Lamar and the guys did such an amazing job today! They moved our super huge stone tub that many moving companies said they couldnt do into our master! Thats also up 2 flights of steps with another drop off with 3 steps into the master! These men are the real deal! Thanks Lamar! You were amazing! And your crew as well!

Daniel and Tom were very professional and very kind. They were prompt with the delivery and placed the furniture perfectly. The same day service was outstanding! I will most definitely use this company again if needed.

These guys were absolutely amazing. Moving a 5 bedroom home to say the least we were nervous about our belongings being damaged (crystal,fine chine etc). They showed up 10 minutes early and treated our belongings as if it was their own. They completely removed the stress from moving. Courteous/professional is an understatement. I would HIGHLY recommend Big Boys to anyone who wants a stress free move.

Terp and Alan were the 2 movers from Big Boys Moving that moved me on 6/12/20. They came within the timeframe that was promised, took good care of my things and did it all under 5 hours. They moved some of my things into another location and the rest into storage. Great Job guys!

BBM helped me with moving and junk removal. All the employees that came were extremely professional and hardworking. Never once complained. Made the impossible possible. Things that I thought would be difficult they made easy. They all were extremely experienced in moving.

The moving coordinator Amanda was friendly, fast, and efficient! With less than 1 days notice, my move was met with enthusiasm and professionalism. The movers were actually 30 minutes early, and wasted no time getting things on the truck. Robert H. and Cameron were a spectacular team! They were very courteous and respectful, detail oriented and showed a genuine interest in getting things exactly where we wanted them, how we wanted them!! The whole move took under 5 hours, including an hour and a half drive to the new house. I would not hesitate to call on this company, and specifically this dynamic duo of a moving team in the future!!!!

Big Boys has moved my whole family many times. Each time it’s flawless and service oriented with customers always coming first. I would suggest them to anyone who CARES about their personal belongings during a move.

This is the WORST moving company I have ever worked with. I have never posted a bad review in my life, about ANYTHING, yet when it comes to something as important as moving and the incredibly negative experience I had, I felt like I needed to. They have the HORRIBLE customer service - on the weekend, 90% of the time nobody will even pick up the phone if you call.The movers were going to arrive AFTER my reserved elevator freight time (2-4pm) was already over. Even when I had confirmed with the office (at least twice prior to my move) that I had a reserved elevator freight time, and needed to have everything packed up in time to use the elevator at a reserved time. I attempted to call the Big Boys office many, many times during that day, only reached someone (who clearly didnt care about my predicament) maybe once or twice. I then pushed back my reserved elevator time to later in the day (6-8pm), and made the company aware. Yet again when the movers called to say they were on their way, my reserved elevator time was already over.I didnt even end up using their services! I rented a U-Haul the next day and had some of my friends help me out. Perhaps the most sad part was that nobody from the office called to apologize, or even ask if I was okay and needed help moving the next day! I would stay away from this extremely unprofessional company. Moving is already stressful as it is, you dont need an uncaring moving company making it any worse.

Really good move. They arrived and got right to work. They worked fast. Had blankets and wrap for my furniture. Everything got here safely. Im all set back up in my new apartment and Im very happy.

I would recommend everyone to stay as far away from this company as possible. You’ll probably have a better time moving in the hot Florida heat than deal with these movers. They showed up over half an hour later than the window given and showed up with a huge attitude once they saw how much stuff was in the apartment that they’re moving. Granted, there was some miscommunication about how much stuff was in the apartment but they acted very unprofessional and rude the entire time. They scratched the front door and broke some parts to a furniture and didn’t even utter a slight “my bad” at the least. They obviously hated their job and one of them was on their phone a lot of the time. There was an argument at the end over the bill and one of the movers proceeded to flick us off, like literally raising his middle finger saying “I’m getting out of here, I’m paid so I don’t really care about your problems”. I mean I guess we shouldn’t expect much from someone who uses “finna” and “it’s gucci” when speaking in a professional setting. This company overcharges, doesn’t instill the value of customer service to their workers, and does not fulfill their end of the transaction, overall a huge scam. Stay far away.

Although they were quick and efficient in helping me set up an Unnecessary reservation over the phone, wouldnt you know once they have those CC #s BEFORE a confirmed Day of move - theyll act unaware of missed calls and contacts all of a sudden!Was on hold w them while typing this review so Beware ppl and try reading all fine print twice online Before calling them.✌

I would highly recommend them to anyone anywhere, and would give a higher rating if I could. They take all of the stress out of moving day, and get you in to your new home quickly, safely, and efficiently.
