Ken/The Mail Room is AMAZING! I wish I could give more then 5 stars as he/The Mail Room deserve it! We have had to ship multiple boxes two to three times a week for the past several weeks (and more yet to come) and he always looks to find ways to save US MONEY on the shipping costs. No one weve ever dealt with before does/did that. Talk about going ABOVE AND BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE... Thank you Ken/The Mail Room. In todays turmoil, you are shining bright and proving there is still greatness and compassion in this world. Customer for life.

Proprietor is so welcoming. Im an avid supporter of small businesses and this one is a winner. If you go, check out all the things they have for sale. Ive purchased great cards and candles. Worth the trip.

I sent some extremely important documents internationally via DHL here. These documents were supposed to be given to the US embassy.The person who helped me assured me the computer said they would be received in 2 days. However, this was incorrect. I called DHL customer service both in the US and internationally and they both told me I was provided with inaccurate information and it would take 1 week for these documents to be delivered. I specified this when these items were sent. I also paid extra for them to be delivered as soon as possible because these documents are time sensitive. What a horrible experience.

I love this little mail haven! There is always so many new fun and adorable gifts in here and the service I get for sending out mail and packages is EXCEPTIONAL. They have all of the contacts I send to so I when I forget I dont have to run back home. They never nickel and dime me. This is what a true community shop/mail service should feel like. I wish every shop in town was like this.

Ken who is the shop owner has so much more than just a mail room. He has lots of one of a kind gifts, many unique vendors from which he selects items some examplesAre, soaps, dish towels( I have purchased many for gifts) cards, door wreaths to name but a few. If you get the chance do stop in, you will love all the neat stuff he offers. Love it!

This place is the absolute best for customer service and convenience ! They are full service and treat you great even if you are just looking, buying only 1 stamp, or spending $100.00! You can also find some one of a kind gifts, cards for any occasion and lots of other things. Yes, it might cost a bit more, but so worth it !

I use the Mail Room maybe 12 times per year. I can come in with any shipping or wrapping problem and they quietly, happily, get the job done at a very reasonable cost. They do what I want, when I want, and how I want it done. No question - no problems but there may be a reasonable suggestion offered by them.They have records of your transactions, remember your face and name after about two visits, and are patient. I could not ask for more.

While I love the convenience and the people are very nice, I was shocked today when a bought a book of stamps and was charged $12.00. Cost at the post office is $10.00 and I think a 20% surcharge is a bit steep.
