Andy custom made my engagement ring - and it is to die for. He took my vision and turned it into a reality. Amazing!I highly recommend this shop. The prices for custom jewelry and repairs are reasonable! It cost less $$ to custom design my ring, than to buy one off the rack. I have a one of a kind ring. I am a happy customer.Andy also fixes all my gold jewelry. He has the most reasonable prices in the area - I shopped around.

Royalty Fine Jewelers is an excellent Jewelry Store! Andy and Eileen are very personable and friendly. They are super helpful and even though it is a small store they have so many rings and watches to choose from! Today I bought a watch for myself and Andy took out a few extra links so that I could wear it immediately. We also bought a ring that he is customizing for my daughter. Last year he did an appraisal for a family heirloom (a ring). We will definitely be using them again!

Friendly fast service. Got new battery in watch in a minute and left a piece for repair and had it the next day. Went up the road last time for a repair and they had my piece for 2 weeks. Glad I found this place. They have a beautiful selection of jewelry and watches. Great discounts on pre owned jewelry. Many one of a kind items. Worth a stop in.

This was our first experience with this company and its staff.Writing this review brings a smile to my face and warmth to my heart.The proprietors are truly wonderful people with exceptional service.My wife, daughter and I called ahead of time and were coming in near closing time. We were running a few minutes behind and called to let them know. The owners, husband and wife, offered to wait for us, which they so kindly and cheerfully did.We were not coming in for any type of purchase that day, actually only a cleaning of a piece of jewelry we had. They knew this, and yet still were so caring and giving of their time to offer to stay open for us. That is the kind of people we are talking about here, really incredible! That act of kindness speaks volumes about their character and love for others.When we arrived, they were very courteous and professional, taking their time with us. They did not try to sell us anything, allowing us to simply peruse over their large assortment of exquisite jewelry while we waited. We were not looking to purchase that day. They had no problem with that. They were ever so kind as we said farewell for the day.They have a lovely assortment of fine jewelry at affordable prices.We definitely plan on making this a place we very much frequent in the future.We truly cannot recommend them, or their store, highly enough.It is so rare, and refreshing, to find people and businesses like this these days.I cannot resist, so forgive the pun, as it is so apropos, this place is a true gem!Thank you again to both of you!

Very happy. We had a gizmo watch band that broke and he was able to find a solution to fix it. Verizon and LG would not warranty the watch. Good price.

Whenever I am in the market for womens jewelery like watches, diamonds, ear rings and diamonds I prefer from experience to go to Royalty Fine Jewelers first because I am known on a first name basis because it is family owned and there is no turnover when I go to a Franchise Jewelery Store. Also prices are less than Franchise Jewelers.I would highly recommend stopping in and getting to know Andy and Eileen Haro to any of my friends and family.
