TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was disrespected, pressured, and threatened. An error was made on my taxes and when I went back to have it corrected, Robert was not happy with the $0 balance that came up for his work fixing another persons mistake. So he called over someone else and made changes to it so I would owe $59 more on top of what I already paid to have my taxes done. When I informed them of their policy that if something is not done right it would be free of charge to fix, the two started arguing back and forth with me accusing me of being at fault and stating that I either pay them more money or it’s not getting fixed. Both guys were extremely RUDE and ARROGANT!! When filing a complaint, the District Manager was not the friendliest either. I asked for the Regional Managers number and he refused to escalate the matter. I paid $118 to file my taxes, and then dealt with all of this after it was their fault.
