Stopped in with my pup 🐢 and got what we needed. Called ahead to make sure the store was dog friendly and verify where the items I needed were located. Man on the phone was helpful. Female working in the garden center unloading plants was lovely she complimented my dog Alba and asked if she could pet her. Alba didnt mind she was too preoccupied with all the new smells. We checked out inside because the outside cashier had a line. The cashier inside was really nice he also asked if he could pet Alba. She was interested in all the smells that I dont think she even noticed she was being pet. We had a nice stop and will probably make another stop in the near future. Thank you for keeping the store clean and for people keeping their distance best they can.

Monday morning I stopped in to buy some paint. The whole transaction went smoothly. I didn’t get the name of the female associate who helped me, but she was a petite blonde with big blue eyes. She was very helpful & thorough, I’m most grateful. Cody & Joe were also quite helpful, in fact Joe showed me an even better enamel than what I was requested to buy. Thank you all so much, my kitchen is really starting to look great. I’ll be back for more paint next month when I do my living room.

Installation date 6/2/21 installer came hour late. Took 3 1/2 hours to install. Gave a tip even though he was mad late because I appreciated the hot water I THOUGHT I was going to enjoy. Its now June 5th still no hot water lol unreal! Ive called and called I was told the day after install they have noone they would try and squeeze me in. Thats never happened received a call this morning was promised a 3pm to 5pm slot. I been on hold for 15 minutes because guess what noone came or called. Carpet from Lowes & Legacy Flooring - Nightmare, READ THIS BEFORE BUYING FLOORING FROM PALM COAST LOWESThis is how Legacy Flooring/Lowes left my house after waiting months for carpet to be installed (after prepaying of course) . I NEVER RECEIVED ANY phone calls from Legacy to help me with the situation they just left with no next steps. NOT ONE CALL from Lowes... I had to call them and ask for help and I am still waiting for calls back. I am so deeply disappointed with Lowes, I never ever expected this from them. Now I am living with my carpet gone, the house a mess because no furniture was ever moved back. No carpet installed. Just waiting and hoping this will be addressedUpdate.... April 25th and they still have not come and picked up this defective carpet!!! For your own mental health, avoid Legacy Flooring (Lowe’s Flooring). My house is still a mess and I have had 3 no shows from Legacy.Update ....April 29th. After 4 no-shows from Legacy Flooring to pick it up, then another mishap with Lowe’s they finally picked up the defective carpet. I had to get it out of the rooms it was laying in myself and get it to the garage. Never Again, Lowe’s has lost a regular customer, although I don’t think they care about the anyway.

When you ask for the ordering manager you cant get one if you ordered online. Its like these employees are in the backroom smoking pot or something. Nobody can track my order, spoke to three different people and got three different timelines. Ending up ordering from Home Depot. Highly recommend you do the same.

We may look again before the weekend but if not, we checked and Home Depot has had theirs on sale for a week. I prefer Lowes because I have a Lowes charge card that gives me a little discount. I bought a Range on 9-27-20. It was delivered damaged. It was smashed up in front and back. I was told it would be reordered and received on 11-2-20. I thought this was a long time to get another one? I called the store in P. C. Fla. where I purchased today on 11-3-20. I finally made contact with this store after 2 hangups and listening to 5 calls just music. I guess the eighth call I was lucky. I somehow got a supervisor. Image that? She checks and says Ranges are in stock. I ask why no one called for a re-delivery? She says does not know. Then says, I can get it to you on 11-4-20. I figure I might get it or may not? Lowes is the best! A mistake was made with the mix of my semi transparent concrete stain. It wasnt even close to the color l ordered but, the color did look good with my pavers. Lowes did the impossible. They matched the color of a semi transparent stain. I was able to complete the job without ruining my patio. I am lucky to have a store close by that cares about their customers enough to get it right. Thank you to the Manager, Ben and the paint department.

The commercials for Lowe’s just are not true. The local Palm coast location is well, simply horrible. Firstly they charge you to come for an estimate for installations. Only problem is I have been waiting two weeks and not. Text, no email, no phone call. I will never again go back to Lowe’s. They immediately blamed corporate and gave a weak excuse. Hope everyone who is thinking about getting flooring installed by Lowe’s and Legacy Flooring sees this and backs out immediately I wish I did. March 25th I purchased and prepared for $3K worth of laminate flooring and labor to be installed through Lowe’s which was 3 bedrooms and two closets carpet removal. Was not informed that some products were back ordered and that ultimately took 2+ weeks to arrive and I only found that out when I called Lowe’s for some kind of update on when I’d be able to schedule the install. Never got any courtesy calls or updates. Once I had all materials I was contacted by Trina with legacy to schedule install. Monday April 19th 8am-10am was the expected date and time. Monday April 19th 9am I get a call stating the installer had a family emergency and would need to be rescheduled Wednesday April 21st. Mind you I had already moved all my furniture by myself which is fine I signed up for that but I expected the job to be done the day it was scheduled. I called back and spoke to Kim after an hour on hold and stated it had to be Tuesday April 20th as there must be other employees she agreed apologized and told me that it would be no problem after speaking to the scheduling department they would be at my house between 8am-10am. I contacted Lowe’s as well Monday because I’m unsatisfied with the customer service I was receiving they told me they’d speak to district manager and get back to me, surprise never was called back. I let it go, it was rescheduled when I wanted and I’d finally have my new floors. Wrong again, Tuesday April 20th 10am, no call, no installers. I sit on hold for another hour and spoke to Casey asking where is the installers she slips and says β€œwhy does it say THURSDAY?” I am now enraged and ask for a manager, she apologizes and says she will look into this further and get a manager. She comes back close to 30 minutes later saying there was a miscommunication the installer is in north Jacksonville he had another job!! Manager Caroline does call, and I get the basic runaround customer service, we are so sorry, miscommunication, he will be there as soon as possible and will be completed today, he is amazing and will take care of me. Ernest the installer does call and he was 30 minutes away. I call Lowe’s and speak to a manager robin to get some kind of customer service to let her know how awful this experience has been she too went around in circles stating they contract through the third party and β€œit’s Lowe’s but not Lowe’s” please tell me how that is acceptable? Installer arrives around 11:30 and was told multiple times by legacy flooring that β€œa crew” will be doing this, Ernest shows up by himself!!!! One man to do three decent size bedrooms. He tells me he was already doing two other jobs and they called him frantically to come to my home to get the job completed. Ernest seems to be a nice enough guy and just as confused and frustrated as myself. He tells me he is hoping to get it all finished by 5-6pm. I have three small children and they get out of school at 4pm. I expected a crew latest 10am and assumed yea maybe it’ll take 6 hours before my children come home. But one man to do a perfect job starting at noon?? I was told it by Lowe’s that it’s out of Lowe’s hands but they could TRY!! I called legacy back to speak to Caroline because I’m sorry, getting one employee to rush here and get my flooring done which was already promised for the day prior just isn’t enough for me especially with me having to make all kinds of phone calls and fight for me to get what I paid thousands of dollars to have the least they could do is give me some money back. Spoke to Lisa and she put me on hold for 20 minutes trying to reach Caroline, came back, asked if there was anything she could doI re explained my story AGAIN just to be told Ernest is a great worker and I will be satisfied!!! Call me crazy but worst customer service ever don’t just back out RUN AND FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO DO YOUR FLOORING. All the bad reviews are spot on to what these companies are about.

I love Lowes, I go to the garden center at least once a week where everyone is great especially Bob and they have the best prices and wide variety of plants. I also bought a fridge there and love that too and the carpet/flooring dept. Is great as well and has great customer service, I forget the guys name in flooring but he has a strong Boston accent he is very knowledgeable and is cool to work with. Love lowes!

Horrible customer service in garden area. Dude outside where I went to load my pavers knew I was coming for them but chose to walk away and leave his relief to deal with me when I pulled up. Of course he had no clue where my pavers was and chose to send me back into hunt it down instead of going to find them. I had to park again, walk back in to see cashier who had me pull up st entrance to pick up. This prompted everyone to honk at me for being in the way. Cashier, older white lady, just brings it out for me on hand truck to load all my heavy pavers by myself. Clueless dude at the outside pickup area had no customers and just sat on some bags watching me. The communication amongst them is horrible. They say theyre busy but no one was with customers. Just lazy and dont care about their jobs.

I purchased a $2,000 front door with installation services, I enjoyed dealing with the representative George Baroody but things went south fast, I expected the door in early Nov, got a call from installation asking how the install went, I told her the door hasnt been installed yet?? Then I received a call that the door came in from the manufacturer incorrectly and had to wait another 4 weeks, when the door arrived I got a call to set up install, the installer arrived and they were supposed to put on 4 new door hinges because when the came to measure everything they said the old ones would not work, well he installed the new door with the old hinges, nobody said anything, I paid $34.00 for new hinges, I called the rep George told him what happened and was told the door would be fine with the old hinges, I then asked for a credit for the new ones not used, well they said I had to come in the store to get my credit, really!! during these times you cant credit the card used through the entire purchase, well I go in and magically the credit goes through without me bringing the card to the store. Im leaving this poor review because I felt like the communication was very poor and the fact that the installer did not tell me about the hinge problem, I had to proactively seek a credit and nobody really steeped up to say sorry we screwed this up

Purchased appliances from the very first experience everything went wrong. The order was deleted had to return to have items added back. We scheduled delivery and installation of the microwave. When the installers showed up to install microwave it was done incorrectly and they broke the microwave I know have 2 extra holes in my cabinet. Lowe’s ordered a new one immediately and scheduled the install for Friday and they never showed up so I had to go get the microwave and install myself. The store refunded me the install fee and gave me a credit of $500 everything was fixed and fine. Then the delivery of the other 3 appliances was scheduled between 12-2 Lowe’s shows up at 10:30 am I told them I am 15 mins down the road I ll be right there they told me they couldn’t wait any longer. They said we can put in your garage since you have a keypad. I was not comfortable with that idea. I was told that if I don’t then they were leaving with the items I paid for. They forced me to give them my security code to my house. They left the items in my garage in the process they broke my sons fishing poles and damaged the fridge. I have received payment for the broken fishing poles just today. However Lowe’s is playing games and does not want to work out a reasonable deal. They offered to refund the price of the fridge but then they said that was meant for another customer and should never have been offered to me. At this point they should refund the entire transaction. My home and privacy was violated by Lowe’s in palm coast Florida.

I love lows, everybody seems to be happy motivating around I know theyre low staffed which is not pleasant its been that way since the 1st crash in 2008 they are really needing to fix that ASAP I know theyre losing a lot of business with a lot of other online businesses to pick up their slack. We bought a washer & dryer at this store. The clerk arranged for delivery, 8 days later, ok we agreed to patiently, and wait. The day came, 9/17/20, and we were told the appliances will be delivered between 2:45 and 5:45. Ok so we wait. 5:45 came, no appliances and no phone calls. So we call to find out what happened. The gentleman answers and says, they have up to 6:45 to deliver and to wait. Ok Now 6: 45 comes and no appliances and no phone calls, when. So we call again and get Customer Service, and the young lady says, you are on the list for delivery and you have to wait. So I say to her, can you tell me when it will be or get in touch with the truck to find out what is going on. She says, this is a 3rd party delivery service and she has no way to know where they are, but she was kind enough to say I will try to find out for you. Unfortunately, she was not able and our recourse is to wait til 8pm maybe theyll show up. Now, I would like the CEOs to know that this is no way to treat paying customers. Your store, as a 1st party took my payment for the appliances and it seems that thats were your responsibility to the paying customer ends. You employ 3rd party delivery people who DONT care for your customers and the integrity of your business. Worst of all, you as a business relying on satisfied customers, have no way to check with the truck to inform the customer of the delay in delivery. Are you that independent that reputation does not mean anything to you? Plain to see, we are disappointed in your service and the way you respect your customers. I guess you are so independent that you dont care if thr customers patronize your stores. The only nice person was the lady fr Customer Service, Annette. Now its 7: 55 and no delivery and nobody cared to call us. You like the money but you dont care for your reputation. We will not be your advocates for the store. The management should retrain their employees and CEO should retrain the management. Otherwise, watch your demise.
