I have a FedEx app on my phone for tracking and special instructions. I selected to have my package delivered at the side door. Special instruction: Do NOT deliver to the front door. So guess where the FedEx driver dropped the package? You can finish the story without me having to write it. There is no phone number to call FedEx Ground in North Palm Springs. If I call 1-800 all they tell me is that my package was delivered. Yes thank you that is helpful. I am not home and my package is sitting there for everyone to see. Why offer special instruction options if you arent going to read them?

Driver totally did not try to deliver my package. Left a note on my mailbox 200 yards away from my door and speed off as I tried to wave him down. Called the main office. they did nothing. Don’t send through this place they are garbage.

I have been having ongoing delivery issues with FedEx Ground. I get weekly, perishable food deliveries that are time and temperature sensitive. For the past 3 months, the FedEx Ground delivery driver makes no effort to deliver to my apartment complex. I work from home and have my phone with me at all times. I always inevitably get an Attempted Delivery, Customer Not Available or Business Closed. . Its over 110 degrees this time of year . I cant just have the package sent back to the warehouse and pick it up that evening. I have to wait and get it redirected to a FedEx center at Walgreens or Print Center. These are heavy boxes . No help from property management and there is no way to reach the FedEx Ground station to speak with someone there. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

The same delivery driver from the Palm Springs ca ground site never tries to deliver on the first attempt always puts that customer is not available even though I can clearly see the truck and driver

Just had a delivery and wanted to congratulate FedEx on the very nice man who delivers for them. I am elderly and had ordered the wrong thing from Amazon and he helped me return it. Thanks FedEx
