Nick is the greatest of all time! Extremely nice and helpful. As a college student who was buying a brand new car by himself, I was extremely nervous and lost. Nick truly was fully transparent and guided me throughout the whole process. Truly recommend this dealership 10/10 !!

Found a 2019 Chevy Volt Premier on their website. I entered my 2017 Chevy Volt LT info to get a quote. Their website offered a trade in quote of $18.4k. I set up an appointment to go look at the car (100 mile round trip). Everything went well until we got to the trade in value of my car. Suddenly Im being offered $13k then $13.5k for my 2017 volt. Sales manager says he complained about the website making ridiculous trade in offers. Excuse me, but how is that the customers fault? They suggested I sell my car on Carvana or at Carmax. Im trying to buy a car from them and theyre ducking responsibility for their own websites offer on my trade in. I fully expected some variation in the trade in offer based upon visual inspection, but $5,000?! They dont call them Stealerships for nothing. I have a call into the general manager, hoping hell call me back. If they make it right, Ill remove this review, if not it stands.Talked to the general manager. He was willing to come up to $14.5k, but the bottom line, rather than stand up and do whats right, he hides behind policies and wont take responsibility for website!

I am 71 years yang and I serviced so many variety of cars in different dealerships. In Hyundai service department in Palm Springs California I was lucky to met service manager George Nassar. What a service performance by George!!! He went beyond everything I ever experienced in car service hospitality industry. He droved my car and I was on passenger seat next to him. Gorge found what was wrong with car in 2 minutes. He took my car to be serviced, found in 1 minute shuttle to take me home. When car was ready he personally called me and sand shuttle to bring me to his office where he explained everything they did with a car. Gorge Nassar really cares for his customers and that is difference that make you to be loyal to Hyundai dealership in Palm Springs and to be loyal to Hyundai in general. Thank you George.

I’ve been into Palm Springs Hyundai’s service department 3 times now and I figured I would right a review my experience. Every time I went in for service I was greeted nicely in the service drive by a friendly face. I had an appointment everytime, expect once and they were able too accommodate me luckily. I never had any issues after receiving my car, everytime it ran better than it was before the service was performed. Not only did they take care of everything I had ask them to do they did it very quickly and a were on point with the time frames they gave. Jena in service gave such awesome attention previously with my 2010 Sonata, that I decided to reach out again. David was amazing at finding the perfect fit for me. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership! I had tons of issues with the Hyundai in La Quinta, so I decided to give this Hyundai a call. They were able to get me into a loaner vehicle right away and were as nice as could be when I was telling them about all of my issues. They kept me in the loop the entire time they had my car and they took their time so they could get to the bottom of what was wrong with my car. They also made sure it was all covered under warranty! I am reposting my Yelp review here so people know what to expect when they receive service here, or at least, can weigh options based upon my experience.BEWARE! I had an issue with the a/c that had to be dealt with at the dealer. While they were working on that, they checked out my vehicle and told me that it needed all new brakes and rotors. They told me the rotors were so bad that they could not be turned, had to be replaced. Quoted me $800. Boyfriends son is a mechanic, he said, dont get them replaced at the dealer, Ill do it. I ordered a full set of brakes and rotors online.The old rotors were in PERFECT condition and the brakes still have half their life left on them. Palm Springs Hyundai tried to sell me on a costly repair that was totally unnecessary. We went ahead and changed everything out because I had already bought the parts. I cant believe professional mechanics at PS Hyundai would make such a mistake I can only assume therefore that this was a blatant rip-off attempt. (I kept the old rotors, if anyone wants to see them; I will try to take pics and post them here later.)There is a factory recall part-replacement that was supposed to take place yesterday or today. Service rep tells me the part, which was supposedly ordered on Tuesday as an overnight delivery (today is Friday) still hasnt arrived. More likely, they simply dont want to work on a Hyundai recall issue when they have big money to bleed from customers. I am beginning a cross-country trip in three days, which they know. But they obviously are not concerned about customer safety. STAY AWAY or lose a lot of money.

I made a Saturday 4pm appointment for my 2nd oil change on my 2021 Elantra Limited. When I arrived O asked a question regarding my left front brake and could they tighten my visor when loosened up. They did the oil change, adjusted my caliper and tightened the visor in only 30 minutes....on Saturday! Very well done!

Its an expensive option, it would have been nice to have had it taken care of by now.

I dropped my car off on Saturday and called to find out what the status was and no one was able to give me any information. The guy in charge of my car never responded. Spoke to the parts manager explained the situation and told him I was frustrated because it was a week and nothing. He did not cared I was talking my kids walking to school in this heat, also he said they havent checked my car, and there was no rental cars. What poor customer service. It is ridiculous. How would he feel if what he told me someone else would of told him too..

I brought both my Sonatas in for service a week apart. Because two of the auto bays were out of commission it took much longer to receive service. George snd Alyssa were very apologetic and gave me a loaner after the second visit. The car was there from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. I understood that delays were beyond their control. They both handled it well snd made me feel very valued having bought three Hyundai’s 2015, 2017 and 2020. A happy ending!

Amazing experience with Matt Valen. I was looking for a very specific car (G70, manual transmission) and had to go out of state to find it (Im in AZ). I was lucky enough to get paired up with Matt when I called Palm Springs Hyundai. Hes the type of professional people refer to when they say they dont make them like that anymore. He shot me straight from the get go, gave me very fair pricing on an already fairly priced car. Made the entire process smooth and easy. He even coached me through the various tax implications of buying out of state. He even offered to pick me up from the airport. When I pulled an audible and chose to have the car shipped instead he volunteered to coordinate the whole shipping process. That was AFTER I already purchased the car. There was no need for him to step up and go the extra mile. He already made the sale. He didnt stand to profit at all other than karma points. If you need a vehicle and youre looking at Palm Springs Hyundai, ask for Matt. Youll be able to tell within a minute of talking to him that hes a good guy doing good business.

Im in the market for a Kona. Texted back and forth with sales associate Peter Keroles. He lied to me, stating that most other dealers were marking up the price $5,000 because of the inventory shortage. I had already spoken with many other Hyundai dealers - NONE were marking up above MSRP. When I called him out on his lie, he proceeded to insult me. Avoid!

Having owed BMWs for a major portion of my adult life, I was skeptical that I would receive anywhere near the level of service and attention from a Hyundai dealership. Not only did they match it, they surpassed it with their friendly and efficient service. When my car had an issue, they sent the mechanic who was working on my vehicle out to me to let me know how he was working to find the issue and what he would do when he did. In all the time with BMW never has a mechanic come out to speak with me. KUDOS to this bunch!

Great service! They got me in immediately and checked my car and fixed the issue and I was ablexto get an oil change and car wash! I was very impressed by Eric and his excellent customer service he provided. I usually go to LaQuinta Hyundai for all my service needs. But lately I cant seem to get in. They didnt have time to check my car and was told I would have to wait until April 30th for an oil change thats almost 3weeks. I greatly appreciate PS Hyundai and it’s manager George’s customer service disciplines and leadership example, which influence his staff to be all 5 star customer service providers. George always leaves his office to see if any of his staff needs support. As well greets and attends to any customers he sees waiting. George as well double checks to see if customers may or may have not been greeted and efficiently has their needs expedited. This has been my usual experience and George, Eric, and Jenna and the rest of the service staff including the staff at cashier office never allow the customer service ball to drop. Like a dance It’s a very calm and pleasant customer service event to watch them all in action. I also greatly appreciate technician Ryan who took on my made for Hyundai Sonata electronic and lighting product installation. At first the install did not work, yet Ryan maintained a positive attitude and intelligently figured out the Hyundai ambient light product installation created for a non Hybrid and adapted it for my 2014 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. Although the cost of installation increased by $100 due to time, it was worth it as Ryan trouble shot and professionally installed the product. Ryan is your PS Hyundai secret weapon and priceless asset. Finally as I was the last customer out thank you to the gentleman who washed my car. It was already dark and getting very frigid cold and I told him he did not need to wash the car. I was concerned he might catch a cold. Regardless he smiled and said it was absolutely no problem. Over all going to PS hyundai is often like arriving at the Ritz Carlton. A warm an expeditious welcome, pleasant wait, double check with follow up provided, all problems solved, and jobs well executed. I just wish there was a pool to sit by. I have a Hyundai Sonata Limited LTD. I bought an extended warrantee on my beautiful car. My car is a 2015 and has been garaged it looks like new and is babied. I am a 71 year old Disabled Veteran. When I approach my car door it is supposed to recognize the key phob and open automatically. Suddenly it was not recognizing the key phob. I brought this matter to the attention of the Service Manager at Palm Springs Hyundai many months ago and about 5,000 miles ago and he told me unless it happened in front of him there was nothing he could do. I suggested he keep the car find the problem and give me a loaner. I assured him I was not lying to him and if he kept the car it would happen. He said there was nothing he could do. I was ignored and pushed to the side having to live with the ongoing problem. I had to go into PS Hyundai recently, months later, for a new battery for the key phob. Once the battery was installed by a Service Tech I went to the car and the door would not open. I went and got another service tech Adrian Martinez who jumped into action and recognized the problem and arranged for a service date and a Loaner. The car was worked on for approximately a week and returned to me. The problem still exists it was not fixed and they could not find the problem Hyundai said they are going to get back to me for another service date and another Loaner. This is time consuming and a real inconvenience. I was sold this car based on the excellent service Hyundai provides and I even bought the extended warrantee. I have not received what I was promised and worried about what is going to happen and how much longer this is going to go on.

I purchased a 2019 Hyundai Kona EV in late 2019, Mid-December. The purchase process went relatively well and the nightmare started shortly thereafter with the exception of the mileage. The new vehicle I was buying had almost 300 miles on it already, but I was willing to let this go considering its difficult to buy EVs in Texas.I arranged to have the vehicle shipped to me here in Texas via a 3rd party (Whole different nightmare,) and when the shipper arrived, the salesman, by his own admission, drove the vehicle up the ramps. This mustve been done at far too high a rate of speed as when I received the vehicle there was paint and indention damage to the underside of the bumper. Additionally, since he drove it up the ramps, the shippers insurance was negated.Additionally, upon further inspection, three other issues were noted. The first was that one of the screws used to hold the license plate holder was stripped and the wrong size, therefore, pushing down on the plastic holster behind the bumper. Secondly, there was a TOW STRAP sitting in the engine compartment of the vehicle. The final issue was no detailing had been done at all, or done very poorly since the interior windows were smeared all over!I tried 4 times to get in touch with the owner/manager, Mr. Wiley, after being told by sales there was nothing they could do. No voicemails were returned to myself OR the delivery driver in order to compensate for the damages caused or answer for the shoddy condition upon which the vehicle arrived (Which none of these could have been caused by the driver.)

Cant say enough nice things about the team and Tire 4 Less. Friendly customer service, unbeatable prices, responsive and efficient. They offered me a loaner since I had more work to do on the car than originally anticipated. They beat Tire Rack prices and they are able to work on Audi which is known for requiring special tools to do work on the rear brakes and alignment.

I went for my service without an appointment. I went in as my tires were low and they ended up checking for an outstanding recall I was unaware of.The staff is managed by the best manager, George, he is running all day long checking on each car, each employee to be sure all is being handled efficiently. I have always gone to my own mechanic as I had a bad experience with a Ford dealership years ago. Now I see what service is all about, right down to the gracious cashier. My son works for the company -in Irvine-and this is my first car that is not a Ford product. A/C quit on my 2014 Santa Fe in Central Oregon! I was able to get an appointment at Palm Springs Hyundai right away, they ordered the part, fixed it, checked out the entire system and washed my car to boot. I showed up at 7:50am and needed to have my 2 back tires changed and an oil change in order to leave by 8:30 to drive an hour and a half for a meeting. Unfortunately, I had to have my transmission replaced on my 2017 Hyundai Tucson recently. The good news is that the service I received from Palm Springs Hyundai was top-notch!! The service team there do an excellent job. Gabriel, in particular, was very helpful and kept me informed regularly while my car was there for the week. He stayed on top of the situation making sure parts were ordered and installed in a timely manner. I even got my car back a day before I was expecting it. Was met by the service advisor and I explained that I had an appointment for an oil change. I explained a couple concerns I had with my car. He took notes and said he would have the tech take a look. He then directed me to the waiting area with coffee, bottled water, popcorn machine and 2 televisions. The advisor updated me twice on the status of my car while I was waiting. The mechanic then took the car for a test drive. They then hand washed and vacuumed my car before delivering it to me. I was at the dealer for maybe an hour and a half. Longer then Jiffy Lube, but a lot more thorough. I will definitely be back.

Bad experience, just wanted to leave the car but they insisted I wait and after over an hour never updated me on how long it would be. I had no problem leaving the car and I did not want to rush them but I work night shift and needed to go home to sleep. I also feel a 30,000 mile $500 check up should warrant new wiper blades(mine were tattered) and a car wash.

Was out shopping on Saturday morning and the trunk quit working and would not open. We were close to Hyundai and went over and within in 20 minutes the part was replaced and we were on our way. My sonata engine light came on while I was in Palm Springs. From the first call for help to PSH they were helpful and courteous. they reset the computer and I was on my way in short order. They even helped with a place to get some lunch while they worked.

There are very professional and they get you in and out as quickly. Plus they really take care of you without the forced sales pitch. They will let you know if they find something but do not pressure you to get it done right now. They will give you a good time line as to when they feel it needs to be done. I recently helped my sister purchase her vehicle here and it was a smooth transaction. During the entire process Matt, our sales associate, was courteous and professional. Having sat through 41 prior vehicle transactions I’ve become pretty good at working with dealerships to secure fair deals for my family and friends. The bottom line: The Desert doesn’t have the lowest prices on vehicles, but a few hundred dollars isn’t worth the drive to congested areas like Orange County or San Diego and I like to do business with the local guys. Matt and Andre, the manager, were friendly and accommodating!

I love my new Kona! I was driving a Mercedes, and switched to the Kona SUV, and it has more bells and whistles than my 2016 Mercedes did. I found the staff at Palm Springs Hyundai very helpful and cant recommend them highly enough.

Okay Im giving this dealership three stars because the staff are nice however the vehicles are going into this stupidity mode of throwing a monitor up on a dash and having it not molded into the dashboard itself as design. They need to have their heads examined on their vehicles! I understand that the elimination of Knob seems to be a great cost savings. But remember constantly cleaning a monitor from the fingerprints and junk the gets on it is a hassle!

My wife and I had been looking for a used Genesis for a few months. We never were able to find the car we wanted. We were driving around in Palm Springs recently and stopped in at Palm Springs Hyundai. It was the kind of dealership where you felt comfortable. Our sales associate was Garrett; he had outstanding communication skills. He listened intently as we described what we wanted and he asked appropriate follow up questions that signaled his understanding. Regrettably, they did not have what we wanted on the lot so we headed home to Nevada. A few days later Garrett called and said he had found the vehicle we wanted. He arranged for the paperwork remotely with Ruth, then he had the vehicle delivered to Nevada. This was incredible service. I highly recommend Palm Springs Hyundai, Garrett and Ruth. We appreciated their follow up and efforts!
