Classic bait and switch advertising. Quoted price of $161 for a deep cleaning of our home. On cleaning day an employee arrived early to take pictures of our home to verify the “final “ price which was $300. We declined the service and I wanted to warn everyone as to this dishonest company

We used them once had to renegotiate the price since they were going to up charge us even though we were quoted for a larger house than what ours was originally was listed. When we went to use them again we did not want any of the bedrooms done just the living spaces and they quoted us more than the first time when they even did the bedrooms. Extremely disappointed with their service and not to mention they were an hour late not wearing their masks when they entered our home.

I wish Id read the single review on Google before engaging this service through Thumbtack, but I didnt - My Bad! They quoted $151 for a 3/2 move-out clean and said theyd arrive between 4:30-5:30. No one arrived until 7:30 p.m. and then they said it would be $420. Two cleaners spent 3 hours and did a wonderful job but even at $100/hour it shouldnt have been $420 for their service. Smacks of classic bait & switch, but they knew we were in a bind - we had to vacate that night so didnt have options by the time they were 3 hours late. Beware of misrepresentation on rates but expect excellent cleaning!
