I needed it a tube and extender for my tri bike...and then I met Patrick. What a knowledgeable man!!Of course he fixed it with some tricks ... but that’s not the most important thing I got there... He’s history of triathlon! I’d just have a flat a week just to hear stories from him.Thanks Patrick! I hope I could ride with you one day. I promise not to talk...just listen to you!

We had a great bike rental experience with Top Cycle on the last day of 2020. The bikes were great and the shop is just 2 blocks from the bike trail. Patrick was very friendly and helpful. A+ experience.

Highly would recommend coming here if you need your bike repaired my 29 bmx bike caught a flat and Patrick was able to replace my tube and help me get back on the road he also let me use his tool for some quick adjustments definitely go check them up if you live in the area

My wife called to ask a basic question regarding bike rentals and the guy on the phone was kinda rude. kinda rude is still rude which is why i past on their services and gave it one star. it costs NOTHING to be polite.

Patrick, owner, is a nice guy and very knowledgeable. Went out of his way to accommodate me which was much appreciated. Some high end gear for purchase / rent, and well maintained. Classic Seven I rented was in top shape despite being 15 years old - a pleasure to ride.

I arrived in Palm Beach after a long bike trip with my chain dirty and shot, and my tires ridiculously low. I was fortunate to discover Top Cycle a short distance from my hotel. Patrick patiently explained to me how to take better care of my bike and found the time to slot in a thorough maintenance so I could be off again early the next morning. I am deeply grateful for his help, expertise and patience. Im not sure I would have made it the 30 miles home without his expert service. It certainly wouldnt have been as much fun as it was (or as fast!).

Solid shop for rentals and repairs. There is also a decent selection of gear and bikes too. Dont listen to the tire-kickers that want to get fitted and unfriendly reviews - if you are serious about buying a bicycle or have $5-10 for minor repairs/help this place will take care of you - dont forget its Palm Beach folks!!! Lastly, the owner has a wealth of information for first time racers which really helped my girlfriend in her triathlon.

Top Cycle fixed my Townie right the first time! I went to the other place first and when they didnt fix my bike properly I took it to Top Cycle. In two days the bike was like new again at a fair price. I highly recommend Patrick to fix your bike.

Bad introduction to this bike store centrally located on Palm Beachs main thoroughfare. My bikes tires were so flat i had to deliver it by car. Patrick, whom i assume is the owner, pumped up my tires out front, while admonishing me for not having my own pump. When he was finished, he told me i owed him $5!! i thought he was joking, but he assured me he wasnt. Such an unfriendly policy to a potential new biking customer!

Patrick is an awesome guy!! I hadnt ridden a bike in years until i stumbled upon his shop. I went from riding a fuji mountain bike which he happens to sell to riding a road bike with cleats that attach to the pedals. He gave me an incredible deal on a slightly used road bike and even gave me some pointers. Under his tutorship i went from barely riding up and down Jupiter island to riding 60-70 miles up to Hutchinson island and 3-4 days a week. And now i can honestly say i can pump up my own tires and even fix a flat!!!! Thank Pat!!!

Patrick was very helpful, when it came to helping me pick a quality bike . He very polite and customer friendly . You should definitely come to his store ! If you need a good bike thats the place to go, Topcycle!

I just left there and I implore you to NEVER GO TO THIS SHOP! This guy is a JACK ASS! I wanted to get fitted for a bike and he refused. I asked if there was a bike I could sit on to get a feel...he said SIT ON? OH NOOOOO. My bikes dont have pedals. He said, Ive been doing this for 30 years...youre a 56-58. I said, ok, what about bars and seat position.....the guy walked away and screamed from the back...I CANT HEAR YOU. Luckily, there as a customer in the shop who said, my bike is outside, sit on that and tell me how it feels. I do.When that guy comes out, I ask him questions and he was very nice. We introduced each other and he said his name was Nate....I told him mine.The guy came out and said...SEE WHAT I TELL YOU? I looked at him and turned to Nate....Asked Nate questions that the moron at the bike shop should be answering, and Nate said, YOU REALLY NEED TO GET A GOOD FITTING. I said, Thats why Im here. He said...I KNOW...IM SORRY.I asked a few other questions and we shook hands and left. The level of unprofessionalism and douchebaggery was amazing. But he is on Palm Beach Island, and well..he is allowed to be that way. When I get my bike and I will probably ride across County Line Rd like many other cyclists...I will definitely not stop there...even if I need it.His unprofessionalism was not unexpected for Palm Beach Island...but Unexpected for this degree. Even his other customers were disgusted.I hope his shop fails and burns down and the insurance company refuses to pay....and he loses everything. But Im over it.NO STARS...I only have to do one to get this published!
