In response to owners response: I have no idea why you thought I was coming to showroom to pick out tile as I already picked out tile from Floor and Decor, bought the sample pieces and showed them to them man who came to do the estimate and he asked me what direction I wanted the wall tile to flow. So for you to withhold the estimate based on what you said, is just an excuse OR poor communication within your facility between the one who came out and the one who writes the estimate up. But even if you thought what you told me, why not a follow up call after I called asking where my estimate was to say you were waiting on me to come in??? Either scenario equals poor customer service!***********************I have no idea how their prices are or quality of work because they came for an estimate and over two weeks later, still waiting to hear back from them on what the estimate is. Called after waiting five days and I asked the girl who answered the phone how long does it take to get the actual estimate after they come out, and she said a few days I said well its been five. She said told me she would expedite the estimate. I laughed at that because it was hardly expedited. Maybe her answer should have been I will follow up and get back with you on that. But now, another 10 days later, no return calls, no estimate, no nothing. Obviously if its that difficult just to get an estimate I cant imagine how difficult working with them would be. If my job was too small for them, should have just said so or make the quote astronomical so that I didnt come back. It just rude to not respond at all, but it seems poor customer service is the norm these days while business is booming for the home remodeling businesses. Once this bubble of remodeling dies down, maybe good customer service will come back.

After searching for flooring at many stores, I found the perfect place to do business. The product selection was great and the customer service was what every company should strive for. Im a satisfied customer.

I would not recommend RCI Flooring to anyone. I had them install some carpet in a home I had recently purchased. Chris met me at the property and stated that he would lay the carpet in a way that the seems would not interfere with high traffic areas. This did not happen. We were left with a seem right in the middle of our living room. Years later, the seem is still visible even though I was assured that I wouldnt notice it after time. Chris and this team will promise you the work will be done correctly but they cannot deliver. This company does not care about you or your property. They are not professional and I would suggest looking elsewhere.

We have spent a week with your staff, Louis and Tony. We want to tell you what a pleasure it was having them here doing the work. We didnt mind the little inconveniences. They did a beautiful job, answered our questions, and put up with our barking dog. We definitely would recommend RCI to anyone who asks. We give you 5 stars.

Staff were very friendly, however ultimately the service was only fair. We ordered a wall to wall rug installation. There were several delays in our installation which we would have been fine with but there was no communication on their side. We had to call constantly to get updates. The installation was fair, there were ripples in the rug, they did not put our furniture back in place and they did not put our bed back together correctly. They said the bolts were stripped and only tightened 1 of 8 bolts - I had to hand tighten them myself and had no problem with the bolts, only that they were in an awkward location and a bit of a pain to access. Like the rug, like the staff, but communication and professionalism with installation was mediocre. Will not return.

Of youre looking for great flooring and great service. Look no more, they will go above and beyond to service your needs.

We could not be happier with the job Chris and his Team did with our new floors at our home. First, Chris came to our home and patiently worked with us in choosing the optimum products (including color) that would enhance our home. Then while we were out of the country, he and Team installed tile (laundry room, 2 bathrooms) and hardwood (entryway, living room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast area, great room, halls, and bonus room) and new baseboards throughout . We returned to our home where our expectations were exceeded..... the floors are absolutely beautiful! This experience has shown us that in an environment where mediocrity is the norm there are some that do hold themselves to a higher standard... RCI Flooring is an example of that. We would not hesitate in recommending RCI Flooring to anyone looking for true craftsmanship, excellent product selection, and the highest integrity. From the moment we began working with RCI Flooring, we were very impressed with the friendly, professional, and patient team that helped us accomplish our flooring needs in a very timely fashion. We had them remove old flooring in the majority of our home and replace with a beautiful floor that has completely changed the look of entire house. Everything was done within the time frame we discussed and they always showed up on time and ready to work. After a less than satisfactory experience with our first flooring purchase from this company, my husband and I RELUCTANTLY gave this company another shot to do some flooring in our master bedroom. We had spent over $4,000 with them earlier this year re-doing some flooring in the majority of our house and we encountered A LOT of issues, but they tried to make it right. Well, I went into the store to look at some of their flooring and the sales person gave me an estimate on that flooring per square foot, but said he needed to come out to measure and give me a quote and “do even better on that price”. After he comes out, he quotes me a price that is significantly higher than the price he told me when I came into the store because it was not a big enough job regardless of me giving him the dimensions from the get go. Apparently keeping customers for future purchases is not their priority. If you enjoy being lied to and given empty promises, this is the place for you.

I can not express to everyone how pleased we are with this company. Everyone involved from the beginning to the end of our installation project are definitely working as a team and they aim to please. Just moving to Florida,and having problems with other companies, we can honestly say this family run business is a 5 star. Special thanks to Chris and Michael they are one of a kind.

RCI Flooring has four wonderful installers, Josh, Dave, Mike.and Anthony. They were extremely professional and worked non stop. I cant say enough wonderful things about them. The flooring came out beautiful and they moved everything back in place exactly as I wanted it. I have actually never seen any group of people work so deligently on any prior work I have had done at my home. They are coming back to do the last room in my house, thats how extremely happy I am with the product and the work. The owner Chris is extremely nice also, and Tabatha who works in the showroom. Give them a try, you wont be disappointed. Also wanted to mention how prompt they were. Chris got here to give me the estimate exactly on time or early and the installers were extremely prompt. RCI previously completed a $10k+ job for me however when they were contacted again for a much smaller job, there did not seem to be much interest. A week after measurements were taken I called to ask when the estimate would be forrhcoming and was very nicely told by Dianna how busy they were. Understandable. I called again several days later and spoke with another individual who explained a number of their employees were out sick. Again, understandable however, a call or email explaining situation and/or timeline would have been appreciated.Small jobs may not be the highest priority for these folks.

We work for a realtor who would have given them ALOT of work, but left saying that was the worst company Ive ever worked with!. Extremely unhappy with the service we received today. He rented a uhaul to pick up a decent amount of flooring assuming the employees would help load it and help load it with a good attitude. But unfortunately thats not what happened. There were a few men helping load until he asked to load it a certain way to help the unload process after that seeming annoyed with the request they left us with one guy to help load all of the flooring. He had to pay us extra to help laid at the store. The employees were rude and the manager as well!! Very rude and condescending repeating your welcome, your welcome!He as a realtor will never use their services again as well as his colleagues, and us as a handyman and remodeling company will never use their services again. You should never speak to your customers that way. They clearly are not interested in having repeat customers or positive word of mouth.

The crew from RCI Flooring were very professional in every way as they installed our new flooring this morning. They were courteous at all times and extremely careful during the installation to make sure that everything went right. We were very impressed with a job very well done. Thank You RCI.

We have worked with RCI flooring on past occasions and were pleased with their work. So, naturally when we had another flooring project we went directly to them. We prefer supporting small local businesses. But this was absolutely an unpleasant experience this time. They could not deliver on our expected timeline due to some changes we made during the process even when we suggested that we would go and purchase some in stock tiles to start the job on time. We were told time and time again, Not gonna happen. We had no choice but to cancel our order and work with another company. Chris actually told us that we needed to undo what we did. Our reaction was Not Gonna Happen. Now they refuse to refund our down payment or take our phone calls. We even told them that we didnt want them to lose any money due to restocking fees and they will not cooperate in telling us what portion of our down payment will cover those fees and refund us a portion back. We are beyond disappointment with the lack of professionalism that Chris showed and will never work with this company again. Buyer Beware!

We were amazed with how great of an experience we had with the RCI team, the installers were very professional and extremely detail oriented. Even after spending 10+ hours on the job on a Saturday, they didnt try to cut corners, they made sure every transition was perfect, removed some creakiness the builder had yet to resolve after several attempts, and the floors were spotless when they left, we had zero cleanup afterwards which was a complete surprise as weve heard horror stories of installs from bigger companies leaving so much glue residue the floors needed to be professionally cleaned afterwards. Glad to see there are still companies that still have pride in workmanship, will definitely use again!

Let me start by saying the flooring in my moms house looks good. She is pleased with it. The reason for the two star review is for several issues we had the house and brand new furniture was damaged, it took me an entire day to clean 1220 square feet to get all of the dust out of the house and off furniture and flooring, because the installers had all of the doors to the house wide open, even asking them not to do so, and I had to pay someone to re-install brackets for 3 bi-fold doors. I called about doors and brackets not being installed properly (they were bending and coming out of walls and one wasnt even installed the doors wouldnt work) I even sent pictures of said issue the inspector came over and didnt even bring a drill to fix it. (had to lend him mine. he left without repairing two doors and told me that I needed anchors. On top of this it took 3 guys 17 hours to install 675 square feet of laminate flooring they kept disappearing to hang out in the van. Installers left dirt on installed molding, got caulk all over the front of a brand new dresser and didnt say anything (it would have been easier to wipe it off when it was wet) instead I had to ruin the finish removing dried caulk . I have a damaged shelf that was cracked so bad I had to call the furniture company to replace a part. (I think the installer stepped on it when moving), they used painters tape 5 feet up the wall to tape a cord for the modem, when taken off it removed the paint (another trip to the store to match and touch up wall), I had to fix a very loose table leg because the dining table was dragged across the floor, cement bucket was cleaned and dumped in the driveway leaving cement residue in the driveway, and half of the chairs were not put back because they ran out of felt pads All in all a very frustrating experience after my mom spent 5K on flooring. Would have been nice to at least have a follow up call after the floor was installed, or have someone to come out and spot check the installers.

Laminate floor in bedroom that looks fine but shoe molding on base looks bad.Bad fitting joints were filled with putty which was put on with dirty hands Also had to wash all doors and woodwork they touched because of dirty hands.Looks like one coat only of paint on trim.There was no follow up from the company after installation so they have no idea how there installers our doing. One year later and still no follow up!

Chris is a first-rate chap with a good crew. Wouldnt go anywhere else.
