A while back this establishment sold me an eagle pendant and then noticed it did not fit on MY chain. they told me they could resize it, I then handed over my chain so that he can messure it along with the pendant i just bought off them. They then smashed my clasp with a hammer or some sort. I went back and they said sorry and only polished it not even a repair.
Great jewelry repair shop, fixed all my jewelry that I hadn’t been able to enjoy or wear!
Unfortunately I must have caught them at a bad time, I brought my necklace in to have the clasp repaired and was told to be back in 30 minutes. I came back, they hand it to me, but it had not been repaired they asked me to wait another 30 minutes I wasnt going to bother.
Service was super fast, ring is gorgeous and savr money on top of it all .
