I finally made the decision to have my pool deck and patio resurfaced. And Im glad I did it. Our pool deck and outdoor patio just got done! Peter the owner of Blue Steam came by to do a final walk thru so its still brand new but so far, we love it! Peter was very professional! Really nice guy and easy to work with. Very reliable and is extremely trustworthy. Its always easy to do business with someone you like! He came out several times to give us suggestions/estimates since we were throwing around a few different options for design. Not once did he act like it was a waste of his time and we all know that this economy right now is thriving so its not like he didnt have other jobs. He would text us and keep us in the loop on when his crew was coming out and what they were going to be doing that day. Communication and keeping your word is so appreciated and rarely done these days! Cant wait to have a party and show off our new patio and deck! Thank you Blue Steam! Highly recommend this company!

I called Blue Stream from Canada 2 weeks ago to make an appointment to clean the floor tile and grout in our Palm Springs Vacation home. Roger was very accommodating and set the appointment up for the day after my arrival.Blue Stream phoned a few days before the set appointment to reconfirm and told me they would be at the house mid-morning on the day of the cleaning.The team arrived exactly on time and were pleasant and professional.Clearly, they knew what they were doing.Were very pleased with the outcome and would HIGHLY recommend Blue Stream. 5 stars!!!!

20 year old 16 inch tile floors in cream, looked in need of replacement. Roger and his team cleaned them this week and I now have beautiful new floors. I would advise anyone who thanks they need to replace their floors to first have them cleaned by Blue Steam. Excellent work, very professional and helpful.

Blue Steam cleaned our carpets and tile and grout. They were courteous and professional. The spots on the carpet came out and it looks almost like the day we installed it. The tile and grout was thoroughly cleaned. I would recommend Blue Steam to all my friends.

Peter and his crew did an excellent job refinishing our Saltillo tile floors. They scheduled the work quickly when I called, the price was reasonable, and the work was great. The floors look wonderful. Besides, they were a lovely group of people to work with -- thoughtful, careful, and energetic.

Fast and efficient! Tile looks brand new! Guys were really nice, even cleaned my carpet for free. Will use again and would absolutely recommend.
