They scheduled an airport shuttle for me at the last minute, cheaper than the other 4 companies I called, and my driver was awesome!

After reading all the reviews for Cab Companies that service the Palm Springs area I was not comfortable booking an early morning pick-up as lots of reviews said Cabs were either late or didnt show at all so I chose to go with AM/PM Shuttle Service and I couldnt be happier with the service that was provided. I scheduled a 6 AM pick-up and my driver Frank arrived 15 minutes early which was great and the ride was smooth as can be. The car was super clean and Frank was a great guy and is a major asset to this company.I highly recommend this company if you actually want to be picked up on time and ride in a clean car with good drivers. Hope this review helps sway anyone to use this company as opposed to the Cab Companies who just have dismal reviews at best.Thanks again Frank!

The ride arrived on time, a very nice clean vehicle. The driver was polite and delivered me promptly to my hotel. No hidden fees, price was exact quote! I will use again.

I used Am/PMs online service yesterday to quote and book a shuttle from Palm Springs Airport to his home in Salton City. Exact pickup and destination addresses were given. The site showed an all-in flat rate of $83. Today my dad received an email cancelation notice (not a phone call) telling him the reservation was canceled. When he called AM/PM Shuttle Service, he was told the price for the shuttle would be $153 - almost double the rate stated by the website. Needless to say we will not be using this company. Beware bait and switch tactics.

Recently planned a bike trip for several riders and needed a one way shuttle to Joshua Tree. I set this up with AM-PM who said they would be happy to do it, received an estimate and I gave them the go ahead to put us on the schedule. With their commitment, other plans were made. Several days passed when I contacted them to confirm and was told they wouldnt do the trip. The list of reasons was illogical and addressed issues that didnt even exist. I was a long time customer of AM PM, but with this treatment of loyal clients, I am finished with this company. Dont use them. Call Uber or Lyft.

I have used this service four times this past year. They are punctual and pleasant. I would recommend this service highly!!

They do not honor their pricing, I emailed to quote and they told me it would be $1200 for three days when the online price is $114 round trip/day. The vehicles arent even nice and uber LUX would even be cheaper than that. When I asked them why they wouldnt honor it they responded saying they were full. Not a good way to conduct business.

Refused to take my reservation. They need to be better prepared if theyre going to call themselves a shuttle service.

Did not answer the phone last night.Hard to understand the operator this morning.Then she refused to take my reservation saying we need 24 hour notice.Then she said you need to book online.Bad start!!!
