I have lived in Florida for 15 years and this is the first air-conditioning company I have felt I truly got my moneys worth. The work ethic and quality of Max and Leon was impressive. Max even came back after hours to completely finish the job. This is the only air-conditioning company I will use from now on! Thank goodness for Air! We lived in the heat for five days and they even gave us a window air condition to use until they could service our new one.

I called Sunrise Heat & Air my old unit was not cooling at all, they came out looked in attic, put gouges on it, confirmed that it was toast. They gave me several options and recommendations .They gave me a price to do the work and equipment and reused what they could to save me some money. :) Scheduled me for the following week.Max and Leo installed the system, they carefully removed the old unit and just as carefully installed the new air handler. They spent all day working very hard. They cut no corners and really gave me confidence that they did everything right. The price was exactly what was quoted.Max even came by after work to install a different breaker. No extra charges the system looks beautiful and the house is comfortable again. Great company that you can trust.

Bruce was great during my appointment. He was on time, and the company gave me a courtesy call with 30 mins notice before his arrival. He explained everything clearly, and showed me how to maintain the AC unit to ensure it was working properly. The Sunrise team was hands-down a pleasure to work with. I am so used to HVAC contractors giving me the run-around, not Sunrise. From the initial quote to installation of a heat pump for my finished garage, this company is a well-oiled machine! No surprises, cost was reasonable all work completed in under a day. Also, Sunrise has separate teams and their electrical technician recommended replacing 35+ year old breakers and quote to finish was spot-on work. Keep it up!

Beware of Sunrise Heat & Air company! They took full advantage of my father who is disabled and not mentally stable. Ripping out his (2 year old) 3 ton 16 SEER Trane System with a 10 year parts warranty & replaced it with the exact same unit charging him a whooping $13,600. To top it off my family is in the HVAC industry and just did a maintenance on his AC 3 months prior and the system was running perfect. This company took the 2 year old WORKING system out and wouldnt even give it back to us even after finding out about my fathers disabilities. Very dishonest, sales driven AC company with inflated prices. Please beware and spread the word so others dont get ripped of by them in the future!!

The two service technicians wasted no time in getting to the cause of the problem. Once the issue was identified, I was offered options for the repair or replacement of the A/C unit. The repairs were made, completed and tested in a timely manner. The technicians acted in a professional and friendly manner for the duration of their visit. I am quite satisfied with their work.

Sunrise has been amazing..they replace an original HVAC unit in the house we bought; we had them move some plugs, make all of our fans and lights remote and run wires for TV wall mounts, speakers; and we have them coming out for our irrigation system. I would highly recommend. Everyone we have dealt with has been professional, nice, and knowledgeable.

Sunrise Heat and Air showed up on time to replace my HVAC unit. Both Mack and Leo where very friendly, professional and worked in an efficient mannor. I was having a problem with my old system blowing the curcuit breaker on my panel so they checked the entire panel also. Mack noticed some discoloration in my curcuit box and call in for a second opinion. It turned out apon further inspection that the discoloration was dude to overspray from the texture that was sprayed on the wall of the garage by the builder years ago. I appreciated the fact that Mack was paying attention to the details of my breaker box, and also appreciated that they didnt try to talk me into something that it turned out I really didnt need, a new breaker box, which would have been thousands of dollars more tacked onto my bill. All in all it was a very positive experience dealing with Mack and Leo and the entire Sunrise staff, installers, electritions and office staff. I cant say enough good things about this company! 5 stars all the way accross the board. If you need a new HVAC system I would highly recocment them.

My ac went out on a Sunday and Dillion showed up within a few hours. We quickly found out that my compressor went out. They were able to make room in their schedule to get my ac installed in a couple days and provided a mobile ac unit while I was my ac was out of commission. Dillion and his team knocked out a full ac insulation in a few hours and I was able to have ac before dinner.

Great experience the first time, not so much the second time . Scheduled, then rescheduled four days later did not complete the job to our satisfaction. Specifically hired them to connect Google nest thermostat at best they reached about 40% of what they were hired to do. Will log if they correct.

I was extremely impressed with the companies timely response and loyalty to the customer. My AC unit motor decided to die right after having a low cost inspection from sunrise. I was very upset that this happened, but they handled it perfectly. Because the unit had been in working condition when they arrived, they replaced the motor with a brand new one completely free of charge. The motor dying was not their fault, but because their inspection resulted in it not working, they immediately made it right.Roman was a fantastic technician and an awesome person. When the old beast decided to quit I searched for ac repair . My previous service company closed. From the reviews I called Sunrise. Best decision! Its too hot to be without ac. Jesse came out and got her working but I knew it was time to replace (19 year old unit). He was great explaining the different options. Im in a townhome and part is in the attic 3 stories up. Jesse, Roman and forgive me forgot names did an amazing job! All carpeting was covered carefully with plastic and you would never know people where up and down the stairs. Its delightfully cool now and I cant recommend them highly enough! Thank you!

We just got our AC tuned up by Sunrise and I couldnt be happier with the service, quality of work and overall knowledge of our tech. We moved into our house last August and never felt like the AC worked correctly. Jesse was able to thoroughly check the system and to our surprise let us know we didnt actually need a new AC (which is what we figured was needed). The repairs to our current system were under warranty, which again was a very nice surprise! The AC has never worked so well! I was very happy to get a quick response over the 4th of July holiday weekend from Sunrise Heat and Air. I thought that their emergency fee was very fair considering we didnt want to face the weekend without air so we were pleased to get our problem addressed quickly and affordably. Every dealing I had with Sunrise via phone was extremely prompt and professional. They always called in advance to let me know that the technician was on the way. Roumen came out to service the issue and was able to get our unit running with what he had stocked on his truck while we waited for the part we needed. I dont often leave reviews but I feel this AC company deserved some kudos for their communication, customer service and quality of care. Their tech, Jessie is great!My AC stopped cooling a week or so ago right at around 4:30p. I tried to call around and the folks at Sunrise was responsive. Because I had to have someone come out after hours, I had to pay the emergency appointment which was higher than a normal diagnosis (but seemed worth it when youre stuck without an AC in the middle of summer). The tech, Jessie, showed up about an hour later and diagnosed the problem as a faulty fan motor. Unfortunately for me, my AC has a particularly compact fan motor which is not easy to find not generally in their spare parts. The best he could do was to find a local supplier first thing in the morning and hope to have it repaired the next day. He said he would reach out by 9am the next day and when you hear techs say that, youre lucky if they call you by noon.Sure enough, 8am, Jessie called to let me know he was able to find a Recovery Motor and was at my property by 9:30am. Worked on fixing it despite the constant rain. He explained what he was doing each step of the way was very patient with my questions and concerns. We had my air back on and running by 11:30a and all was well again.Overall, I was more than happy with my experience with this company and I would use them again.

Jesse rocks! He found some issues with our 2005 handler, explaned whats going, gave me a solid quote to fix the problems, came back the next day and fixed the issues, and now the house is cold.
