What ever you do do not use Sean Adams and his brother John Adams to do any floor work you need done you will have nothing but headaches and shoddy workmanship! Not only do they hit you up for more money half way thru the instal but I had to actually go out and pick up material due to John not able to pay for it. They left glue all over the floor ( I had 3 rooms a small hallway foyer and dining room done). They ripped down my baseboard when they were supposed to put the new floor up to it and then put 1/4 round up so an added expense! When they put new baseboard up they siliconed it rather then using finishing nails which is the correct way! There was silicone all over my walls wrong color T mouldings that do not match the floor!Too much else to mention but all documented with pictures and other documentation.After empty promises and ignored text and phone calls from Sean I will be seeking other legal remedies

Hired company for outdoor lanai tile installation. My husband and I try when ever possible to use neighborhood businesses as opposed to big box stores. This is a family owned and operated business. Very happy with pricing, scheduling and overall communication. The installer, Joe, is truly skilled and diligent. The end result is a beautifully tiled lanai.

The owner, Sean Adams, and his daughter, Emily, are complete scam artists.Heres how they do it:They win the bid by having the lowest quote.Then, after they get your house completely torn apart, they come to you and say I am so sorry but I mis-measured. So unfortunately I cant complete the job unless you give me another $2000.In a place like Palm Coast, where most of their customers (aka Victims) are older, its worked great.Stay as far away from these crooks as you can....I just wish someone had warned us before they ran the scam on us.If you want to verify this for yourself, insist on meeting the person who will install your floor BEFORE you hand them a check. They will make lots of excuses why that cant meet this request, but you need to insist - or become their next victim.We are considering taking legal action.Their license needs to be taken away.

I have nothing but great things to say about Floor Specialists. Their customer service is outstanding. Emily was so helpful when we stopped in the showroom when we had no idea where we wanted to even begin. She set up an appointment for her dad (Sean) to come out and take a look at what we were working with. Within that same week, they had my material ordered and delivered. My installer (Joey) was just as great and theyve left me speechless with the work they accomplished here. I would recommend this company to anyone in need.

I am incredibly impressed with the quality of work performed by Floor Specialists. The attention to detail and above par service made my remodeling experience a pleasent one. I would recommend Floor Specialists to anyone looking to begin the remodeling process.

They sent Joe over. He measured and got back to me with price very quickly. I met Joyce in the office and picked out materials. The could not have ben nicer to deal with. Fast service, very professional worker, Joe was well equipped, and I just ordered a seecond job on another part of the house from them.

Unfortunately I have to pick a star, if given the option I wouldn’t even give this company a single one. There customer service is awful, doesn’t seem like a single person is on the same page at all. Then they get mad at you because you are telling them what you were told by another family member/employee. My 11 year old witnessed one of the installers speaking horribly to another. Calling him “stupid” saying “a slow person could do it better”. I deal with special needs children and that was highly offensive. When voicing concerns to Emily she was beyond rude. I get that it’s a “family business” and you feel a certain need to protect it but being rude and nasty is no way to keep your business going. Her first response was to defend her employees actions rather then understanding that I do not take lightly to bullying or someone making the remarks he did. Seems the father is the only one with customer service and knows what it takes to make a customer happy. We had planned on having more renovations done to our home by this company till we really started working with them. That will not be happening, I suggest supporting another family owned company that values there customers and takes pride in there customer service.

I had my bathroom redone a few weeks ago and Floor Specialists & Trim made what could have been a Nightmare job the most pleasant experience with their professionalism and dedication. Thanks guys! I really do love my bathroom remodel!!

This may have once been a legitimate business, but it certainly isn’t now.They only have one employee who does the actual work - Everyone else is overhead just trying to get your check so they can rob Peter to pay Paul.They ripped me off terribly.Highly recommend, as an earlier reviewer commented, make sure you talk to the guy who will actually do the work before you hand them any money.You will be amazed at the number of scams they’ve run!

This was the worst experience of my life. They are very nice and helpful, UNTIL they get your money.I thought we were the only ones they cheated but we experienced the same scam as the last couple reviews.They waited until they had our house completely torn apart before very solemnly explaining they had made a mistake.Then they said the only way they could keep working on our floor is if we gave them more money.If I wasn’t too old, I would have decked the owner, Sean Adams.But instead I’m embarrassed to say, we just gave him more money.These people are absolutely horrible and need to be put out of business!

Have been promised for 6 months that they would come and do some repair work and still have not shown up. I would not recommended this company.
