else in the office. Overall I would give my experience at this dental office an A.

I visited Dr. Guzak to assess the source of my gum pain; he asked pertinent questions, answered mine, and modified my crown for no additional charge.

I responded to the advertising offering a special price for new patients and was very pleased with the service. Asia provided an excellent cleaning, took numerous digital x-rays and Dr. Guzak finished up with a complete exam to help relieve some tooth pain I was experiencing. The entire practice seems very friendly.

I do not like needles. That being said i also dont know why people go to the dentist needing work done that requires a needle get all in a panic. Nothing getting around that lil pinch at first. Thats also being said, Dr Gusak does an excellent job with both my broken bridge from another office. And my recent wisdom tooth removal. After that lil pinch and lil sting. I didnt feel a thing! And i mean nothing lol didnt even know the tooth was out. Ive had wisdoms removed at another place and Dr. Gusak procedure was betrer all around hands down.

I have to admit that I fear dental trips and put them off for too long! That being said, I went to my appointment at Dr. Guzaks office with the same fear, but those fears were quickly suppressed by the relaxed feel and friendly staff. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Dr. Guzak and his staff.

Dr. Guzak is a top notch dentist...I started seeing him approximately four years ago for some very complicated dental work caused by TMJ and other issues...actually, my entire bite was out of allignment and work had to be completed a section at s time...I highly recommend him for all dental work, including cosmetic procedures...I am constantly being complimented on my smile, and Dr. GUZAK gets the credit..Stacy, the office manager is a treasure and I see Gail for regular dental cleanings...would not go anywhere else!!!

First class from beginning to end! Receptionist, hygienist and dentist were all professional, interested, friendly and provided excellent care while I was there.

Just moved to PS a month ago and needed a badly cracked filling/decay fixed that Id put off far too long. Not only did he save me from a root canal, but he put up with my ridiculous cringing while I was in the chair. Very nice guy, and his staff are just lovely. Yes, you are going to notice some wear and tear on the office and equipment - let me tell you, I have been to those high end dentists who have the latest machines, and the care is no better. Go with experience, every time. (Oh I will ask that you use a bit more suction though, Doctor - I half felt like I was being waterboarded)

The whole staff is so friendly and welcoming. Steve is my hygienist and not only does he cleans my teeth wonderfully, he also has a great personality.

My wife Desley Poped a front top tooth veneer and needed attention ASAP .Called our usual dentist and they never called back after leaving several messages on their answer machine..Turned out they had closed for 10 day vacation and never altered answer machine to reflect that. Called Dr Guzaks office at 4pm and they said come over at 9.30 in the morning.Very professional and excellent work, and a little bit less than our regular dentist charges. We are not changing to Dr Guzak as a permanentdentist.
