Hired Maxx and was initially told the job would take 2-3 weeks. That turned into two months. The flooring we picked out looks nice but the trim was not done correctly. No chalking done at all. Big time gaps between the trim and wall. The tile in the bathroom looks nice but the Sluter in the shower could have been placed better. Other items like our cabinets look good but the leftover unfinished spots are still showing from the older cabinets.Overall I expected more for the amount of money I paid. Sasha is slow to respond but a nice guy. However I would recommend another company.

Love my new floors. Process could not have been smoother. Choosing made as pleasant as possible,. Installers were wonderful - punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and thoroughly professional. Outcome was perfect. Will recommend them often.

Sasha was terrific. He gave me a good price for the flooring I chose. His choice of the person(s) who laid the floor is another topic. They did not finish the job on time; did not notify me so that I incurred $150 in cancellation/rescheduling of my moving person and $400 in lost wages for the time I took off work to move; they charged me for moving the furniture that was NOT included in the original estimate; they did not finish the baseboard in a good way, leaving gaps in the floor; and to add insult to injury, they took/stole my Burrtec two trash barrels. Good price for the flooring; bad, bad, for the installation. Hire someone else for the installation.

Sasha the owner is a great guy. Always helpful. You cannor beat his prices. Your one stop shop for laminate flooring ad installation. Also has a wide veriety of baseboard, crown molding ect. Not availible at the big box stores.

They are right next to a big box flooring store. it is much more personalized and no commission. Yossef the owner took excellent care of me AND stocks the product he sells. He allowed me to pick up after work 7pm with out any hassle. i even messed up the color and we changed it out!! he has great. Got the Eternity brand of faux wood flooring. very good value for the money and he has all the trim pieces. sold the underlayment at his cost. THANK YOU> RH

Great values on high quality flooring

I just received delivery on some gorgeous V-Groove laminate flooring from Maxx Industries and Im very pleased with the quality. Its even more beautiful than I thought when ordering. I have to say the whole experience was exceptional; from the service I received in the showroom (Mrs. Novakovic) to the phone conversations later with Sasha Novakovic, the owner, when I inquired about catalogue choices. I ordered 1,000 sq.ft. of flooring from the catalogue and picked up the order 4 days later. Heres a very important thing about this transaction: A few hours after ordering this, I was online and found a coupon from a store in Indio with a similar name. I called and it was the same store, but the Novakovics had moved the store to Palm Desert 3 years before. The coupon had expired, but to his eternal credit, Sasha honored the coupon and refunded me the difference. This uncommon courtesy really impressed me. I was not buying the flooring to upgrade my home, but because I had experienced a flood in my home the week before and my floors, along with many of my furnishings, were a complete loss. In the aftermath of this, I have been dealing with companies and individuals whose customer service skills seem close to non-existent. The Novakovic Family is my new Great Business model!
