Typical back to school shopping killed this store. I got the last two notebooks in the store, and both employees who I asked for help couldnt care less. However, I found a nice planner to help me out with college even though I am normally very picky about them. Long story short, go to Walmart for back to school.

It is no wonder to me why all these companies are turning to employee free self service. I always support and go through the line or to the department where there are actual employees. The customer service is so bad here I prefer going to the self serve printers and machines. Tragic these days companies cant find friendly employees....or dont care to 😪

Very nicely ran store. Super helpful staff one member could not find what I was looking for but found someone who could. Always been a welcomed into the store thats why I make it a point to visit this location.

Ive had so many problems at this location. Employees are either ignorant or rude. This past experience has just made me decide to use Staples regardless of price difference.

I tried to place an order to pickup but I couldnt use my PO Box for my billing address, which is the address where my CC is billed. Too bad you lost the sale.

I do a lot of mobile work in the area and every single time I come in to get something printed. The internet is down. This is unacceptable. How can an Office Depot not have internet? In a industry where time and convenience is money. This location has truly dropped the ball. I will not be returning.

Only 2 employees in the store and I had to take them away from their phones to help me. Knew what I wanted in computers but was unable to get a straight answer to the questions I did have. Finally come to asking if I can buy it and the answer is as usual for Office Depot “ sorry we are out of stock “

Today is 11-18-19I wrote this review at 11:10 amI love Home Depot. I have my own business and on average spend close to $500/month at Home Depot for marketing supplies. Having just moved to the area from MN, I came to this location hoping to make it my new home depot location for all my business needs. Was in the store for nearly 20 min. Not 1 employee greeted me or asked if I needed any help finding anything. And its not that employees were even busy. The store was practically empty, maybe 4 customers. Employees would walk right by me and not even a hello. When it came time to check out I stood by myself in line at the checkout for 5 min, not one employee came to check me out. I ended up having to walk to the print shop where there were 3 employees and 1 customer and I had to ask them to check me out, as if I was invisible and Im a tall customer. Very impersonal experience. I wont be making this my Home Depot location. The employees on this shift need to be trained on customer service and hospitality because it was non existant.

Very helpful staff. I was asked if I needed helped then directed where I needed to go. At the checkout the cashier made conversation and even used a store coupon that I didn’t have to save me some money. I was able to find everything I needed and the prices are comparable to other retail stores selling the same things. Thanks for a pleasant shopping experience!

I have just purchased a desk, and while I was ready to install it several parts were already broken inside the box. While customer service was good, Im not happy about purchasing something that was not reviewed before it was given to me. I have wasted not only my time but also my money.

I went into this office depot first time, and last time. I went to get 3 copies made 16x16. The guy behind the counter I dont think he knows his job. I was asking a price for blue prints $6.??.I was in shock then found out it was only $1.??Then told me he had to turn on the machine it would take about 10 min or so. That is fine I will wait. Then after time goes by he pulls the sticky note up and said oh this machine is not working. I would have to pull the paper off the other one because it is more money, and did not now how long it would take. FORGET ITI will never go back to that store.

A few times now when I have gone in to ship something I always end up paying more on shipping because of one lady in particular who either doesnt know how to do her job or is trying to make more money for the company. Its always the same person. I wont be coming back anymore.

The building next door is under construction so it can be quite confusing. The staff were friendly but not very knowledgeable as to when they would get their restock trucks so that I could come back when desired items were restocked.

Paid for printing and cutting on a large order of tickets, was told the price included cutting and would be ready by Tuesday (Wednesday at the latest). When I went to check on the order, they said I did not pay for cutting. Had to pay more than twice the quoted amount, and the order would not be ready until at least Saturday.

The guy in the printing department on 2/21/18 is an absolute ***** went in for a printing project and he said go somewhere else because he was too busy. I went into the parking lot and submitted the order online, 15 minutes later it was ready. Went back in and he asked why I was back because he was too busy! This guy is a loser and should be fired!
