Booked a trip for my mom and I to go to Hawaii. I specifically told her I needed a room with 2 beds as it was my mom and I. Only once I checked into hotel and went to the room I found I was booked in a king bed. I immediately went back to the front desk told them it was supposed to have been 2 beds he said I was booked for a king. I said I’m traveling with my mom I need 2 beds. Luckily he had a 2 bed room available and changed us. Emailed the consultant about this inconvenience and she said she contacted the hotel and they said I was in a 2 bed room well of course because it was ME who got it changed. No sympathy from her or the agency to apologize for their screw up. No way to take care of new customers as I will never use again nor will they be recommended by me.
