HORRIBLE SERVICE ! They do not know how to service pools. For months our pool has looked like this and they can not service it correctly. I called the company today and the response was “we e-mailed you” . I work from home and I see the guys coming in and they have never mention anything to me. I have always have to tell them to please clean it well. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE, Specially if you have small children and enjoy the pool. My experience with them has been just horrible and frustrating. Every time we call, the manager or owner ( whoever that is ) give us an attitude and blames others and even us (the customer). Don’t waist your money or your time with this company. I can not express in words how HORRIBLE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. I have heard the same story from friends and neighbors that have used this company before. REALLY BAD !

I needed help with my pool and new heater .The valves were complicated and the pool was green. Kurt from Pinch a Penny came to my house and went above and beyond to explain how they work and what I should do . Kurt was excellent and I would definitely recommend him and Pinch a Penny to anyone who needs help with their pool and great customer service !

Paid $25 for a skimmer basket that sells for $10 across town and $7 on Amazon. Wont shop there again.

Kurt came out to look at it and it was leaking around pvc from the previous pool guy and it was fixed . Being honest about repairs goes along way with me . Thanks Again.

I was one of the first customers when Kevin and Susan opened the store. It was clear to see they were good business people but it became readily apparent to also see they are good people! I seldom make recommendations but I have recommended them to everyone who has asked me about where I think the best pool store in the area is.

Its not every day you run across such nice, professional and helpful people. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them and will be calling this company for my future pool needs. If I could have done my entire pool project with Susan and her crew I would have, and next time around I will!

Wow, they made me a pool expert! My pool was old, green, worn out, ugly. P-A-P turned it to sparkling clean, clear water, just perfect! Motors are running again, filters are filtering again, light works again. Even my wife is pleased! Thanks Susan and staff at P-A-P PGA National.
