I hired The Cleaning Authority to perform two deep clean cycles on my house as I am a single man who works 75 hours per week. I have two dogs, so over time the house gets a bit dirty. The Cleaning Authority did a fantastic job getting the house the cleanest I have ever experienced with just the first deep cleaning! They are extremely nice, polite, and professional. I highly recommend The Cleaning Authority!

They have a very convenient app that makes it easy to pay, schedule, and cancel appointments. It is also easy to communicate with them via email or text. 2 ladies come out one day a month and in less than one hour leave my home spotless. I’m a disabled old man and this service is vital to keeping my home clean and neat.

These women were wonderful. They were scheduled to come between 10-11 am . When they didn’t arrive I called the company and they said I was scheduled for 1-2:30. This has to be changed since I need an am time slot.The cleaning was great so no issues with that.

I finally remembered to request Bruce to be used on my wood floors instead of whatever they use. I will supply that for them. So, for the first time Bruce was used on my floors. They wont look like they should for a while but it took a year for them to get the way they are now. Just hope it doesnt take a year to get back to normal. Also, forthe first time in quite a while the team had at least one person who speaks enough English to communicate with me.

Should have cancelled after the first clean. They skipped a room entirely without even telling me, didn’t clean mirrors, didn’t clean kick boards to stairs, and broke a trash can. Called and spoke with someone who said they would replace the trash can, give me a credit (only a small amount) towards the clean and the next time they cleaned someone would come and see that the cleaning was up to par. Absolutely NONE of that happened. The worst part is giving them another chance because of what I was told and now I just feel lied to and I am out the money for another clean that I could do myself in a few hours time. If you decide to use this company note that they do NOT clean a lot of things and their long list of what they clean is not the important things......they don’t clean the glass on the sliding doors, inside the oven, etc.

They did a wonderful job! Very happy with the service and can’t wait for the next time they’re here.

Today was my 4th cleaning with The Cleaning Authority. A group of 4 women came in and did such a great job. The price is fair and the job is very good.

They are very considerate with my husband working from home and working around his numerous conference calls. I love knowing exactly what will be cleaned each visit and all teams have done a good job. On this last visit with Cede and Kim, they even moved small furniture to ensure a thorough dusting and floor cleaning!Highly recommend.

I have used The Cleaning Authority for at least 4 years or more. I love when they come! The house is always cleaned even in places I dont think of. Team 9 is who I have had, and love them. They are on time, and dont mess around. They get right to work. I work from home so I see how quickly they are in and out, and how wonderful my home looks afterward. They use products that are safe to my pets, which is a big thing for me. I would highly recommend them and have to many people.

We love The Cleaning Authority. We went through several cleaning companies without great results before we found The Cleaning Authority in Palm Harbor and have been so so happy since we found them. They are very professional, do a great job cleaning and have been wonderful working around our pets!

We started using TCA 8 months ago and have been very happy with their professionalism and the quality of their service. All of the teams do a great job cleaning our house! The past few cleanings weve had a different team each time, and this last time was with Team #5 Sam and Amanda and they did a great job! Were very pleased.

Overall, good job. Just, please put the bedspread back on the king sized bed. As usual, speedy and efficient.

I have used TCA for many months now. They are excellent. Very consistent, great communication, and speedy. They’re in and out so it’s not a big production when they come and I can tell the cleaners are experienced. Small touches like pillows fluffed, throws folded and towels arranged really is special compared to other services I have used.On a special note. My husband is a 100% combat wounded veteran and I am also disabled and have special needs. Until TCA, our needs were ignored and unfulfilled. I can tell owner Allison what we need and she will come over to make sure TCA gets it right. That is hard to find. Thank you everyone at TCA!

I am changing my 5-star review to 1-star because of the companys management and bookkeeping. Let me preface this review with the fact that I tried to help them out during the COVID quarantine by continuing to pay them every two weeks, even though I put my service on hold. Not once did they reach out to thank me for my support. In fact, when I started my service back up again, I had multiple situations where they recorded my new payments incorrectly and thought nothing of pestering me about them, and then charging my credit card WITHOUT my authorization, even though I knew I paid them what was owed. I had to take time out of my schedule to research my payments and send them proof of payment. Only then, did they realize that they credited someone elses account with my payment. After requesting that they delete my credit card info from their files, which they confirmed that they did, they AGAIN charged my card WITHOUT my authorization. In addition, after being a customer for many years, they decided to progressively decrease the amount of time that my cleaning team was allowed to be at my home. I originally contracted with them to be at my home for 1.5 hrs and, for my last clean, the team told me they were allowed to stay for 1hr & 3 min, or something ridiculously similar. Turns out, each time the cleaning person gets a raise, their time allowed to clean each home decreases. And, if they go over that time, they are written up on a white board for all employees to see. Now, shouldnt their service be about the quality of the clean? This is why their quality was diminishing as time went on. There is no way that my home can be effectively cleaned in less than 1.5 hrs, unless you bring in a team of more than 2. This company did not deserve my patronage and Im glad to be rid of them.

I also loved learning about the story of how their company started.They do a very thorough job, use non-toxic cleaning products, practice rotation cleaning and leave our home spotless every time they come. Two other pluses are: I found them flexible to reschedule our cleaning appointments & they offer great value for money.The cleaning team came today January 25, 2021 & did a phenomenal job! I left to go do grocery shopping & run errands. When I returned I was so pleased to find everything clean & in order.That for me is about quality of life. Its means a lot to me and my family.We will continue to use their services. Highly recommended.

I used Cleaning Authority for over a year. At first they did an amazing job and I even left a 5 star ⭐️ review. The last few months it’s been pretty bad. I have called them back to tell them things were missed and Sue came to supervise the next cleaning and than again things were still missed and I just let it slide. So on Tuesday they were here and they missed so many things. Dead bugs in my window sills, door tracks not vacuumed, microwave not cleaned. Floors weren’t vacuumed good and mopped well because I vacuumed after they left and got a ton of stuff in my vacuum, And the mop water was dirty after I mopped it. The cabinets weren’t wiped down and the baseboards weren’t cleaned properly there were still dust on them after I told the girl to redo it as well. I asked the other lady to dust on top of my refrigerator because they never do that and she said I can’t reach up there. Seriously! The money I pay to have someone take care of my home and it’s not properly cleaned. They keep sending different people too. I mostly had team 10. I also had a neighbor across the street I recommended and she had bad experiences as well. I was embarrassed. I normally don’t leave reviews unless something is pretty bad or really great. Just wanted to warn others. Wish I could post pictures of what I found after they left. Because I have them.

My parents used this service for a number of years...due to the aging process, I had cover for them on their assign day which meant getting up early, rearranging schedules only to experience a big NO SHOW... no phone call, no message, no nothing... after about a half hour I called in only to find it had been rescheduled for late that day... when other doctor appointments had already been scheduled...They will charge you a re-schedule fee to be sure, but I guess they will schedule you at their pleasure (read the fine print) …. Great Service...So, if you want a specific date with an unknown time... sign them up...Their response below is untruthfulthe phones were NOT disconnectedMy father wanted to continue the serviceThe Voice Mail workedI had to call to find out YOU messed up the schedule...BEST THINK TWICE about using these folks...
