I own a very large preschool in a 14,400 sq ft building with 15 classrooms. My husband is a general contractor and built the building himself, so this is our baby. I painfully had to go through a handful of well-known companies in order to find THE ONE. I had to kiss a lot of frogs before finding a prince. Andres runs his team with professionalism and they are perfect at customer service. If I need any extra tasks done, he or his son will come onsite every time to see what I need so that they can carry out the right solution for us. They also strip and wax my floors and thats a very difficult painstaking task to move all of the shelves,, tables, chairs,, carpets, toys and sooooo much more and put it all back in exctly the same place. They would take pictures of the rooms so that they made sure that it was just like it was before they moved everything. When they took over, I told them and showed them exactly how perfect my husband and I did them. We scrubbed from corner to corner because to see built up grime in a corner was unacceptable. Bay Janitorial does them perfectly every time. If I find something that Im not happy with, I just text or call Andres and hes on my site within an hour and takes care of it. I rarely have to do that, but he makes it easy and is receptive to my needs.. I couldnt maintain a clean, fresh school without Bay Janitorial.

Best cleaning service in the area. We had our VCT floors done by them and I dont know what they do but there are no yellow stains streaks looks amazing!
