Unfortunately after an amazing sales experience and over 6 months of waiting for the install, we still cannot use our shower. We could not be more disappointed than we are now. The installation was a joke and this is what we were left with. The installer told me he messed up on all the cuts of the walls and offered to cover the corners up from floor to ceiling with a shelf. Something we did not want. Almost all the caulking is useless. Gaps everywhere. Cannot even use the shower.The amazing thing is that the final day of installation was last Friday. Once the installer said there was an issue we immediately called our sales rep and the main office. We sent them pictures and said a manager would call us back that day. Well that didn’t happen. We called back and said they would call us Monday. Today is that Monday. NOTHING. We called 3 times to the main office today. Morning, noon and this evening only to be told that they were busy or would call us later. It’s now 7pm and still nothing.

Waste of time. Needed to come out to tell you the cost is 10k+Edit: I appreciate the quick and professional response. My main complaint is I advised the person in your show room that it was a small bathroom for my elderly father and wanted to get done for about 5k. He gave the impression that it was possible. To take time off work just to get a true range of price is inefficient for both sides. The quality of product in the showroom seemed great. Fortunately I have two other quotes that fit within the budget.

We are so happy with our new bathroom. It has been a great experience from the minute of walking into the show room. Jennifer greeted us and explained everything, Josalin was very nice and helped with scheduling. The demo crew was very clean and fast. I am still in decision mode, not on whether or not to use Luxury Bath but if this is the optimum time for me to take this step. My Luxury Bath Consultant, David Perdomo, is the ideal person to guide you through the process, making you comfortable with his knowledge from demolition to build in, helping you to understand the product and the installation, and with an eye on the aesthetics of each detail that will result in an outstanding final product. David has successfully educated me on the value of acrylic and Luxury Bath.

A little longer than expected and a hiccup or two, but the outcome was perfection. Just as we envisioned.

We had a tub replaced with a walk-in shower by Luxury Bath. On Saturday I had a question as to the work we were having done. I called John Lasker and left a message for him to return my call. Within fifteen minutes, John returned my call and took care of the issue with a sunny disposition. Samuel, the crew leader for our job took great pains in making sure that drop clothes were laid out, where needed, before the job started and that everything was cleaned up before they left for the day. Lenny was sales person for my tub to shower conversion in 2019. I love my shower. Now I’m doing more renovations and called Lenny again for guest shower. Great job with presenting my options and giving me what will be an awesome shower. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the cost but then everything post covid is priced out of control.

We had our master bathroom remodel at the end of 2020 and the staff at luxury bath were very professional. They listen to our ideas and help us to realize our dream bathroom. The whole project took a little more than a week and the entire time they were professional and considerate. We had 2 bathrooms remodeled and are very pleased with the excellent workmanship. Our sales rep Mike was very knowledgeable and helped us choose all the features we wanted. Jocelyn at the office made sure everything on that end went smooth. Mike and Pete came on the first day (of 5) and did the demo work which was very hard and required their special expertise. 2nd day Fernando and Kenny arrived to continue the installation. This crew at Luxury Bath have such versatile skills. The demo work, the plumbing, the electrical, the carpentry, tile work/flooring, and the special problem solving required for such projects. Fernando and Kenny went out of their way to make sure everything was just perfect! All of the trash (including old fixtures) was removed by the crew. Thanks to all. Sam and his helper were fabulous. They make sure to clean everything and leave everything in place. I felt secure having them at my house. The shower is beautiful and I am very satisfied with the job they did. I will definitely recommend your company. You guys are awesome and Iam today a very happy customer. The only thing was they forgot to leave the shower head as I have one new one and the sale rep. told me they will leave it in case I want to change it. Removed the tub and tile and replaced with a walk in shower. I am loving it. The project took 2 days as planned and they worked professionally and kept the space as clean as possible. There were two crews of two. One the first day to demolish and prep for day two. Then the second day two more came to make the drain bigger and then install the shower pan and three walls. They worked until it was completed. I am extremely happy with my completed shower.

During the renovation of our bathroom, we sought to remove the existing bathtub and shower and replace it with a full shower only. Our previous tub was dated and needed to go, as it did not match the rest of the bathroom remodeling that we had done ourselves. Upon finding Luxury Bath of Tampa through an online search, we contacted them and within a day or two, they sent a sales representative (Ingles) to our home.Ingles was patient and informative. He took the time to show us a wide range of options, measure our space carefully and provided numerous suggestions to fit within our budget. He explained they were backed up several months for installation due to manufacturing delays related to COVID. Although we did not want to wait for months, we did not have a problem with our existing shower, so we agreed. During the wait, we contacted Ingles a few times to ensure everything was on track. Each time we called him, he either answered the phone or promptly called back and reassured us everything was on track.After about three months, we received a call relating everything for our renovation had arrived and a date was scheduled for installation. About a week prior to installation, we received a call stating part of our shower that had been custom designed for us arrived from the fabricator damaged when they unpackaged it. They assured us they were equally unhappy and ordered a “rush” on a replacement. They offered a couple options to appease us of the issue. We asked for a discount because of the additional delay and they agreed without any argument.Approximately four weeks later, they contacted us again and the replacement piece arrived. A new date was scheduled for installation. When installation day finally arrived, Angel and his assistant arrived at our home on time and called prior to arrival to let us know he was on the way. Angel was knowledgeable, experienced, and took the time to very carefully remove our old shower. He and his assistant spent two days working long hours to get the job done. They rarely took breaks, arrived on time, and worked late into the afternoon to get the job done. They cleaned up after themselves, checked to make sure we were always satisfied with the way they left things and in the end, they left us with a beautiful new shower in our master bathroom.Although the wait for this was long, it was well worth it. This is a fantastic company to deal with from start to finish and we will without question hire them again if we need further renovation of this type. Five stars all the way. Great job!

We had a new shower and vanity/ sink installed by Luxury Bath. The remodel took 3 days. The first day Hector and Gabriel came. Then the 2nd and 3rd day it was Hector and Edwin. They were all extremely hard working. Extremely careful with what they did. They layed tarps all the way to the door so our floors wouldn’t be damaged. We have and extremely small area where the shower and toilet are so we expected Lots of wall damage but there was none! Also we had said we would remove the toilet so there would be more room but when Hector got here he said it wasn’t necessary unless we just wanted it out. That saved us $200! They couldn’t do the backsplash on the vanity cause they didn’t have the exact dimensions till it was done so that I could keep my large mirror up! But they called and came back the following day after project was done to get it up. They cleaned everything as they went and were so conscientious. Not to mention hard workers. No slacking or standing around..they worked hard the whole time they were here. They were right on time all 3 days! So I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Honestly, I’m 8weeks in on a 3 week job with no communication or expectation on the completion of our project. I’m baffled at the amazing reviews I have read especially since this is what led me to go with Luxury bath in the first place. My hubby called twice last week and we have no response or estimated time the job will be complete. I have tried to exhibit patience and be as understanding as possible. Communication goes a long way and I truly believe this is the biggest area of opportunity. To spend so much on a project and feel like we are constantly being thrown to the back of the line while unable to use our bathroom is appalling.

The gentleman they sent were great at being on time keeping my house from getting dirty from the dust created in the take down of my old bathroom. I was kept informed if a problem occurred and options to correct. They made you feel comfortable while being in my home I even left and went to the store. They did a great job!!

I had Luxury Bath renovate all three bathrooms in my house about 2 years ago. They did a marvelous job which included moving toilets cutting and digging part of the floor slab out on the ground floor as well as extending a shower and moving the plumbing on the second floor.About 10 days ago we experienced a leak coming from our master bedroom shower down onto the ceiling of the living room. I called the Luxury Bath office and we had someone out to look at it within 2 hours. It was determined that they were going to have tear out a part of the stone and glass mosaic walls to make the repair. They started the process that next day and as we had experienced before, they cleaned up at the end of the leaving no trace that they were even there. The most congenial, capable and knowledgeable person I have ever met spent hours and hours meticulously cutting the tile and removing it from the walls to access the leak, he then did an absolutely spectacular job of repairing the leak. And on the following day he spent hours replacing the mosaic wall sections he had removed in such a way so that no one could tell they were not the original. He also repaired the ceiling in the living room.The cost of this incredible repair was $0.00, since as he told me, We stand behind our work, it would make no sense to charge you for what happened.If you are looking to renovate the bathrooms in your home, you could not do any better than Luxury Bath. My senior mother is delighted with her Hydro Dimensions walk-in bathtub. She is safely able to get in and out of the tub and that gives her and me piece of mind. She was pleased with the professionalism and diligence of the staff she met at Luxury Bath of Tampa Bay.I helped my mother with the process from the quote through installation. Luxury Bath went out of their way to make me happy and I commend their thoroughness. All staff at LB of TB through the whole process were great. Lenny the estimator who was willing multiple times to work with us to make sure everything we spoke about was on the quote. KT and Kelsey in the office were helpful. I stopped by the showroom and KT was there to answer lots of questions. They also provided customer references when I inquired. Dave the owner answered my questions timely during the lead time while waiting for the work to begin. But without a doubt the hard-working installers, Hector and Trevor are highly skilled professionals.My mother had the tub installed on her 8th floor condo and they got the tub up and into the unit with ease. They were quick with the tear out of her old shower pan and kept debris to a minimum during the process. When a problem was encountered on the tub fitting through the bedroom and bathroom doorways, they thought of another way, a better way to get the tub into the bedroom and to the ensuite bathroom. The tear out of the shower pan created a gap on the floor and Trevor’s detailed installation of the same replacement tiles makes the floor look brand new.From all aspects of this remodeling project, Luxury Bath staff were knowledgeable, polite and professional. I submitted a request for a quote with them about three - yes three years ago - they literally JUST called me. The guy said he was following up on an old inquiry - talk about poor customer service. Not to mention I sold that home a long time ago! Good grief!

Had my bathroom done by Luxury Bath, Boy let me tell you what a great job, HECTOR AND EDWIN are the best, true professional!! Within two days these two transform my bathroom into a place fit for a king, really its like night and day, and the price was good too, so if your on the fence about getting your bath done by these guys dont be have it done,now!!!, and no !,none of my family or friends work there!!!!!!

We are very pleased with the outcome and experience we had with our local Luxury Bath shower. We started the 1st day with an emergency run to the ER with my husband. Had to call our local luxury Bath sales person (Logan) and he made the ware house aware of the situation. 3 hours later I called the local store to let them know that we would be there. She called the warehouse to let them know that our job was on again. The whole 3 days plus was problem solving and the team of th Palm Harbor Florida made it happen and we now have a beautiful shower.

I was promised that the remodel would be completed in one week, and the team were good for their word. The team were well coordinated and efficient. They completed the work very professionally. I am so pleased with the result! Thank you.

A FREE QUOTE I NEVER GOT. THEY MAY DO A GOOD JOB, BUT I WILL NEVER KNOW. I recently had a representative come to my house to offer me a free quote and I have never felt so belittled and discriminated against in my life. It was for a master bath upgrade and he was just focused on budget, budget, budget. He proceeded to ask me about the cost of my home and any equity I may have. He even proceeded to tell me that upgrading my bath may not increase the value of my home and then had the nerve to ask me if I am planning to sell. I dont believe any of that was appropriate for him to ask to just give me a quote for a job. When I told him what I thought I had in equity, his response was oh thats not enough. He then proceeded to show me several pictures of expensive home bath remodels from his phone that he did in Sarasota and other areas through out Tampa. He even had to tell me about the expensive upgrade he did to the front of his home. I kept trying to change the subject and revert him back to my project, but he proceeded to tell me that the work they do is expensive and it costs $200.00 per hour for his crew to be on the job and the work can take weeks; then he opened some book to give me standardized pricing for a minimal bath upgrade (not what I was asking for) and referred me to some website for pricing of a minimal upgrade. I was pretty frustrated at this point so then I said Well I had my guest bath remodeled recently and it didnt cost too much(trying to save face) . He then responded with insulting me further saying Well a new toilet install is only $600 and we dont to cheap vanities from Home Depot. Ours are customer made. By this point I was pretty much done. So I then asked So you are not going to give me a quote? His response was I could spend 2 hours doing measurements to give you five different quotes but without a budget it would not be worth it. Then he asks me Where is your husband anyway? I thought he was supposed to be here? We usually do this with couples? The last couple I did this with took 5 hours. This takes time. God forbid is I was a single woman. I told him that my husband had to work unexpectedly. Then he asked me Well who owns the home? Thats usually the one who makes the decisions. Whose name is on the house? My mind is blown at this point and all I can say at this point is Sorry I wasted your time. I really wanted to say get the hell out of my house. I felt like he judged me as a young black woman with no money that was wasting his time, and he was not going to waste his time on me. He left my house not giving me any measurements. No quote.

The work done by Luxury Bath is worth every penny. The workers were respectful and hardworking to the get the job done. I recommend them and would hire them again if needed. The office staff was responsive and friendly.

Called recently to inspect a few touch-up issues with the remodel of our baths 6-9mths ago. After being unable to meet them at home after the first scheduled appointment, they hounded me for time and did everything they could to get me booked. Finally able to meet them at home, they were just as respectful and efficient as when they put in the baths. The warranty work was over quick and the baths still look great.

Great! We had a tub to shower remodel plus creation of a new walk-in linen closet and adding more space to a bedroom closet. Lenny Gillespie was our Design Consultant and Christian and his helper were our workers. The bedroom closet used to house the old linen closet. That area was reclaimed for the bedroom closet and thereby adding almost 100% more storage for clothes, etc. The old garden tub was removed and a new shower was added with safety features and new materials that will prevent mold and mildew! The old shower is now a new walk-in linen closet with shelves, new lighting and new flooring. The old vanity was removed and replaced with a new one with drawers and double medicine cabinets installed with lots of storage. We recommend Luxury Bath to our family and friends. Everyone at Luxury Bath were pleasant, willing to answer lots of questions we had, finished the job on time and cleaned up daily when they were through. My husband and I love our new renovations! We hired Luxury Bath to do a tub to shower remodeling. We were very fortunate to have a super technician named Angel, and an assistant to do the job. The result of the shower remodeling was amazing. Didnt look like the same bathroom. In fact, it looks so beautiful that I might discard the idea of taking the existing old tile off the other walls. Angel cleaned up every bit of dust. Luxury Bath recently converted our disabled Veteran daughters tub to a roll in shower and it looks absolutely fabulous! We also had the plate mirrors removed and vanity cabinets installed over each bathroom sink for additional storage. Logan Scott worked with us to get the shower design just right and provided required documents for a VA HISA Grant that helped pay for the shower modification. The crew was also very professional, hard working and kept everything clean. Our daughter loves her new shower and we have reduced her fall risk. I highly recommend Luxury Bath to anyone who desires a bath remodel and would like a professional team that is dedicated, honest and hard working. We couldnt be more pleased with all of them.

Every person involved in the restoration of my bathroom was knowledgeable and highly skilled. The job was professionally done quickly and at the end of each day the house was completely clean. Trevor and John did the demolition and plumbing and preparation of walls for tile guys. Mikey and Matt did the tile work on walls and floor...Mikey is an artist with tile work. From start to finish they all did an awesome job and I am extremely grateful for Luxury bath company.

Design Consultant Mike Leland, Installer Patrick and his assistants, Office Personel K. T. and Kelsey, and Owner David Klinger. The finished acrylic shower and glass doors look beautiful. All work was done on-time and the price of the entire project was very fair, especially considering how excellent the finished job and experience were.
