This firm came recommended to me from an Orlando firm. Unfortunately, I never actually spoke with an attorney here, only a receptionist, Im guessing. She called 2 weeks ago confirming my web submission. She said an attorney would contact me the next day. Nobody ever called until yesterday when the same woman left a message while I was at work. I called them today and spoke with a gentleman who told me the notes in his computer indicated they would not be taking my case. No answer to why not. No reasons. Just not taking my case. No attorney ever contacted me. You would think they would with some questions. No. Not here. I would NOT recommend this firm in any way. Go somewhere else!

I was injured during an MRI at Mease hospital countryside. I required surgery and rehab due to the injury I sustained. I was referred and highly recommend to Crista Carpenter. I dropped off my file sealed in an envelope and received it back in the mail unopened with a letter that stated they didn’t want to take the case because of conflict of interest. They never even opened my file to review it. It was still sealed and exactly the way it was given to them. Poor service and care for people who need help.
