Very satisfied with this company and the owner. Highly recommended! Great communication and very little effort needed to get my project done. I email on Friday close to, or after the business hours. Emails me back quickly. We go back and forth on what I need for my project, mind you this is Friday night, Saturday, and even contacts me on Sunday and tells me they have everything needed and will get it done. Never requested a due date, but Monday early they have finished with my project and ask me to verify if it is what I need. Im thinking it was going to be at least a week to get it done! It came out perfect! 3rd company contacted and the only one who got it done. I guess third time is the charm. Ive been an engineer over 40 years (BSME 1969) and CEO of my own companies for over 30 years but never had to produce a formal engineering drawing myself. What a JOKE! Got a return call from the owner and he doesnt allow sit downs with the design engineer. REALLY? The owner simply farms out his work, take his cut and doesnt want anybody knowing who the subs contractors are. There are a lot of CAD drafting services out there, this company should NOT be a choice to consider. Move on.
