I called yesterday to inquire about protecting the sole on my Christian Louboutin loafers. I brought them in this morning and told the gentlemen I wanted to wear them next week, but they will be closed. He told me to come pick them up today.. I was very impressed by the same day service as well as the options he offered to put on the sole of my shoe. The red is identical to the Louboutin sole, and it covers a large portion of the sole from the toe to the center of the foot.

Weve frequented the West Palm store for years. This is a hard working older European couple who are a wonderful team of cobbler & seamstress from a time where things were built to last & care for years.They are direct in their approach but no one will try harder, be honest and do better quality work.Plus they are quite affordable.As a small business, I try to bring cash for my transactions.He has repaired & re-soled shoes.She replaced a hidden zipper(very difficult repair work) on my Gucci dress & altered his Brooks Bros pants.If you respect the honed craft of this local business, you will be quite satisfied with the quality of work.

Amazing work! I needed to replace a heel tip on a pair of Louboutins and could not find a place in Jupiter comfortable doing it. Saks fifth recommended Sparkle and I’m so happy I found them.. I ended up getting the heel fixed and adding a red rubber sole. They looked amazing.. I had the rubber sole done on a pair for my sister and another pair of mine. He also repaired stitching on a pair of leather flats. I will never go anywhere else for any shoe repairs! Well worth the drive from Jupiter

Rude and pricey for one...me being a first time costumer, I expected to be treated better than the rude service I got from them, they get agitated when u ask them questions, if I bring my purse in to get service best believe I will be asking question on what they gone do to it...I don’t care if they do good work or not, I will never step foot in that store again and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there...PURE RUDENESS‼️❗️‼️

Took my Belgians as per the suggestion from the Belgian store to have the rubber sole bottoms added. Couldn’t be happier! Excellent service!

First impression alway makes the big difference! I read the good review online as my wife needed to get some work done on her heels. The guy I spoke to was very rude and not friendly. His responses were very sarcastic. Not the kind of customer service I expected being a first time customer.
