I could not have been happier with the service I received from this business. First of all, he re-arranged a schedule to get me in the same day of my call. Then, the tech was running a few min. late and he took the time to call me to let me know this. Then, he called again just before he arrived!! After much time diagnosing my problem with my washer I was only charged a service fee, he was able to fix it without replacing any parts. I would definitely use this company again for any other appliance.

I called Bill on a Saturday and told him I needed repair on my dryer. After describing the problem, he gave me some suggestions to try before making an appt for him to come out and check it on a Saturday. I tried what he said and it WORKED!! NO service call needed. Bill is now #1 on my appliance repair list for any service needed in Palm Desert. I am very grateful to him!! There are still GOOD and HONEST repair techs in this world...thank you, Bill! :) Donna
