I was recently fitted by Brian Moren with a new below knee prosthesis with hydraulic foot and torsion bar. As a seasoned amputee of 47 years I know that a new prosthetic build takes a high level of skill and knowledge to get the perfect fit! We took our son here for his helmet fitting and adjustments. The staff is so warm and knowledgeable. We met with Rachel S every few weeks and she made the entire helmet process easy, while answering all our many questions. We highly recommend.

I really can’t say enough good about my experience with West Coast. After almost 10 months of fighting to use my “old” socket, I was fortunate enough to meet Brian and Greg at West Coast. At that time i was shopping around for anyone who could help me walk again. In record time, Brian and the team at West Coast worked very hard to obtain approval from my insurance. Then, Brian suggested that we could “fast track” the making of a test socket. After one minor adjustment and a few therapy sessions I was able to get my final socket and my microprocessor knee!I’d also like to mention the master artist at West Coast, namely Blake. He is definitely someone you will want to meet. I’d suggest you spend the time in understanding what he does and what the possibilities are.Finally, I’d like to mention the office staff. These are some wonderful and helpful people!Conclusion: If you’re looking for a solid solution for your prosthetic, visit these people. You will not regret it!

The whole entire staff is always very welcoming. Never felt like I was being rushed out of the door and sincerely always took the time to answer any questions or concerns. Dr. Schroder is amazing!

I went to this place hoping to find some answers about my heel spur and orthotics. I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I made the first call. Dee understood my situation and got me an appointment that day. She was kind, helpful, understanding, and professional (a rarity in this day and age). I then met with John who spent a great deal of time explaining what was going on with my heel spur. He was extremely knowledgeable about the heel spur, plantar fasciitis and my Achilles’ tendon. He took the time to make certain I was understanding what he was saying. He also answered any and all questions I had (which was quite a lot) and then gave me a few websites to visit to help me find the correct inserts, paddings, etc. that would help me make my transition back to a normal life. I think I was there for at least 40 minutes. I never felt rushed and truly felt he understood what I was going through since I had already been to 2 different podiatrists. I can’t thank John enough for his expertise and knowledge, but more importantly, for setting me on the right path. What a wonderful man - what a wonderful office. I was admitted to the hospital because of an ant bite, that due to me being diabetic the bite turned into gangrene and I had to have a below knee amputation. because of this problem i was referred to west coast brace and limb and i was able to get a prostetic. brian whom made my leg was absolutely awesome and I love going to them the staff treats you like family and brian is very assertive to your every need. on top of everything he is beyond great at his job he made sure I got everything out of my prostetic that I needed and he did an awesome job making it for me. not only does my prostetic look great it feels great. every appointment I arrived to I walk in and am greeted by all staff not only as a patiant but by name and they make you feel like family. I highly recommend that if you need any type of prosthesis you go here to west coast brace and limb and see brian,you would be very happy with every aspect of what you need done. I know losing a limb or having complications is stressful enough but the staff at west coast brace and limb know how to ease your mind and give you hope. I have had every need fulfilled and my mental state has been alot better knowing that brian will give you your life back and make everyday easier so please if your in need of having to go anywhere and or choose a brace and limb place go to west coast you def wont regret it.

We are very happy with our choice of this facility. John has been great! We were new to this brace thing and he has been very helpful and informative. We have even called with questions and talked to him personally. Follow up appointments have gone great as well. We never wait and are always seen on time.We plan to continue our care here!

The staff at West Coast Brace & Limb are top notch! At 4 PM on Friday, after being diagnosed with a possible achilles tear/rupture, Dee in the Palm Harbor office told me to come on over when I called to make an appointment for a boot fitting. I didnt expect they could get me in right away, especially so late on Friday. From the moment I entered the office, they did not disappoint. Dee and John,who did my boot fitting, were both so kind and helpful, ready to answer all of my questions. Professional and caring are the best words to describe them both. Under the circumstances, this was the best experience I could have had. I recommend anyone needing brace or limb services visit their office. You will not be disappointed. Staff is amazing!! Very kind and courteous. Called different facilities near me in New Port Richey but did not like results. Called Westcoast Brace and Limb and was very impressed by their kindness and professionalism. Dee is very sweet and always greets you with a smile or a happy voice when you call. This place is awesome! Staff is very friendly, attentive and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My prosthetist Brian is just the right guy to get you fitted properly. He stays on top of new devices and is very good at recognizing what will work for each individual. He is friendly and fun to work with. I highly recommend this facility.

Amazing medical staff from front desk to the doctor. Helped us with absolutely everything from top to bottom including insurance. Extremely informative and answered every question and doubt we had. I have been going to John at Westcoast for years now. Weve worked through many issues with my condition and he was always there being patient and kind, helping me navigate through the difficulties of getting just the right brace for me. I dont know where I would be without the braces he helped me have. They give me so much freedom and joy, and I have him to thank for that. The front desk crew is also amazing. Went here for some minor foot orthodox after my surgery and everyone there is great. Good to walk into a place and be treated with respect and yet be made to feel extremely comfortable with everyone.

I have been going here for over two years now. The staff is very curteous and knowledgeable, and that is just the front office staff. As for the prosthetic specialists they go above and beyond making recommendations, working with the doctors and their staffs as well as the insurance companies ensuring their patients get the correct equipment needed to feel as if the amputation never happened. I highly recommend the palm harbor location, and plan to be visiting them for many years to come.

We have been going to Westcoast Brace & Limb in Palm Harbor for many years for our daughters AFOs and wrist splints. The staff is very professional and friendly. They also come directly to her school to work with the therapists and spend as much time as needed making all the necessary adjustments to the orthotics. I only hear positive reviews from all the families that I know that work with them. Highly recommended!

We have had a great experience with West Coast Brace & Limb, Palm Harbor. We have used WCBL for orthotics and a safety helmet for my son. Brian, Mike, and John have all been very knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner with my two-year-old. Pam and Dee have done a great job with scheduling and making the insurance process easy and straightforward. The facility is extremely clean and well-stocked with childrens coloring books and crayons. The entire staff is friendly and committed to doing quality work and providing a great experience. We will definitely be going back for our future orthotic and helmet needs!
