Update: Changed to 5 stars. The owner called me to address my issues and offered to come back to do the job again as well as refund my money. I agreed for them to come back, but did not want my money back since they were coming back and did the service. What a great experience the second round. Russ came in and took time to thoroughly clean the dryer and venting system. He walked me through the process and I got all my questions answered. He was careful with the appliance and very respectful. Thank you for reaching out and turning it into a positive experience.Wasnt impressed! First, I had to reschedule the first appointment as they didnt show up at the scheduled time and I couldnt wait any longer. My neighbor recommended them and said they do a thorough job and mentioned it took them about an hour to clean their vent system. My tech was here approximately 15 to 20 mins tops. He went up on the roof first and then cleared the vent connected to the dryer. He didn’t walk me through the process at all until he was done and briefly told me what he did. I asked if he cleaned inside the dryer, which he did some cleaning, but it wasn’t a great job as there was still lint in the vent trap area. He also could have done a better job cleaning up the area. When done with the job, he put his business card on my desk (in my office) and said that will be 105. I said you take credit cards, right (they said they did when I made the appointment)? The tech said well I’ll have to go to my car to get CC Swipe and he wasn’t sure it will work. It was like a bother for him to go to the car. He said he takes checks and I told him I don’t write checks. He said he takes cash then. He was super lucky I had cash on hand, so I paid in cash. I always tip workers and when I gave him 120, I expected him at least offer the 15 back to be able to offer the tip. He didnt do that and I probably wouldve offered more tip if he did the right thing. Just bad business all around and not sure I will use again.

When I called they gave a detailed account of what the process is. They didnt show up at the time scheduled but called me back and apologized profusely since they had actually wrote down the wrong date. They came a couple hours later and did a thorough and professional job. They were the only company I called who would clean a vent that is on the roof. Price was reasonable and my dryer works so much better now.

Fast, efficient service, reasonable price would highly recommend for dryer vent cleaning.
