I found this store when looking for a repair place for my moms vacuum. I will never take my vacuum or sewing machine to another shop as long as I live in the area. Whats great, though, is that they have shops in other cities/states too, so I should be set!Rick, our repair man, was so personable, so helpful, so friendly, and professional, he made it pleasant to come in and go through the paperwork (there was not a lot). We had a good conversation and he taught me a lot about maintaining my vacuum too keep it working well for a long as possible.The prices are excellent, it didnt take as long as I thought it might for the work to be done, and Im very happy knowing that hell back his work.Thanks so much Rick!I strongly recommend TOPS for your vacuum repair.

Stopped by yesterday as I needed sweeper bags for an old Oreck vacuum cleaner that I have had Forever. I have been dealing with their store in Largo for years. We recently moved to Tarpon, so this location is close by. Brian assisted me and was both Friendly and Helpful!! Im glad to have found this location and will be back when I need service and/or supplies!!

The gentleman who answered the phone was very nice and suggested I come in for a free estimate. When I got there a woman greeted me and asked me if I was looking to have my sewing machine repaired and I said yes and she a service will be $99. When I told her that I didn’t think my machine was worth $99 for service she offered to sell me another machine. I was coming in for a free estimate and did not expect this exchange. Will not return.

Great place to buy a vacuum or to have a repair done. Brian was ever so patient with me while I made up my mind on what to buy. He is extremely knowledgeable about his products. They have great prices as well as ction. Hope Brian and his staff never go anywhere else.

Very disappointing. Took my Dyson in for confirmed warranty work. After two (2) weeks of being told we havent had a chance to look at it, brought in additional purchase proof at the request of the owner, only to be told that I would have better luck dealing with Dyson directly that they (as an authorized dealer) would. Took the vacuum to Dyson Service Center in Tampa and had it repaired free of charge in 5 minutes. Lesson learned! Avoid Tops Palm Harbor if at possible.

Cannot say one bad thing! Brian was outstanding and even during the sewing pandemic when both my machines went down, he had them back up the next day. 100 plus masks for the employees and kept us safe. Amazing.... brought the 20 year old Janome back in for some extra TLC.... and my vacuum is going in for a tune up too! What a great find in a very stressful time!

I wanted to take this opportunity to write a review on my recent experience with Tops Vacuum Sewing..I was looking for an embroidery only machine and when I contacted Joe Vaughn at the Bradenton store, not only was he helpful and courteous, but he went out of his way to find me a heck of a deal on a gently used Brother Stellaire XE1...we exchanged phone calls a couple of times and boom! He made it happen! Took a deposit and was even willing to have it delivered from the Sarasota store where it was in stock... I was so eager to get my hands on the machine that I traveled to Bradenton a few days later to pick it up . Joe met me and was extremely helpful and I even walked away with a few goodies... but it doesn’t end there. I drove another 20-30 minutes to the Sarasota store and was met by the owner Gregory Bank... well, Gregory made sure I had a great experience as well, and was so sure of the quality of the product he was selling me that he even extended the warranty another 3 years! Wow!! Now, that’s what I call Outstanding customer service!!! I work for Publix and we are all about service, and I can tell you Joe and Gregory are right up there with Publix!!! I highly recommend their stores!!! Check them out first before buy or even ordering online!!!!

We took our Hoover Pro Path Carpet Cleaner to Tops as it was making a loud noise. We got a free estimate & Scott called and told us it was the motor. He asked when we purchased it and for us to check to see if it was still under warranty. We checked and found that we had a valid full replacement warranty. We are very pleased and would recommend Tops for their professionalism and honesty.

We bought an ORECK last week and my better half was using it on the kitchen floor. There was a paper towel on the floor and the vacuum sucked it up and plug it. We took it in today and they got it unplug and no charge. I cant ask for a better vacuum and service then what I received today, just a great experience.

Bought a belt yesterday belt broke right away I have put on a few belts in my life time so I am sure it was put on correctly. Today I took it in with all the parts in a bag to make it easier for staff to put on a new belt never thinking I would be charged will $10.00 later I was walking out the door when the employee with the dog made a disgusting sound and said a bissell? I am a profession and never never are you suppose to knock another business or business person in the same type of job When I got home I set the vacuum down and the front wheels fell off I called the store and left a message but have no heard from anyone

Took my Shark Floormate floor Scruber in for a repair, extremely impressed how honest they where regarding the issues with this machine even if I had it fixed. Decided to cut my losses and not repair it. No presser to purchase anything either. Definitely will go their again if need to.

Jack is WONDERFUL. They fixed our Hoover Wind Tunnel after several parts were lost in a move. Parts ordered in a timely manner and they even offered us a coupon we didnt know about upon pick up. Darling guys!!!

My Miele vacuum plug shorted out so I called Tops. Brian was courteous and professional and fixed it in a couple of minutes at no charge. I will definitely return in the future when its time for my next Miele.

We purchased a new canister style vacuum from Shade a couple of weeks ago. I found him to be very knowledgeable about the brands they carry, and he answered all of my questions.Last week I returned to purchase a couple of filters for my Dyson upright vacuum. This time Jason waited on me. Its obvious these folks know vacuums! He sold me the two filters for the same price I would have paid Amazon (minus the shipping fee). Plus, while my vacuum was apart, he cleaned it up and removed dirt from places I wouldnt have been able to get to.Ill recommend this store to anyone who is interested in a good vacuum - one that only cleans well, but will last more than a few years.

Horrible experience. One guy told me to come in for a loaner, he referred to it as a rebuilt. when I got there, the owner, I guess, tried to sell me a new vac and said no loaner. I would also have to around 6 weeks for my vac to be repaired. Another surprise... Ill NEVER go back. Beware ........

TERRIBLE!!!! WITH A CAPITAL T!!! I took a machine with a slight problem to this place a few days ago to be fixed by an authorized service center. I was told it would probably cost a few dollars. NEVER did i know to change one piece would cost over $100!!!! A different employee at the same shop for the same work quoted me almost half the price!!!!!! Spoke to a customer rep from the company that I purchased the item from, and they said I could do it myself. I say all this to warn you!!! They just want to sell you their vacuums and other stuff, completely neglecting everything else. If you want to take a chance go ahead, but I learned the hard way. Oh, and by the way they tampered with one of the pieces come to find out......

They told us our Miele was in perfect working order after we complained about dirt inside the canister. The employee stated that the bag was installed incorrectly; however, we then took the Miele to State Vacuum in Tampa, where we discovered the truth: the docking station for the bag was installed improperly!Tops’ technician cannot pronounce Miele, much less repair one! Wasted our time.

Service was ok when making my purchase. Unfortunately they dont seem all that knowledgeable about the product i purchased and dont have regular classes for the product at this location and Im not able to get to any of the other locations that seem to have classes more often.

I have been to alot of sewing machine shops and this one takes the gold !!! It takes the gold because of Eulin, she is the absolute best. Her customer service skills are so superb that it make me wish i lived in Florida. I stop in the whilst on vacation and bought a Juki. She was so knowledgeable and friendly. Eulin spent considerable time with me and helped me to compare machines and has carefully explained the difference in functionality and pricing between machines. I have been extremely satisfied with the machines I have bought here. Eulin is also the only person i will buy future products from. If you need a machine or new sewing ask for Eulin and run to this store.

When I walked in a customer was complaining about getting quoted one price & charged another I brought my vacuum & I to was quoted one price & charged another Both gentleman who run the place are rude & have no customer service skills I also brought another vacuum & explained to them that they never called when the machine was ready & was told We are not a storage unit & we do call to let you know when they are ready In other words he called me an outright liar I will never do business with them again & will let everyone I know the same If you want good service & someone who is reliable,treats his customers with respect & has been in the business forever because hes a good business man go to Valones in Clearwater You wont be disappointed I hate to see people treated badly
