I cannot say enough good things about this company! They came early because of a cancelation and were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I had my chimney serviced last year by the first company available (I bought my home in November when it was sweep season) and needless to say, Olde world took care of what they didnt do correctly. They have earned my business from this point on! If youre looking for the best, you found them. AND THEYRE A FAMILY BUSINESS!

It’s hard to find a good contractor and this is a great one. Answered the phone every time I called. Set up appointments and kept them. Had the chimney master himself come out to do the quote and explain the different options. Installed the product on time. Looks great, functions as promised. I tried numerous others and could barely get a call back. Price was competitive or better than others. Save yourself some time and go with them.

Great company to work with. The techs showed up early, they were friendly as well as honest and fair. My appointment was for an inspection and chimney sweep, which is a higher cost. They told me they were only going to charged me for an inspection since I did not need my chimney cleaned. Other companies just would of done the cleaning and taken my money even though it was not needed. I will be using them again in the future and giving recommendations to anyone who is looking for this service!

We called to make an appointment and the lady who answered the phone was very pleasant. She was able to get us scheduled in just a few days, and when the men arrived they were right on time. They were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They went up on the roof and checked the chimney, then cleaned it all out with a large vacuum from inside the house. They left zero mess and were very careful maneuvering among our belongings. Our fireplace had not been used in years by the previous homeowner so we wanted to make sure everything was safe and clean before having a fire. Turns out ours is a very well constructed unit and just needed a good cleaning. We were extremely pleased with the very thorough inspection. We highly recommend Olde World Chimney Sweep!

This was the second time we hired this company. Our 1st time was about 5 years ago. They came out today and they again did a great job. The owners two sons came out and were polite, friendly, thorough and answered all questions. They were in and out in about 30 minutes. Chimney was cleaned and everything was inspected that I had asked. They indicated that we would eventually need a new Chase Cover but they were honest in saying that it still had a couple of more years and with the price to replace, they recommend waiting until we notice a problem. They explained what to look for which would trigger the need for replacement. Instead of telling me that I needed to replace it right away, they were HONEST. That speaks volumes. Will definitely use again. Thank you.

My dryer venting was clogged so badly that I was probably very close to a fire. This morning Brandon and Hunter from Olde World Chimney Sweep came out. They took about 30 minutes to thoroughly clean the venting out of my dryer all the way up to the roof. First they were very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They came into my home with my masks on, explained to me what they would do, and got the job done quickly and thoroughly- I would highly recommend this company. And the cost was very reasonable! Adding a photo so you can see just how awful my clog was. This was from the roof only, there was a lot more in the venting

But they were so very kind and answered my questions and increased my knowledge of what I needed so that I am not overcharged by any companies in my area. I really wish they serviced my area.
