This guy, short handed as he is, always gets a cab to my mother. Heck I mite go work for him. Hes a good dude.

Close to early, taxi 7 pm ? I work at 5:45 am not open until 7 am

I called ahead to make sure of the price of the ride I needed and after I was picked up and on our way the driver suddenly changed the price from $60/$70 which is what he told me on the phone to $80/$90 so I had him stop and drop me off somewhere and I was still charged $20! Seems like to me he intentionally did this just to rip me off because I just paid $20 for literally nothing but putting me through more stress

Richard is absolutely great and I highly recommend them if needing a ride! He cares for his clients and will go out of his way to help in any way possible. Dont hesitate to call!

This company is professional, timely, and reasonably priced. We have been using them for over 7 months exclusively and have had excellent service no matter where we had to go and no matter when we phoned for a ride. I use them frequently as Im not able to drive and have had many doctor appointments, some in Jacksonville. Im never disappointed with their great service!!!!

Called the night before to schedule a cab. Called back this morning wondering where my cab was...they had no recollection of me ever calling. Good service when you need to get to the airport!

Had very early flight, Uber and Lyft had no drivers available. Called and had transport arranged and at the door within 1/2 hour....made the flight with time to spare. Thank you.

When there on time they are great. But they need better common courtesy . I understand if the driver can’t make calls when driving but if they are running late they really need to learn to communicate with dispatch so eitherA. Dispatch calls customer to tell them they are running behind orB. Have driver call if they are running lateThis is something that needs to be worked on ASAP

I have a 5 Years old with disability and the driver went way over above and beyond of his job, very nice gentleman, very polite and he had a lot of patience with us, car very clean, also we got in time.

HOWEVER, WITH SUCH A DEPLORABLEFILTHY FLEET CAR (IN WHICH, I COULD NO WAY ENTER) ANY OUNCE OF POSSIBLE GOOD SERVICE WOULDBE HARD TO FATHOM. This was the most god awfulTaxi service Ive ever dealt with. I called first and they said it would be about 10 min, it was late at night so after fifteen Min I called again and she said it would be another 10 min, 20 min go by I call again she tells me the taxi is about 8 blocks away another 12 min go by and no show by the taxi so after a total of about 50 min there was no taxi so I called to cancel and the woman hung up on me, I would recommend anytime taxi or walking or taking a bike, this was the worst taxi service Ive ever experienced

Alliance has some great drivers, but the owner of the company seems to be a bit vindictive. i waited over 45 min tonight for a cab, none came, and the last person i spoke with on the phone was richard. i ended up getting a ride home from a friend. thumbs down.

I missed my flight this am driver took wrong exit I was on standby for the 1130 did not get on that one on standby for 2:00 pm no guarantee I will get on that one or even get out of here today!! This was totally unacceptable of this driver! I will never use this cab company again!
