The best! Have had several opportunities to work with them. Once for a Cartier watch battery and browsing the gorgeous jewelry at the Worth Ave store. Another time through social media and online shopping. Both interactions top service. If you know Cartier watch batteries they are a hassle to change. Done with a smile on the house- wowed me! Will shop here for the best treatment, high end jewelry and high end courteous, respectful, responsive, accurate top notch service and reasonable trustworthy quality and value. Refreshing to know there are still some true high end, high quality places that never falter out there!

I purchased a diamond for my wife and needed to find the perfect setting. I left that part to my wife. Without exaggeration we visited at least 6 high end jewelry stores and also an open concept store where there were numerous jewelry dealers. A couple times we came close to buying but it never felt 100% right. When my wife met Eric in the Worth Ave location and spotted a setting she loved, the rest was magic. After 4 months of looking the diamond was set and on her finger in 24 hours. She is thrilled so I am thrilled, happy wife, happy life. Thanks Eric!

What is the website is not reality. Ordered a watch to be shipped overnight hours later they offered to send it in a few days. despite paying for overnight shipping. This is place is not what is seems. No alternatives offered, and by the way it is not a discount place. Stay away if you can from on-line shopping from them.By the way I got an Email from the EVP offering a gift certificate to take down this review.

Was there the other day looking for a necklace for my daughter. The staff there was absolutely amazing, especially Ashley with whom I mainly worked with. I really don’t know much about jewelry and she was super helpful in finding something perfect for my little one! I had a great experience working with Brian S. last weekend when I popped in with my girlfriend. Brian was super knowledgeable about Rolex and the watch industry in general.

Stopped by to inquire about a watch I have been eyeing for some time. Although the watch was not available, Brian did an outstanding job answering all my questions and explained the current state of affairs on the watch market! The store is conveniently located inside the mall, has a great selection of jewelry and carries various watch brands ( Cartier, Tudor, IWC, etc).

My mother had such a pleasurable experience working with Ashley and she wants the world to know! Ashley was so helpful and knowledgeable and such a delight to work with. She didnt pressure as she was picking a watch. She was very patient and wanted to make sure my mom loved the watch before purchasing it. I would go back in a heartbeat.

The best customer service hands down that I’ve ever experienced! Such an amazing jewelers ! My fiancé and I have been working now with both Ada and Kyle for a little over a month now . They didn’t have any of the loose diamonds in the store that we were looking for so they ordered some for us to come in and pick the perfect stone for my ring ! Ada ordered them that day from just me calling the store once . They have given us a really amazing experience !When we went to other jewelers we were mistreated by some bad customer service and trying to get us to buy rings that were out of his budget and that weren’t worth what they were asking for .Hamilton’s has been amazing! My fiancé is always a very hard worker and always so busy due to work that we had to wait weeks after the stones arrived to even see them. When we finally got to go In because he was free for a couple hours we couldn’t believe how wonderful the service was, and how beautiful the stones were ! We picked out the D color Marquis for my ring and I can’t wait for the setting to come in and for them to build it together for us . Ada has been amazing on keeping me updated about the diamonds and about the ring mount. Kyle even offered to bring the stones by our place so we could look at them ! We however went in and even were able to look at the diamonds outside to really see them shine !Ada listened to me, she kept in contact with me, she went above and beyond for us ! She was there for us and never tried to push a sale . Kyle when he showed us the diamonds he was so friendly, and made us feel very welcome . I recently had the misfortune of losing my Chanticler Bell while on a vacation. That bell has significant sentimental meaning to me. I was heartbroken. I then had the GOOD fortune to work with Ashley at Hamilton jewelers in Palm Beach to replace my bell. She was able to quickly work with Chanticler in CAPRI and secure a beautiful bell for me. Ashley knew how important this Bell/blessings from heaven was to me and she took great care and interest in helping me. She truly is an angel and helped me mend my broken heart. Palm Beach ordered my Patek Philippe watch for me, Princeton located the rare timepiece I had selected, Palm Beach set me up with my new watch, and then I stopped in at Palm Beach Gardens and they happily put another link in my watch bracelet. You cant ask for more than that!

My husband bought his Breguet watch there and me a pair of diamond huggie earrings, which I love. Amanda is absolutely FABULOUS to work with, in fact everyone there is GREAT! I highly recommend them.
