I wish the lady you employ as a driver will go back to driving school. I had her drive up my rear bumper speeding on Belle Terre pass me on the right lane to turn on Palm Coast Parkway I followed her to post office and had a few words with her. Iam Sure iam not the only one to complane about her driving I do have this on my dash cam.

I am having issues with mail forwarding. If checks come at all, they take around 1 1/2 weeks and I just had a check returned to sender as not deliverable. The address was correct. What is going on????

We ship packages weekly. Had to deal with Kevin today at the counter. He was very rude and his customer service isnt worth one star. Other people I have talked with seem to care about their customers and are nice. Shame this Kevin works there. I will no longer go to this post office because of him. Other issues I have found is it takes them a very long time to ship packages even when you buy to have faster shipping. They also loose packages and the local mail person is a joke. He is too busy with ear buds in his ears talking on his phone to care about this work. He never double checks the mail he puts in the mail box. Also putting other peoples mail in my mail box and my mail always end up lost or at someone else house. Some days he just skips going to our house all together. We have cameras and we watch him skip our house when we know in fact that we have mail.

I am sorry but this branch is terrible! They have lost our rent check twice is one year, and my vehicle check payment several times the last 5 years! Or delaying it for 2 months. Today I was charged again with a late fee from Synchrony bank because they have not yet received the check from FL to GA!!! Over a week maybe 10 days. I had to be on the phone 1 hour with the bank today because of them. I mean come on I didn’t sent it to Australia. How long should it take for the blessed check to go to GA from FL? Why do o have to pay a fee for overnight delivery tracking to do it right? Why nobody does their job right any more? And that excuse of the Covid has to stop at some point. I won’t step my foot ever ever again to that branch I swear! That was it. Terrible results. This is a joke not a US postal service.

This is the worst usps service ever encountered anywhere on the entire east coast. They are unable to successfully forward my mail 2× each year. Absolutely Pitiful!!! If this was a private business, It would have folded long ago.

Ive had some ups and downs at this post office but most post offices are understaffed and have to deal with a lot each day, so I understand. Im leaving a 5 star review though because of a particular thing that happened today.To preface, I run a small online business and mail thru USPS because they have the best prices. Yesterday, I dropped off a batch of small envelope sized packages and didnt realize one of them was unmarked. I brought the small unmarked package to weigh at the self service machine and because I was in a rush, I thoughtlessly put it in the drop off with the rest of my packages. I didnt realize my mistake until I was on the way home. I shrugged it off, taking the L and accepting that it may have been thrown away as it was unmarked.Today though, my dad found the unmarked package in our PO BOX. Someone working there must have assumed that the packages return address was that PO BOX as it looked like all the other packages I dropped off that day. They assumed right!I want to send a big thank you to whoever did that for me as I really appreciate it. It was my mistake and someone had the patience to sort it back out and thats really awesome.I know a lot of people have their gripes about USPS and this location in particular, but I wanna just say, I think they are trying to do their best under the circumstances they are under, especially now operating in the midst of a pandemic and as the election is right around the corner. And there are certainly gems working there based on the blessing I got today.

Worst Post Office Ive ever dealt with. Missing or stolen mail for the better part of a year. At my house address and when I paid for a PO box. Theyve done absolutely nothing to help me. Multiple senders have reported to me their mail is returned even though they sent to the correct address. Fidelity had to Fedex my HSA card to me. Just about everything I order from Amazon gets rejected unless they ship UPS, FedEx etc. They are the worst. I Pay property tax and even paid for a PO box. What do you have to do to actually get mail in Palm Coast? Ive even served 4 years in the military. But maybe thats my most of mail gets thrown away?

I’ve never wrote a negative review for any business. Until now.The absolute worst. Not a competent person in that building. Zero accountability and constant lies when confronted about a missing package. Spoke with three different managers on five different occasions about a missing item, and on every occasion they each had a different explanation on what happened. While completely contradicting each other, they all stood firm to their story. Lost $300 worth of products and absolutely no where to go to be reimbursed. This review isn’t because they lost my package (because in all honesty, they may personally not have at this location, but USPS did in some capacity ). This review is because of their inability to admit that. Had they owned up to their mistake and offered any type of legitimate assistance, they would’ve avoided yet another 1 star review. Ship FedEx!

I made an order through a company, and my package was supposed be delivered on March 4th. Well that day had came and gone. I gave them the benefit of a doubt thinking they were busy do to covid things and going to deliver it within the next couple days after the 4th...Well here it is March 7th, its a Saturday, and they close at 1. I called the company, they gave me a tracking number and said according to them the Po said it was delivered at 12:16 on the 4th. I called the 800 number that the post office list on their website (which is not a local number!!!) and it said it was also delivered on the 4th. Since I cannot get ahold of the local post office, looks like Ill be going in person on Monday and complaining. This is truly bs... should have just got it mailed through FedEx

This Post Office has failed miserably to perform at the lowest standards of security. In the past 24 months the PO has failed to deliver, dividend checks, documents and packages. I have a security camera focused on the mailbox and front door to monitor the mail delivery activity .Afore items were never delivered. NOT STOLEN

I requested mail forward from Texas to Palm Coast Florida 32137, starting from September 24 2020. requested 2 wks before transfer date. So far I am missing all my mail. Visited post office x2 Employees are courteous but I still do not have any mail. I had issue with my delivery person, Few months ago he sent all my mail back to senders. Only reason I know this as couple of friends told us about it. This person is very rude and does not do his job. I am afraid that he might have dumped my mail in trash. I have lost my mail and voting Ballot and checks.

We moved in to our new home in Palm Coast on March 2, 2020. I can not believe the incompetence and impotence of the Palm Coast post office. I have commented before, maybe on this sight, months ago. In the interim the angst continues! We requested mail forwarding on June 13, 2020, NOTHING has been forwarded. We are signed up for the free service that allows us to see what is coming in the mail. A week or so ago we saw a piece of mail from Flagler County taxing authority, and of course it was not forwarded. My husband called the PO and they said that they would forward it and assured us that it was not a bill. Low and behold again this morning it shows that the piece of mail was delivered to our address AGAIN in Palm Coast. If anyone has any suggestions as to whom I can report this worse than terrible service I would be most obliged! None of the routes we have taken so far have succeeded in addressing this abhorrent problem.

THEIR INCOMPETENCE RUINED $400 WORTH OF WEDDING INVITATIONS.Three workers, including the Manager of the building, handled my wedding invitations and confirmed the postage amount. Turns out it was keyed into the computer wrong. EVERY SINGLE INVITATION HAD THE INCORRECT POSTAGE AMOUNT. I have now had to contact guests to apologize and have them pay the postage owed for their wedding invitation. Not to mention I have received invitations back that are COMPLETELY RUINED. Rained on, all sorts of writing and stickers on my custom envelopes, etc.Filed a complaint with the USPS and was told someone would call me. THEY SENT MY COMPLAINT TO THE WRONG BRANCH. Complete incompetence not only by this branch, but by the USPS in general. To say I am angry is an UNDERSTATEMENT. Picture is of one of the multiple returned invitations. Ive mailed packages at this location many times and have never waited in line for more than 10-15 minutes even at the peak of the Christmas rush. Thats much better than other places Ive lived. The counter workers are generally pleasant and efficient.

This is twice I have put in a request for mail to be picked up and twice I have missed my deadline because they didnt pick it up. You tell them that and its always we will let the manger know. No wonder they want to defend them. Horrible service not even the first major mistake that has been made.

Is there a zero that I can use to rate this carrier? Leaves packages in the rain when there is a porch by taking just one more step. Open the gate and place the package just inside the gate to protect it from the driving rain. Too much to be responsible for I guess. When I confronted the substitute employee, he said they dont go onto porches. If he reached out from where he was standing and set it down, that is all it would have taken. The person he substitutes for always sets the packages inside of the gate. Instead he leaves it outside and it gets soaked which cost me big $$$$. He should pay. No apology, no remorse, just rebuttal. HE SHOULD PAY FOR THE DAMAGE!!!!

They have someone that steal packages. I run an online business and took photos of each order made for a week. In that week I had 4 packages not even scanned so it looks like to the customer that I didnt ship the item when I clearly did. I take my packages 20 mins out my way to another post office. DO NOT SHIP HERE!

Im convinced that my packages are taken by my driver or they cant read an address. Yesterday my fourth package was taken and not by porch pirates. They arent being delivered. Little do they know I installed a cameras everywhere. I have neighbors missing documents, packages, checks, etc. I lived in the B section no problem. The people of Putter Dr are watching since we have a major problem here.

If I could give this Post Office no stars, I would. I ship live birds & they have killed 6 boxes of them this year. They try to blame it on Orlando PO & not take responsibility, but they dont get the birds on the right truck or on time, even though I get them there early. I have NEVER had this problem before. I have been breeding chickens for 25 years & shipping for 10+ & have NEVER had this many problems. These people dont know their ass from a hole in the ground & should close down. I wont even mention how many packages theyve lost or have sent to the wrong address or the ones I get that arent mine on a daily basis. The post master obviously doesnt know how to do their job. When you ask a question, they have no answer. Its like the left hand doesnt know what the right is doing.

Today was my first time EVER purchasing a stamp(s). I was standing in line and the clerk by the name of Kevin said I can take whoever is buying stamps with a credit card (He was using a card reader and wireless printer). He asked me if I would like to purchase a book or a roll of stamps. Being a first time buyer of stamps, and not thinking rationally, I didnt ask him what is the difference between the two, so I went with the roll (ASSUMING) it is less than a book. He never told me the price and he swiped my card. I NEVER SAW the price until AFTER my receipt was printed. Ill take the fault for that because thats something I shouldve checked for before allowing him to swipe my card. Once I noticed that I purchased $50 worth of stamps I wont use, I immediately called the office only to be spoken to rudely by Gina (clerk) and Joy (the manager). I was very calm and professional when I called and spoke to them both. Needless to say, Im out of $50 and I wont use 100 stamps. I do take fault in my part in not asking for the pricing, but I do hope they change their policies soon and make sure their customers are more aware. I WILL NOT USE THEIR OFFICE FOR ANYTHING ELSE AGAIN!!!!!!!!

Re: Any one who complains about the service at this post office has never been to a post office in a major city (e.g. NYC, Chicago, Atlanta, Phoenix) where lines are 3x longer, with fewer workers who are more interested fighting about whos going on break next than helping the customers who pay their salariesUmm no. I live in NYC and I’ve never seen such incompetence as the Palm Coast post office has shown over the years. The lines may be long, but at least the mail is delivered.The employees at the Palm Coast post office cannot even read numbers. Mail is routinely missing, 9/10 times in the wrong box. The postmaster, Katie or Katy Highcamp, had assured us that the service would be improving once the previous postman retired. Well, if I did the job they did I wouldn’t expect to make it to retirement. Perhaps she should consider a new line of work, or outsource hiring, because said postman has retired and the service is worse. Somehow they managed to find someone even more incompetent!

WORST post office. At this post office, there are two lines, one for package pick up and one line for full service. I had a package to pick up so I got in the package pickup line. When I was finally attended, the man by the name of Bill told me to get back in the other line because I needed to pay for to pickup my package. I already waited in this line for well over 30 minutes just to be told to go to the back of the long full service line (which would have been easily another 30 minute wait). I asked if he could ring me up in one of the registers. He simply said no...You have to go to the back of the full service line. Im a reasonable woman, but sometimes its not what someone says, but how its being said. Needless to say, I did NOT want to go back in line so i decided to return the next day.So when I returned the next day, I entered the Full Service line to pick up my package. The new man went looking for my package and said he couldnt find it. I explained to him what happened yesterday and also explained that the man from yesterday found the package but was unable to ring me up. And for some reason, this new gentlemen was upset at me!! He demanded to know why I didnt do what i was told and got back in line! I explained to him that I didnt have another 30 minutes to spare. He was upset at ME because I didnt follow orders!!! They spoke to me as if i was some criminal worthy-less of some decent common courtesy.These people are miserable! I encountered rude people at that post office for two days straight!! Spare yourself and take your business somewhere else. Pathetic people.

IF USPS IS GOING TO REQUIRE PACKAGES TO BE MAILED PRIORITY MAIL, THEN THEY NEED TO HAVE PRIORITY MAIL TAPE AND/OR STICKERS AT THE SELF-SERVICE KIOSK SO CUSTOMERS DONT HAVE TO GO IN AND WAIT FOR A CLERK TO GIVE THEM THE TAPE FROM BEHIND THE COUNTER. WHATS THE POINT OF THE SELF-SERVICE KIOSK? AND THEY NEED TO PUT UP A SIGN AT THE KIOSK THAT SAYS YOU DONT HAVE TO WAIT IN LINE BEHIND EVERYBODY ELSE JUST TO GET PRIORITY TAPE. Since this was the second time I was forced to purchase priority mail postage ($10.55 for a 1 lb package going from FL to MN) I knew better than to wait in line behind the 15 people that were already there, but there was only one clerk on duty, and I had to wait more than 5 minutes while she finished taking care of a lady who bought stamps and mailed a package the size of a business envelope before I could finally ask her for the tape. Two other employees walked by from the back room and never made eye contact. SO IF YOU CANT OFFER BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE, AT LEAST PUT THE PRIORITY TAPE WHERE CUSTOMERS CAN GET IT.

I recently moved to a new address and gave them my change of address it has been almost two weeks now that I have not received any of my mail.Today I asked them to check if they still had some of my mail the answer I received was you should be getting some soon but only first class mail when I asked what happens to the rest I was told Oh thatsthrown out.What kind of service is that and is that legal to throw mail out.Something has to change in this post office fast maybe it is time to talk to a Lawyer.

Tried calling multiple times, rings for about 3 to 5 mins then the phone makes a really high pitched buzzing sound for about 30 seconds before it automatically hangs up. Apparently a package i had coming from amazon was forwarded to another address by me, which i never did. I can see why they have such low reviews what a joke of an establishment.

Wow! This post office is a joke. My experience with key cutting, my new letter carrier, and calling in has been almost comparable to dealing with a private cell service provider. Don’t do me any favors delivering my mail or informing me that if I don’t check my box fast enough that all mail is returned. The guy “Bill” should probably get out of customer service (mad at the world) or just quit and let someone else, who actually needs and wants a cushy job, to take over.

ZERO STARS!! I have a package that was 2 day signed priority that was in there possession on November 12th and here it is the 16th and all the tracking continues to say is IN TRANSIT! Im very upset and disappointed because I had made them on a site and paid for them to be printed as well as bought postage stamps. His birthday is in a week. The atmosphere was completely off and the customer service was completely different in comparison to those who are Caucasian and us, who are of African descent. I observed very keenly as I was waiting in line on two occasions witjin my visit here, as well as having my own experience. I’m a very polite and a friendly individual as I have worked in customer service since teenage years and currently working with families on a daily basis so my customer service skills are up to par as well as knowing how to engage.Dale, first off, just grabbed my tape that I came in with asking if I paid for this... as if it wasn’t a red stamp clearly displayed for him to see... He was not at all helpful and seemed to be frustrated at my questioning of the difference between standard and priority questioning. He was also dismissive and wanted to just get me out of the way.After going back to fix my packaging, I waited in line again... and of course Dale somehow made himself disappear regardless of the line being very long. I sat in line and just watched the difference in the interaction of some of the employees with US and them. I was next up in line and this female employee seemed to be purposely taping this box (which already had plenty tape on it) so slow from a previous customer as it was apparent that I was next. As soon as I got called, she called the Caucasian man up behind me. Coincidental?I am an avid online shopper and am constantly in USPS (hence myself already having USPS tape handy) and have had great experiences with the Ormond Beach USPS. So I guess I’ll be making that 20 minute drive to Ormond because I won’t EVER come back here and will certainly tell other individuals about my experience as well.

I placed an order it was tracked all the way to this post office I went to see why it wasn’t delivered all week so after no one could find it they said it never entered the United States . .....Then I go last Friday I needed a letter in Boston by Wednesday at the latest so the lady who waited on me says just do 2 day shipping it will be there by Monday it’s now a week later still not there so I call the Post Office they say how sorry they are and to come in and get a refund only to be told when I get there we don’t do refunds and it got to Boston office today ..... “We don’t do refunds” actually what you really don’t do is your job properly !! Don’t waste my time telling me to come in to get a refund only to be told when I get there we don’t give refunds .

Usually have good and friendly service here but during the Holidays especially Christmas time clerks can be very rude and have impatient attitudes towards customers. This is the second year in a row, I have gotten rude service from a clerk this post office durning the Holidays. I wont be back to this particular US Postal Service.

Most of the employees are knowledgable and very helpful. The long lines and slow checkout are due to USPS policies (5 screens or more for one package, hand typing in full address for overseas packages etc), slow running computer networks et al.

The customer service here was unbelievably rude. I had a package that was transferred to USPS from UPS and was stuck there for quite some time. I went in to pick up my package or see what was going on with it and the employee refused to look for it. She told me it would be delivered today without asking for tracking information or any identifiable information about my package. It really felt like she didnt care and just wanted me to leave.

Clerk was RUDE, told me to not to comeback to her for service. I had one of three packages in a priority box, she wanted it repacked into another. The other oversized box had return address on top, she said IT HAD to be here.More than a little annoyed, I said I had never had to do that before.At that point, she told me not to curse at her. I responded with I have not even begun to curse you I went to kiosk, self mailed 2 of the items and drove 2 blocks to the Pak Rat to Fed Ex the third.

Just rude! I get it’s a hard job with all the people you have to deal with daily but it’s unbelievable how grumpy eveyone is... every time I’ve been there everyone is unhappy looking and rude. I try to always go to bunnell but when I need to go on my lunch break this one is much closer. Don’t recremend it unless you HAVE to go there.
