This was my first time doing hypnotherapy and I loved it! I wasnt sure what to expect but Jerry did a great job making the whole experience easy and comfortable. We focused on hypnosis for athletic performance. On race day, I felt focused, calm and ready to compete. My mental state has never been better going into an event. I highly recommend his services to anyone who is a competitive athlete. I look forward to using these skills during my training and in future competitions.

35 year smoker that has tried everything to quit from acupuncture to chantix. My sister, who I never thought would quit smoking, went to Jerry a year ago and is now a successful non-smoker.
