I just came home from a 10 day vacation from Hawaii that was set up by Judy Sontag. Every hotel we stayed in was top notch it really was a once in a lifetime trip and I attribute that to Judy. My Mom and I both had the greatest time from the exertions to the rental cars to every plane we had not one snag. Judy is very professional and thinks of the people she is setting up the trip for thank you Judy for one of the greatest I have taken so far and hope to take many more in the future. I usually set up my own trips and they go smoothly but I think with Judy I saved money and got better hotels and she gave us better ideas for excursions thanks again Judy!!

My wife and I just return from our trip to Italy and all I can say is WOW! We didnt want to leave! Tammy Levent and her team at Elite Travel absolutely knocked it out of the park!! Every aspect of the trip went perfectly. Every hotel reservation was there, every transfer on time, perfect flights, perfect locations. When we began planning this trip a year ago the number of moving parts became obvious very quickly, I felt like I was over my head. I was referred to Tammy and Elite travel by a colleague of mine. There really arent enough adjectives to describe our experience with this company and our Travel Agent, Roubina Kustubardis. My now Husband and I were referred to this agency when we decided we wanted to skip the big wedding and combine our ceremony and our honeymoon. I talked to Roubina on the phone, explained to her our vision only really knowing that we wanted to get married in Santorini, but not sure about where to stay, and what other islands we were interested in traveling to. She listened, and I let her just go with it, and go with it she did! She took the time to research other islands and picked ones that she thought would best serve our tastes and interests. She even took the time to do some research into the Island we believed my husbands family was from. Our entire trip was that of dreams. We never had to worry about reservations or car services. She had everything set up for us. Every location and hotel she arranged exceeded our expectations. Our ceremony and all of the people she arranged to handle our special day, were some of the nicest people I have ever met. Brides and Grooms often feel so overwhelmed and stressed during their wedding planning, but Roubina stripped all of that away for us and we truly enjoyed every moment. While I have yet to meet Roubina face to face, we have stayed in contact via phone, email and text and I feel like she is part of my family. I have only one other travel agency experience, prior to being introduced to Elite Travel Management Group, and I honestly cant even tell you that persons name. The connection and passion Roubina expressed though out the year of contact, planning and arranging our trip was so evident. From here on out anytime my husband and I plan an adventure, there is only one person I care to work with, and that is Roubina. If you dont consider using this company for your travel needs, then you are selling yourself short of the opportunity to having a trip of a lifetime. Roubina, if you are reading this, I want you to know that we are so beyond thankful and grateful for everything you have done for us. We love you and we hope you know that you will forever be in our hearts. We hope to stay in contact with you and I cant wait for you to continue to help us with trips in the future. Our trip to Cuba was fantastic. I can’t imagine what the Cuba trip would have been without a guide. What Elite Travel provided was an unbelievable experience. We had the right blend of guided tour and free time. A big shout out to Judy Sontag for handling all the details. All the arrangements from airport transfers to pickup times to prepaid entertainment or meals, the details would have cost us hours in waiting or trying to figure out who, what or where. Elite covered it all. I wish the food in Cuba was better. My only complaint. I will certainly think of Elite for future travel needs. Thank you so much for such a memorable experience.

My family and I had 2 very special events in Greece and Italy. My wedding in Tuscany and my nieces wedding in Santorini. Tammy and her team at Elite Travel are excellent to work with, and we received the exact help we needed on our trip to Australia/New Zealand last month. We didnt know much about these countries, and needed guidance on flights/tours/hotels etc. They found the cheapest/best flights for us, and booked us on a 5 day bus tour (for part of the trip) with other people our age, which was awesome!! We did so many things we probably would have missed on our own... and we also learned far more about the culture and history doing it this way. Well use Elite Travel again for sure!!

Tammy is amazing! We found Tammy about a year ago while researching destination weddings. From the beginning working with her has been a great experience. My husband and I have never been to a resort out of the country and when asked Tammy was able to recommend several. Her knowledge of the different resorts was so good she could have been a travel guide. We decided to go with Barcelo Maya Palace Mexico, and all I can say is wow. Tammy arranged the resort stay, and transportation for us and our family. She was attentive and even while she was traveling herself she was always there to take care of any problems that arose. Judy was incredible! We were referred to her by some very good friends in our neighborhood. She booked a Safari for us in South Africa and helped us get a refund for some internal flights that we needed to cancel due to an airline being grounded. Judy worked really hard to ensure that we got a refund quickly. Most notably she promptly responded to all of our emails and somehow found a way to get us an unbelievable complimentary upgrade at our safari lodge! And when I say upgrade it wasnt just a nicer room. It was an upgrade to the lodges flagship suites which would have cost us several thousands of dollars. I would highly recommend Judy for any vacation, especially international travel. She knows how to get things done in a big way. Thank you, Judy!

Our trip to Iceland that we booked through Judy with Elite Travel Group was the trip of a lifetime. Every tour was led by friendly and engaging locals who gave us a wonderful perspective of the Icelandic culture. The tour companies were so professional and courteous—and the small groups that we traveled in made the whole experience feel very intimate and personal. We started the trip with a walking food tour, and it was one of my favorite parts getting to experience the culture through its cuisine. Then we of course did the famous Golden Circle Tour with a small group that again completely exceeded expectations thanks to the fun and lively tour guide. By far the most incredible experience was snowmobiling on top of a glacier—before going inside of it through the tunnel tour Into The Glacier. On our last night, we traveled outside the city on a small tour to find the Northern Lights, and we got to see them! Everything was expertly arranged and I felt in such good hands not having to plan a single thing!

Tammy is very unprofessional, condescending and rude. In a stressful situation she sent me emails calling me a liar i had to email her four times to stop......she cussed at me, screamed at me and put me on speaker phone to her co workers and made fun of me. i was travelling with a 6 and 8 yr old. While she was screaming at me i put her on speaker and the guy sitting next to me said good luck with that one. i had another trip booked with her and had to cancel for she created such a hostile environment which i lost my monies. but it was work not dealing with Tammy ever again. Her co worker Patti was however very professional and assisted us. At one point Tammy told me that she refused to assist me and if Patti wanted to assist us she would be a better person than she was. Great words coming from the owner of the company. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

From the moment we arrived in Venice (welcomed by a very nice woman at the airport) to the driver taking us to the airport in Rome for our flight back to Orlando, it was all perfect. We loved the tours, the hotels, the food, wine, basically all of it. The only thing that wasnt spot on was exactly what you told us about... the beds! The rooms were spotless and lovely but the beds are hard as heck! As you said, unless you stay in a really expensive hotel, thats what youll get. Otherwise, no complaints. My husband and I absolutely loved our first trip to Europe thanks to Judy Sontag and Elite Travel Management. We began planning our trip to London, Paris and Rome about 7 months prior to our intended travel date, and because we were first-timers to Europe, we had no clue where to start! Judy made the process simple, kept us within the budget we wanted, and provided great advice for our travels. I had a lot of questions, and anytime I emailed or called, Judy responded quickly, and with all the information I needed. I am very particular about having all necessary documents and itinerary information, and Judy provided all of that in a timely manner so that I felt extremely prepared for our trip in the days leading up to our departure.Our flights and transfers all went smoothly, and we were extremely impressed with all of our hotels and locations. The hotels Judy chose were nice boutique hotels, not big name hotels, which made for a more personable experience. In each city, we were located within walking distance of many major sites and attractions, but never felt like we were in too touristy or crowded of an area.We had a lot on our wish list as far as tours and excursions, and Judy helped us sort through to determine what we had time for and what would give us the best bang for our buck. The tour schedule she came up with was perfect-- just enough to get us to the sites we wanted to see, but not so much that we were overwhelmed or exhausted. We had plenty of time to explore on our own, and time for down time when we needed it.Overall, an amazing experience! My kids had so much fun I hardly saw them the entire trip. All I had to do was relax. From the food ( which was amazing ) to the entertainment was so awesome. We had so much fun. Pat was so helpful throughout this whole process. We were so busy with work the months prior to vacation and she was able to book us an incredible trip with flights, drivers, excursions, and hotels all under our budget. The hotels were all spectacular with great breakfasts included in all of them. We had a huge mishap on the flight over to Europe due to our arrival at the airport and the entire Elite travel team got together and helped us fixed our error and made it possible for us to make it to a wedding on time abroad with no extra fees for flight changes necessary. They were great!! Without them my bride would have been without her bridesmaid!

The resort itself was awesome!!! Beautiful and relaxing! We thank Tammy very much for recommending it and plan to look into the other Secrets resorts! Communication with Tammy was great to start with, she responds quickly, however, I felt like I was becoming a bother to her. My husband and I have never flown internationally before and did not know we could not print our tickets ahead of time...I paid extra for the Early-Bird check in option but was getting an error message when I tried to print our boarding passes. I called Tammy, her cell number was provided with a 24/7 welcome; she was border-line rude to me when answering my question!! I was very turned off and did not appreciate it. Also, when we got the resort we discovered there is a dress code for dinner at the restaurants...I believe the travel agent who recommends/plans the trip should be aware of these guidelines. Luckily, the resort was not too strict and we were still able to enjoy dinners! Overall we had a great honeymoon in Jamaica and will look into more resorts by Secrets, but I highly doubt we will use Elite Travel.

My best friend and I wanted to take a girls only trip for her B-Day this year and my first thought was call Tammy! I gave her our list of wants and dont wants for a resort and she picked the perfect place for us to go. We were able to easily break up the payments and hold any payments if needed. Tammy even was able to hook it up for some special stuff at the resort. I have already referred friends to Elite Travel and lets just hope they listen and let them plan their trips.

My now-husband and I started researching honeymoon destinations early on in our engagement, as it was something very important to us. Judy Sontag was our travel agent and she arranged our honeymoon to Thailand and Singapore, and we cant be more pleased with her professionalism and help. What a wonderful experience we had! This was our first time visiting Italy and we wanted to get the most out of this vacation. Tammy Levent and her excellent team planned us the perfect trip. Their impeccable planning was perfect from start to finish, including the timing of our flights ( which was spot on ), all private transfers, terrific hotels, and amazing tours. We never would have thought to see the coliseum by torch light at night but they suggested and included this in our itinerary, what a bonus. In each city we stayed we were expertly guided which allowed us to maximize our vacation. They supplied us with an App for our phones that held all the details of our trip and even sent us little messages daily telling us where to shop or visit in a particular city. Amazing travel agency! We recently came back from a Europe trip and had the most wonderful time. As first time Europe travelers we were worried about getting around. Roubina from Elite travel planned our whole trip including tours, hotel stays and flights. Everything was planned out perfectly and we never had to worry or stress about what we were doing next. They know how to plan a trip based on your interest (relaxation, adventure etc..). All you have to do is get to the airport and the rest will be taken care of with prices you cant beat. 100% recommend!

Tammy did an amazing job helping us plan and organize our honeymoon in Italy. After another travel agent from a different company failed to help us or even return messages, Tammy came highly recommended and was able to pickup where our previous agent had left off. She got the job done in the short amount of time she was given and was very attentive and prompt with her responses. Tammy even helped us out when there was a tiny mishap with one of our reservations while we were on our vacation. It wasnt her mistake but she was able to quickly rectify the issue from abroad! Tammy was so Wonderful and truly went above and beyond when we booked our honeymoon. We had to reschedule our honeymoon very short notice due to a family emergency; and Tammy took care of everything! She re-booked us at the resort and we didnt lose any money at all. When it finally came time to go on our honeymoon to Jamaica.. We missed our flight!! (well we made it there on time but they wouldnt allow our luggage on because it was less than an hr till the flight left.. international flights have different rules we found out) Needless to say we were upset... Once again Tammy came to the rescue and called our resort and just switched our days around so we were able to still have a 7 day honeymoon and not lose a day due to the missed flight. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Tammy really saved us and we were able to have a wonderful and relaxing honeymoon! we will definitely use her and her company again!! I just returned from a trip to the Dominican Republic, and I was very pleased with my travel agent Katie Levent. Our travel to and from the airport was seamless. We received a great price for our hotel accommodations. She was also available during our trip to answer any questions. Additionally, she was able to meet the needs of our large group. We will definitely use Katie in the future!

Absolutely amazing! Costa Rica is a beautiful country and we enjoyed every moment of our trip. Elite Travel Management Group did an outstanding job planning our vacation. Not only did they choose incredible places and activities, but everything ran perfectly smooth. All of our transportation was on time, and our reservations were confirmed. Elite Travel was also readily available during our trip for any questions. I do not have a single complaint. Tammy is FANTASTIC!!! When a group of my friends decided we wanted to go to Jamaica last year, I found Elite Travel to help me set it up. I immediately liked her. Working with this company was an unfortunate surprise. During booking, I was very impressed with Tammy’s knowledge and she set us up on a trip to Cabo. She highly recommended it, and knew a lot about it, so I was looking forward to it. Unfortunately our flights were delayed and we missed our connecting flight. In panic mode, we reached out to Patty and Tammy for help. Tammy became very defensive and was screaming in my moms ear over the phone and sent her a ton of texts. Patty was the only one willing to help us. I was honestly shocked that someone with such great reviews and a career in customer service would act that way. She threatened to sue us for slander if we left a negative review. Unfortunately, she’s only good if everything goes smoothly. Patty on the other hand was very helpful and professional. Tammy mentioned me in a review response saying that she planned an amazing trip for me and that I said they were the best travel agency. I don’t think she even realized that it was the same vacation. I’m sure she will respond to this aggressively. As you can see in all her negative reviews, that’s what she does. Great travel agent..as long as nothing goes wrong.

We have been working with Tammy and the team at Elite Travel for 10 years now. Not only did she plan our destination wedding but she planned several vacations. The past 2 weeks we spent in Greece planned by Tammy was beyond anything I could ever imagine! I would have never thought to visit Crete but thank goodness we did! Honestly from having to reschedule, to expired passports 24hrs before take off to misunderstanding at the hotel Tammy always delivers. I called her in the middle of the night...while I was in Greece... she was in Amsterdam. She answered. And got to work to make me at ease. Our trip was everything I could have imagined (and we imagined a lot). These days people think they can do it themselves online I learned this isnt true. If I hadnt used an agent Id be screwed. Kay, the owner Tammys mother in planned our trip to Greece. Kay is delightful. We had a wonderful time, but I must say that every interaction with Tammy was unpleasant. She is downright hostile and aggressive and is not the kind of person you want involved in helping you to plan your family vacation, which should be a happy experience. My husband and I recently got back from an amazing trip to Italy for my 50th birthday. Costa Del Sol is absolutely amazing- it was such a sight to see and we took plenty of pictures (as soon as I get them on the computer I will send some to you) the weather was perfect everyday, as well.We met some great people from all over Europe and everyone was very nice and it was easy to get around and find what we needed. Unfortunately we never made it to Morroco, we were just having such a great time on the beach everyday relaxing and eating at various restaurants that we decided to not travel around too far. We did spend a lot of time in Benalmadena- great restaurants, bars, and shopping there. The port was a lot of fun for us!Brian and I are looking forward to going back there another time (maybe our 10 year anniversary) because we had a such a fantastic time. It was hard to come home!We also have a new love of traveling and want to see more of Europe in the future, so if we do ever travel again we will be in contact with you. Tammy at Elite Travel recommended Sunscape in Montego Bay for our family vacation for 2 adults and 2 kids. It was my first time out of the country with my 1 and 4 year old. I know Tammy is an expert when it comes to travel so I took her advice. When we got to our room we immediately noticed the beautiful ocean front view. It was an all-inclusive resort and there was plenty of fun activities for the kids to do. My most favorite was just hanging out in the crystal clear waters and the lazy river... we even went on a Catamaran to go out snorkeling. Even my 1 year old had a blast! I can honestly say we had the best time ever and we are already talking about planning another family trip (with more people) through Elite Travel.

My husband and I had a great experience at the Breathless Riviera Maya Resort. The food was exceptional and the service was wonderful! There are three pools with different activities by the hour including one completely chill vibes pool. The rooms are modern and tech savvy. Most amazing travel experience! Id say Ellie Travel is a MUST for all honeymooners! Our trip was perfectly planned and seamless from the flight to the ground transport to the resort accommodations. Tammy kept us well informed of any changes made to our flights from the airline and was super knowledgeable about the resort and the things to do in St Lucia and even set up excursions for us beforehand so we were all set when we arrived. Our hotel accommodations did not disappoint, so glad that we took her recommendation on booking Ladera and also, it was quite a benefit to have an agent with local connections. Our driver Ernest, let us know that we could call him anytime in addition to Tammy if we needed assistance while there. Since the trip was planned so well I didnt have to contact Tammy for any issues and the one time I emailed just a quick question about tipping practices on the island just for my personal info, she responded immediately. I wouldnt trust my future travel plans to anyone else, and already referred a dear friend to her before we even got back from the honeymoon!!!!

This is the second trip to Jamaica that we have worked with Tammy Levent on, and she knocked it out of the park. We had decided back in December to get married down there in May 2017, and she quickly handled my husband and Is flight and hotel along with our guests. JUNE booked our trip to Cancun for my friends 40th Birthday. I had an amazing time! I think everything went very well, the only issues were that I was booked with another Tour company, so we had to separate for our bus transfers and buy excursions from different agencies. We worked it all out, but that would be the only hiccup since I was with Olympus and they were with Lomas.The food was good, unfortunately I didnt eat as much as I wanted to for some reason, had nothing to do with options, just my body acting funny for whatever reason. It was HOT, since the hotel is open and outside, whenever we left the room we felt the heat, but again, its Mexico, we didnt think itd be any different. Service was AMAZING, met a lot of awesome people and I made sure to provide a Trip Advisor review for our favorites. I even saw a raccoon at the beach!! My friends werent pleased but I LOVE wildlife so I loved every second. Id definitely go back and thank you for setting it all up for us. We had a blast!!!Hope to work with you again soon!!

I wanted to take my daughter and granddaughter to Italy and had no idea where to begin. I was referred to Elite Travel. Roubina planned a trip for us and it was a trip of a lifetime.
