Our garage door was completely busted. Cables broken, spring was not functional. VIP showed up right in time and told us exactly what he needed to replace and why. Very clear communication. The price was fair so he started the work. After he was done, he actually discovered what caused the issue in the first place. He spent an extra 45 min replacing sone hinges and rollers and did not charge us!! Great company to work with and I would absolutely recommend them. Thank you!

Really nice and funny, worked really quickly! We originally said between 10 and 11 am but he got held up at another customers house so he called to see if it was ok if he came between 12 and 1 pm, which was fine since I would be home all day. He called again when he was on his way. The locks are much more secure than when I moved in, and I can easily lock and unlock my door with only one hand, which I couldnt do before. Definitely would use again!

These guys are great. I have locked my keys on my car in Northern pinellas county twice in 4 months. ((Work at a highschool in that area, commute from Port Richey.) I had a very positive 1sr experience a few months ago. I had locked myself out at Walmart on alderman and 19. I did a Google search and began calling different locksmiths. I spoke to one who wanted 100$! I spoke to another who couldnt be to ne wuik enough. The technicians who work for this company are dependable, knowledgeable, honest, and all around great guys who are on time, never have an issue finding me, communicate with me on the phone to let me know what their eta will be etc... Both the 1st time and second they had me in my car in less than 30 sec. I am so grateful for the great service and for not being treated like crazy like the other companies do with ridiculous prices that I pay them 10$ more than what tge cost is because I wanted to tip the techs for being a source of great help in a hectic moment where I dont have huge amounts of cash to pay to get into my car but what they ask for is very reasonable. I took apart a lock and couldnt put it back together....it is old and no online instructions were available. Dave showed up within an hour and fixed it at a very reasonable price. He also talked about the pros and cons of replacing the lock. He was very polite, professional and personable. He made me feel better by showing me why these old models are hard to fix. (though he had no trouble!) I was impressed with his knowledge; hes one of those gifted fix-it guys (I am not a gifted fix-it person!) and loves his job - which shows. I called this because it was 5 star rated with more than 40 reviews already. More than most locksmith in the area. I lost my house key and called this place. They said they would be here in 25 minutes. And the guy actually showed up as they said. Then he didnt waste any time to unlock both the deadbolt and door handle in less than 5 minutes. He tried one method, and wasnt able to do it because my lock was upside down. So he did other method and was able to unlock both quickly! Professional as well. He accepts credit card which is even good. I will call this guy again if I ever get locked out of something.

So here what happen to me with 24/7 locksmith Tampa, i looked online for a locksmith, need to change the locks on my new property, the dispatcher quoted me very low price 15$, something called service fee and he also said technician will be at my house in the next 10-15 min, the locksmith arrived after one and half hour with his BMW, WOW, i dont think hes license or insured, he walked around the house, looked at the locks and walked to his car and he called me for the estimate, i never used a locksmith but the price was way high ( 870$), i paid him the 15$ service fee ( he asked for 100$ service fee)... i went back home and looked again, i went down and i find Vip locksmith services, I spoke with MIKE, Mike told me he will be at my property in the next 25-30, and he did, he have his own van with logo, and looks super professional, he checked all the locks, i asked if i have any extra keys, i didnt even asked him about price at all or how much the service fee, MIKE was super fast and friendly, nice, i thank MIKE for everything for making me safe, he charge me 255$, i was very happy from the service, i will recommend all my friends to use VIP LOCKSMITH SERVICES .

Decided to change the lock on the entrance door and get a lock on another door rekeyed. I called around to get some quotes to ensure that I dont pay more than I need to. I called VIP Locksmith Services and Mike stated the price for the services requested and offered to come out or have a tech come out same day.
