Had my car detailed by Michelle today. Looked better then when I got it from the dealership. I highly recommend Michelle. Bringing my other car next week. Cant say enough of how great my car looks.

I am so delighted to have found Michelle to do auto detailing. I was looking for someone to do a thorough job and not be just another car in line at a chain car-wash. Not only does Michelle treat your car as if it were her own, but the time she takes and attention to detail is admirable. I came to her with a Honda Civic Coupe that hasnt been detailed in over a year and my dog rides in daily. Since Im not much of a car person I simply just asked her for the works and trusted her knowledge on everything. That turned out to be the best choice Ive made in a long time! I dropped off my car before work and picked up a brand new, floor model vehicle after. Before I picked up (due to my own schedule) she was done and added the personal touch of sending pictures and video of the completed car. I was so excited to pick it up after seeing the photos! Michelle did an amazing job from interior to exterior and even under the hood! I am so pleased by the scope of work done and have found someone I feel positively about supporting! Starting with something as simple as answering the phone, the experience with S & M Auto Detailing was prefect! Able to schedule us into an already busy schedule on short notice was very much appreciated. The final product is impeccable. Cleaner than new. Seriously... cleaner than new. In January, I was vacationing in the Flagler Beach/Palm Coast area and decided to get my car detailed, as Id never had that done since purchasing it--15 months prior. I have a dog and his hair was everywhere. It was terrible. Michelles over-the-phone quote was amazing, but I thought that when she saw all of the dog hair, she might revise it. She didnt. She worked on the car for a long time, and I couldnt believe how good it looked when she was finished. Michelle turned my car back into the one that I remember from the day I bought it. Shes the Best at what she does! I Highly Recommend Michelle!

I had our 2012 RX 350 Black with cream interior detailed. The car is in great shape as it has always been garage keep, but had some scratches and the interior/rug were/are in good shape.The logistics of calling to make an appointment, drop it off and picked it up was flawless and simple. I was in a rush so I did not take anytime to give Michelle any special instruction when I dropped the car off, nor did I have time for her to go over what she had done when I picked the car up. My apologies Michelle, if I came off a little rude, I was just rushed. This was all on me as she clearly wanted to go over some things she had done, but I brushed it off as I had pressing appointments.Michelle did manage to get in a mention that she use a ceramic wax. Let me also mention that I am a stickler for detail and not many vendors meet my expectations.When I picked up the vehicle I noticed the shine on the outside, now the car was in great shape so it already looked good, but it popped when I walked up and I immediately notice the difference as I could not locate any of the tiny scratches that were there prior. When I opened up the door and looked inside the interior looked like it was new, now it is nine years old so it had some wear, but it looked absolutely great! Never had I seen it so nice. When I open up the back hatch and look at the back that also popped! The engine was also jumped out at you when you opened up the hood. I could not have done a better job myself and I do not say that very often! Now that is a complement my family would say, knowing me.I am extremely pleased with how the car looks and not only will I have my other vehicles done by her, I will also be recommending her to my friends.On top of the price, I gave a 20% tip which I think is appropriate. While she was cheaper than any of the other detailers I had contacted, the quality was top notch!Oh and one other note, I did not choose S M Detailing because they were the cheapest, as I had already contacted another detailer who I was waiting on to get back to me, but did not get back to me for two days, In the mean time I called Michelle as I needed the car detailed that same week. So glad the other guy did not get back to me sooner, worked out for the best!ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND USING HER!This review may be a little long, but I felt I was obligated to provide the same attention to this review as Michelle did to our vehicle.

Our friends both had their vehicles detailed by Michelle last week, both of their vehicles looked awesome and they were very happy, My husband had his Q5 done yesterday and the SUV looks like he just drove it off the show room floor. My A4 goes in on Monday, it is 6 years old and has been somewhat neglected and I have every confidence that Michelle will restore it to like new. I will definitely post another review on my vehicle on Monday.
