My experience is unlike the sole bad review here. I have found Sherri to be a welcome breath of fresh air because she speaks clearly and plainly and is virtually impossible to misinterpret. She tells it like it is, not what you want to hear and that kind of honesty is rare...rarer still in a consultant (and i would know...Ive had dealings with many). If you are looking for an objective review of your practice from an experienced and knowledgeable consultant, Sherri is an excellent choice. Implement her recommendations and grow. As for the one poor review by Fatemehhadjian I would say if a consultant became a problem, you fire them. I seriously doubt a consultant can break apart a dental practice...seems much more likely it was already at the breaking point and when the causes were exposed, the associate left the practice and took some staffers when leaving. Maybe they waited too late to call in a consultant? Associateships often fail when the dentists dont see eye to eye.I place much more faith in the reviews from dentists/owners who claim to have retained Nickerson Consulting for years and in those reviews we see the Sherri I know. Talk to her and trust your gut.

Our experience with Sherri was very unsatisfactory. She was hired to do consulting for our dental group in Palm Desert where I, the DR and staff were working . She was very dishonest, unfair, unprofessional and wrongfully advised the doctors on the system that she was trying to implement . She also wrongfully accused one of the hygienists of lying . Her favoritism towards particular staff members caused the mistrust between assistants which resulted in the head assistants resignation. Many of these situations that occurred, caused the breakup of this office in which 4 staff members ( associate Dr, 2 hygienists of 13 years, and a head assistant of 5 years) to leave the practice .If you are looking to break your office apart, lose patients, and your long time loyal staff; she is the person to hire !
