The staff here are wonderful. However, the billing is outsourced and a pain. Ive been waiting since April for a refund on my account of 138.43... I have called repeatedly and they keep telling me its under review. It is now September 5 months for a billing review is unacceptable.

I had an MRI done at this facility and the process was easy and smooth. The scheduling was fantastic and the receptionists were pleasant and helpful. The MRI Tech was careful, courteous and patient. He explained everything he was going to do. I got my results in less than 24 hours. A very nice experience overall.

I had 3 MRIs done consecutively. Yes it took some time however the tech and assistant were fantastic. He spoke to me at the right times to keep me updated as to how much time was left for each sequence. Everyone was friendly and professional. I highly recommend getting all of your imaging completed there.

I called to make an appointment and the guy on the phone was very rude. I ended up hanging up because of how he was acting. I couldn’t read the drs hand writing on the paper and he was very irritated that I wasn’t able to say exactly what it said. I asked if I should come in to make the appointment instead. He said no and kept asking what the paper said. And kept saying if I don’t know what it says I can’t make the appointment. I told him it was my ear that needed a ct scan. He’s like is it the temporal bone? I said it looks like that’s what it says. He then said I need to know EXACTLY what it says. All he had to do is tell me to come in to make the appointment instead of being so rude. Their website says “A commitment to quality and COMPASSION”. Yeah right.

I have a new lifted TItan XD they were worried it wouldn’t fit. Everyone in town said no to me they didn’t. Best place it town by far great service and there were like 10 guys Peking on my truck I highly recommend this place.Best 40 bucks including tip I’ve ever spent.Keep up the good work guys, if you have a lifted truck than you will wanna come here!

MRI was k other than the technician needs a personality. Also Question; Must we be subjected to TV that discusses sex and sex acts on TV while we are waiting for our MRIs etc? I noticed children in the lobby and I did not appreciate it either and neither did my wife. The Ellen Degenrrate show is not acceptable. Turn on the news or something generic PLEASE.
