I continue to be amazed by this wonderful group of caring people at Wiefels ! Hayley called this week to check on us and see how I was doing as my Dads memorial service was this week. They had coordinated everything with Bakersfield National Cemetery and arranged the military service with honors. I had to come from out of state to deal with a family death. The service I received was warm and caring. I felt comfortable leaving the arrangements with Hayli. I would recommend Wiefels to anyone. I was directed to them by folks that had used them previously.

I highly recommend Wiefels when the time comes that you need their services. They were friendly and helpful throughout the process. The caring attitudes from both Hayli and Elizabeth made a tough time much easier. They have a tough job to do and do it with professionalism and a caring heart. Afterwards they checked in to see how I was doing which was much appreciated.

Mark was very helpful, and very informative from the first phone call. He made things so easy, and it took some stress off such a difficult time. I was so overwhelmed. He walked me through everything I needed to be prepared to come in and make my Grandad’s arrangements.Once I arrived for my appointment, he was friendly and patient through the whole process. It honestly was a great experience for the unfortunate situation.About a week following, Elizabeth reached out to me just to check in on me. To let me know they were thinking of me, and offer any help I needed in the grieving process-also providing resources. She was kind, and sweet, and genuine. This truly meant a lot and was so helpful, in any loss I feel this is special, but especially when you’ve never experienced this before. They always had kind words, and actually have continued to reach out just to check in on my well being. I feel this is so important. I am so thankful, and would most definitely recommend them to be trusted with your loved ones care. Haylie was an angel! She was helpful in getting me through a process that I had no idea what to do. She checked in frequently and was always available to answer questions.

The staff @ Wiefels were so caring to our family. They were friendly, thorough, patient, and made a difficult time a bit easier. I recently had a loss of my roommate and good friend of 15 years. After several weeks in the hospital it was obvious he wasnt going to pull through his illness. Because of the Covid-19 virus I was unable to see him and spend his last days and hours with him. Communication about his end of life progression was over the phone with nurses and it was heart wrenching and somewhat traumatic. I had to take everything they said as factual but I still felt guilty about not being there and wasnt pleased with the phone updates I was receiving.After my roommates passing, the following day I received a phone call from Haley at Wiefels. She was so kind and compassionate and she said five little words to me that gave me comfort and peace. She said: Hes in our care now. I felt relieved he was being cared for and all his wishes were being respected.Everyone at Wiefels is professional and so helpful. They handled everything for me and communicated to me throughout the process.The wonderful people at Wiefels cared for my Mother in the late 90s and my Father in the early 2000s. Each time, my dealings with everyone was respectful and all my loved ones were treated and handled with dignity.I would recommend Wiefels to anyone who is concerned about the care of their loved ones and know that they are cared for in a professional and compassionate manner and that their end of life wishes will be met.Thank you to all the staff at Wiefels. This is not an easy job but you all do it so well.

My brother recently passed away in Southern California; I was unable to travel to be with him. It was a great relief to have people so compassionate, and kind-hearted to take him into their care and to help me with arrangements. I appreciate their professionalism, and their kindness so much.

Wiefels Mortuary was very sensitive, professional, and accommodating to our needs at this difficult time. We are from out of state and needed someone who could help us make appropriate arrangements in a very short timespan.

My mother passed away sept 9, lucky for me she had prearranged everything many years ago so i wouldn’t have to face all this at once. All i had to do is call Wiefels and let them know, i was assigned Hayli, she was amazing, very supportive, caring and considerate of my feelings and needs. I highly recommend wiefels to anyone in need of this service, my husband and i next year will be doing the same thing my mother did so that our children will not have so many decisions to make during such a stressful time. We will be using wiefels as my mom did! I also used wiefels 5 years ago when my dad passed, they made things super easy, my dad was a veteran and they handled the arrangement at the riverside national cemetery for me!
