Stephan was very polite and helpful. I called up 90 minutes before closing and asked about screen repair for iPhone 7+. The price was great and he said it’s take about 20 minutes. I was there 30 minutes later and only took about 15 minutes to fix. He did also mention my vibration motor was broke and he could fix that as well so it wouldn’t rattle anymore.All in all, great experience and pleased with customer service 👍🏼

Listen, I’ve been using these guys now for several years. ANY issue I have with anything electronic I just bring it in and they fix it. My hard drive on my laptop went bad yesterday. I brought my laptop in this morning. Not only did they install a new hard drive for me but retrieved my data from my old hard drive. All done within 3 hours. And when it was time to pay, the cost was actually cheaper than what they quoted me which was awesome! They are always courteous with me, all who work there are very knowledgeable, and they are very honest and upfront about what they can and can’t do to help you which is greatly appreciated. I came in today to get my iPhone looked at as the speaker wasn’t working when I would make phone calls. Stephan greeted me at the door and took the time to figure out my concern. I was there for 10-15 minutes while he cleaned my phone. He taught me how to fix the problem if it came up again in the future. I was very pleased with how quickly the whole process was, how nice and clean the store was, and Stephan’s customer service. Also, while I was waiting, the other salesperson was very sweet with an older customer who had a concern about her devices. He also took the time to meet with her and try to help her understand what was wrong. Highly recommend this store for any phone or computer issues.

Last year I went to a place that put a cheap screen, gave me larger screws then what was originally on there and just did not do a good job you could tell it was a different screen and functions you should be able to do on I phone 7 would not work because of how the screen was raised. Update: Have changed my battery 3 times there. The battery would expand each time after 2 months. On the third time, I came back there to give them one more chance. It was fine after three days, until my phone started flashing and decided to turn off completely, going to black as soon as it starts up.. I called and they said it was my phones fault. So i went to a different store the next day, they removed my phone to see the problem, then had told me that the other place had forgotten to a small piece in my phone that had to be replaced with some sort of red. I have never been more disappointed.

This company is horrible and they are scamming people for money! I brought my lap top in for service, I explain the importance of the items on my computer (my whole real estate business for the last year). I paid the $15 diagnostic fee up front. I was told they would NOT touch the computer until they called me with the problem and I gave the approval. He said to call in 2 days for an update. I waited the weekend and called him this morning, said they hadn’t worked on it but I would hear by EOB. I told him to keep the $15 and not to touch my computer because I was going to take it elsewhere. I get to the store and they wouldn’t release my computer without first paying them $40! 😡😡 WITHOUT MY CONSENT THEY FACTORY RESET MY COMPUTER (which I could’ve done myself!!!) AND FORCED ME TO PAY THEM TO DO SO! DO NOT USE THEIR COMPUTER SERVICES WORST COMPANY EVER.. TRYING TO STEAL A BUCK ANY WAY THEY CAN!

The service here is excellent. Javier, the store manager helped me switch services, Im now saving $20 bucks a month from what metro charges. Unfortunately, my phone had some issues and its internet speed was super slow. Javier stayed and worked on the service connection to reslove the problem until everything worked, the guy was on the phone with this new carrier until 9:30... way passed closing time at the store. They have a new and very loyal customer, you will not get that type of service at Metro or At&t!!

I had my IPhone 6+ repaired here last week. They were very professional, the customer service was on point. Prices were unbeatable and they even gave me a free screen protector.

Ordered a laptop screen for $100. The representative told me one week or two. After those two weeks, he told me the screen would be getting here between the 8th-18th of June. He told me he had reordered the part. He couldnt give me a receipt or any confirmation email that had any kind of tracking number. Two & half months later, my screen still hasnt been received & I had to ask for my money back. Completely unprofessional.

I wouldnt even give this place 1 star but I had to I got my phone screen fixed last Saturday 10/20 and next two days it stopped working finally when I took it a week later theres a new guy yester I think I leave my phone come back in 15 mins he tells me the wire is loose its going to cost to fix I told him Saturday when I came the guy said you have 30 days anything wrong just bring it I must of not heard correctly or he said 3 days ? The he goes to the back and says its your home button come back again aND says its your wires to the motherboard comes back again and says your battery last but not least its the back of my phone and now there is so many things wrong with it and he can fix it for 65$ when I just paid 70$ he could of just put the wires back on the motherboard and handed me my phone instead he kept coming back problem after problem its like they just want your money like when you go for an oil change and then they tell you your brakes tires ac etc... I would not recommend this place to anyone go hear if you want to spend your money and the fix last for a week stay away
