Needed some repair work on the setting for my “Real de a Ocho” or Silver Peso, from the Santa Maria de la Consolacion, a Spanish galleon sunk off the coast of Ecuador in 1681. The Jewelry Doctor reworked the setting and reset the diamond in my 1679 silver coin. I am thrilled with the results. The Management, Sales & Artist teams worked beautifully together and provided amazing results and a very positive experience. I highly recommend The Jewelry Doctor. .

The did a great job resizing my engagement ring. I was super nervous about it. All my life I thought I was a 7.25 until I got my engagement ring and it was huge on me. They sized my finger and I’m actually a 5! The ring looks and fits great and they did it quickly! Thanks so much! Would definitely recommend.

I had to get my ring cleaned and inspected to keep up with the warranty from a different store in another state and they provided a free inspection and cleaning service. They even followed up with writing a note of completion to present to the store the warranty is held with. While briefly waiting, I got myself into trouble falling in love with their inventory, especially the dabloon and sunken treasure case.

I am a customer for life after going here for jewelry repair for my diamond hoop earrings that kept falling out of my ears. They gave me completely different posts that are so secure my ears would have to fall off to lose them now lol. I was so impressed with the quality and price of the work here, I came back a week later and gave them the rest of my jewelry to clean, resecure a 3krt gem stone that was not properly set and rhodium a few pieces. Everything was done fast and my jewelry has never looked so good! I will never go anywhere except The Jewelry Doctor. The staff is so nice, helpful and frankly wouldnt mind having cocktails and hang out with them! Great people.

My chain clamp was broken and needed to get fixed, and this place did exactly that. They even went to wash my chain and fix it all in about 5 minutes. They also did all of that for free. Very nice and professional as well. Highly recommend this place

I was in desperate need of resizing my engagement ring for many years and after 2 babies.. but I was so nervous to bring to just any jeweler and leave it there. After speaking with Natalie on the phone, she made me feel very comfortable leaving such a sentimental piece of jewelry with her. After having a Horrible experience with International Diamond Center, I took my ring to them to get it correctly sized! They treated me with respect and genuinely cared about me and the terrible situation I went through. They had my ring ready sooner than expected and everything was perfect!

I went to The Jewelry Doctor to have my Fiancées engagement ring made and it came out better than I could have ever imagined. I was lucky enough to get the diamond from her mother that has been passed thru her family and a setting from my mom that my step dad used to propose. My fiancée always wanted a square engagement ring but the diamond was round so they suggested adding a square halo. I took their advice and was told it would be ready in a couple weeks. Less than a week later the ring was ready and I couldn’t believe how great it looked. The prices were very reasonable but the service is what really blew me away.

Fair price, great customer service, trustworthy.To start this off- I inherited a gold bracelet from my deceased grandfather. The bracelet was a little too large for me and I decided to get 2 links removed for it to fit me better.First I went to a different jewelers right by Papa Johns and the Eye Lash Extension Salon across the street. The Jewelers wife was at the front and I told her what I wanted to get done on my chain bracelet. She said okay.... then told me I needed to remove 4 links... and then add more gold filling in between the clasp!! While insulting my intelligence and imagination, she called her husband over. They began speaking in another language (to make sure I wouldnt understand them) and told me it would cost $135 after they finished talking to each other. Keep in mind I only needed two links removed. Then I got up to leave and tried to shake hands with her (she reluctantly did). Those people are con artists!My next stop was obvious because The Jewelry Doctor was so close by. As I walked in I received a warm greeting by Danny. I also noticed multiple other customers and I took that as a good sign because the last place I went to had absolutely no customers. I talked with Danny and explained to him what I was looking to get done with my bracelet. He was EXCELLENT with customer service. I felt comfortable enough to leave my bracelet with them because they seemed very trustworthy and honest. The price was around $35 to get the two links removed and there was a complementary polishing, and a two day wait. When I came to pick up my piece Danny was there again and showed me my bracelet. First thing I noticed was how shinny it was! It looked absolutely flawless and brand new. The work done on it was not even noticeable. I received the two extra links in a little baggie.I could not possibly be more satisfied with the flawless work and customer service. If I could rate this 1 million stars I would. Hopefully this review gets noticed by somebody. Bottom line- If you want to be treated well, go the the Jewelry Doctor and dont waste your time with any other place!! I will DEFINITELY be returning in the future If I ever need work done again.

The women who works there is very unprofessional after i decided I didnt want to fix my ring because it wasnt to big of a deal because it was still wearable but I still wanted to pay for it to be cleaned she became very rude and told me she didnt want to and she wasnt going to. The price to fix the ring was not unreasonable but that womens personality is awful and I wont be coming back because of her.
