Dr. Quasha and his staff are amazing. I have been going to him for 15 years and Ive only had great experiences. His hygienists are thorough and knowledgeable and Dr. Quasha is the best! Not only is his work meticulous his personality puts me at ease when I have to get work done. I cant say enough nice things about his practice!

I was hesitant in scheduling due to the most recent reviews. I will say that it was a great experience. Diana gave me such a thorough cleaning! The doctor was funny. The whole staff was joking and smiling. The lady at the front is super knowledgeable with insurances and treatment. Needless to say, Ive found my home!

10/10. Beauty, Brains, Good Work and Good Times. Feel like Im writing a date review! Haha...but its about my dental visit. Broke 2 teeth 4wheeling. Got me in right away. Bummed my medicaid didnt cover my bridge, but thats the way it goes! The manager explained what services were covered and not covered and provided me with financing options. Knocked it out same day! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!! The doctor could be a comedian. PS great hair Lol

I absolutely will never set foot in this place again. The cleaning was most uncomfortable I have ever had. Dr. Quasha makes it clear he has absolutely no time for you, and rushes in and out of the room. In the 30second exam he gave me, he pressed very hard on one of my teeth. While I may have needed a filling at some point in the future, it is now an emergency as he damaged the tooth and it is causing a lot of discomfort. I will not return to them for this.

I do not like going to the dentist. I have many years between visits, and a general unwillingness to have work done. With that said, I highly recommend this office.Kristins kindness and professionalism over the phone was why I decided to book the appointment in the first place. At the conclusion of my initial visit, she sat down with me to review my dental plan, making sure to answer all my questions.Ivory has been the DA with me on my multiple visits (I am having a good amount of work done). She is both caring and gentle, which helps a lot when you are in the chair.Dr. Quasha knows how to get in there and do some quality work. I also appreciate his ability to be both direct and honest. Again, highly recommend going to see him if you are looking for a great dentist.

Emergency visit - I moved from the northeast so I did not have a local dentist. Dr.Quasha and his staff were accommodating and professional. The front desk girls were helpful and clearly communicated the entire process -start to finish. They got me in right away and doc was wonderful, I had zero pain during the procedure, and little recovery time. I highly recommend Dr.Quasha and his team !

I have never had such a pleasant experience at the dentist in my life! My dental hygienist Mary was thorough, efficient and actually made my teeth cleaning a fun experience. Kristen and all the ladies at the front desk were very patient with me and so kind. They were such a happy bunch of girls that they were actually singing while they worked. The doctor was also such a pleasant man and willing to work with me on a plan I could afford. Overall experience was extremely pleasant!

The worst place in the world do not go here the front office lady is probably the worst employee to ever exist she left me a very rude voicemail after she blocked her number and called me back after I called her rude and unprofessional … is this really real ?? They do their job and the doctor is so nice but he needs to check his staff. They have attitudes for no reason and are very impatient with customers. They work at a FAMILY dental place and these qualities are essential yet they can’t learn it.

Great experience with this office. Super clean and organized. Had the room ready for me at my appointment time. Dr. was very detailed with me, and explained my treatment plan in full. The hygienist was very patience with my deep cleaning, and really got in there and cleaned me incredibly well. So thankful. Will be my new spot for dental care!

This man should not be practicing dentistry or be allowed to treat patients, certainly not young patients. We were forced to use this office through our insurance after our long-time dentist retired and the office is currently changing hands and does not accept our insurance. First, we were told we needed to come in for the standard visit, x-rays and meet the doctor, and then we could schedule an appointment for cleanings. I had x-rays done within the last year and have them from my previous office that graciously provided them to patients so that our new office would have them on file. The woman on the phone sounds so unprofessional, I would have thought I was calling a bar or nightclub by the tone in her voice. Despite my gut instinct, I booked the first appointment anyhow. What a mistake, the front desk staff had music loudly playing and were talking poorly about one of the other staff members, the dr. came out and joined in and made some very racial comments that made me nervous, he was talking about the staff member. My family is mixed race and to have someone in his position speaking in that manner is not only disgusting but also needs to be shared within the community. There is no place for that, period.UPDATE: 06/28/2020Im unsure of the position held by the person who responded to my original review and while I appreciate their honesty and sharing their personal family ethnicity, I find it even more upsetting that they are subjected to the type of environment I witnessed during our visit. The young lady working for the dentist who was of color was spoken to and then made fun of based on her skin color. He did so directly in front of me and then attempted to laugh it off and even tried to get me to agree with him. If the comments were made in a joking manner, its still not the place or environment for it. The young woman assisting him looked very uncomfortable and I felt horribly for her. I couldnt get myself and family out of that office quick enough. To respond to your comment about locating our family name, Cohen is the last name but we do not use our real first names online as we are a foster parent family and cannot use our real names for obvious reasons. I do not wish to be contacted by you or the office, we have moved onto a new dental professional.

Great dental experience with this practice. I have major anxiety when going to the dentist. I am a new patient of Dr. Quashas due to my dentist retiring. The entire staff is professional and caring and Dr. Quasha has a great dental chair side manner! I highly recommend them.

Dr. Quasha is simply amazing. Every appointment I’ve had has brought laughter and smiles, how ironic big smiles at the dentist right? His office is so awesome when insurance covered more than expected they called to give me a refund! Most places would have just kept my money! I am not going to write about the issues I have with this dentist at this time as I am going to try to, in good faith, attempt to resolve the ongoing issues with the doctor.Update: This doctor has not given me my medical records despite requesting them since December 28th. It has been over two months.My insurance sent me to another dentist who agreed with me. The insurance said they will take care of this and they will deal with Dr. Quasha.

Im not a big fan of the dentist so when I woke up with a throbbing toothache and a swollen jaw the size of a golf ball, especially during this pandemic I was NOT thrilled. My mother referred me to Dr. Quasha because she had work done on her teeth a few years back and was very happy with the outcome. Ive never been much of a phone person and was extremely pleased to be able to communicate fast and effectively through email. I made an appointment, called when I arrived and was greeted at the door for a temperature check and then taken to my room. After xrays Dr.Quasha throughly went through everything with me and gave me a few options of how I wanted to proceed. The ladies at the front desk were helpful and friendly. Masks were worn by all staff and social distancing was taken into account. I made a return appointment to have 4 extractions and was sent home with a prescription for antibiotics. My procedure went smooth and was pain free and I couldnt be happier with the service I have received so far. Pricing was very reasonable and I will definitely have additional work done in the future. Thank you Dr.Quasha and all your staff for a great job done and for making me feel so comfortable and at ease while at your office and for keeping safety a top priority!

I went to Dr. Quasha about a year ago, after evaluation he says that he doesn’t accept my 2 insurance, Humana PPO and Solstice, he offered me to pay $1000 out of my pocket and not deal with insurance companies. I was in pain so I accepted to pay, unfortunately I never checked with my insurance, he ended up billing them as well. He had to redo my crown about three time until he got it right.A year later (a week ago) after a root canal I had on my tooth, Dr. Quasha and his staff got to know that I had contacted my insurance company with the quote (which is double what my insurance told me I would owe for a crown). when I got to my appointment they were so abrupt and unfriendly, I waited an hour to be seen and when they took me in the back, Dr. Quasha came for almost 2 minutes, was very unfriendly and short. He didn’t answer to any question I asked, and told me bluntly to go check with the front desk before any answer he could give me.His helper escorted me out to the front desk to hear that they have to hear from my insurance company.I got someone from my insurance on the phone, and I also offered to pay cash and get reimbursed later, his staff said because I contacted my insurance they can’t help me.For anyone going to Dr. Quashas practice, I suggest please call your insurance and get some knowledge of what’s covered. If you hear nonsense of there’s a D2999 code that doesn’t exist query the practice on what they are charging you.I care less to go to an unethical practice who cares more about money than patient in pain, what’s worse is that I offered to pay and they didn’t accept because they knew my insurance company were going to nail their fraudulent charges.Obviously this doctor is all about the money and he cares less about his patients. I DO NOT RECOMEND Dr. Quasha TO ANYONE INCLUDING FRIENDS AND FAMILY. If there was less than 1 star rating I would have picked it.

Dr. Quasha and his team were awesome! Even with all the added Covid19 protocols, I didn’t have to wait long and the new patient process was smooth! The visit was pain-free and my teeth feel great! The staff were all very friendly. I look forward to my next visit.

This office has wonderful customer service! Kristen is so nice and goes above and beyond to help the patient. The male dental hygienist( don’t want to spell his name wrong) is one of the best and most friendly dental hygienists I’ve had. He was very informative and so nice. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while, I was very nervous and he made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Q was very honest, upfront and didn’t try to up sell anything that wasn’t needed.I read reviews before coming here and I admit they made me a bit nervous. But after coming here it was nothing like the reviews explained. For example waiting in the waiting room for a long time... I never waited longer than 10 mins if that.

Can you give 10 Stars, that has been my experience with this office. I’ve been a client for several years, elite service, very minimal wait, greets me by my name, goes above what is promised and genuinely cares for patients. No hard sell or bs stuff. Professional, Honest, Caring, Entertaining at times, I always leave feeling my business is appreciated and I’m in the best possible care regardless of cost. This is not the puppy mill dentistry popping up all over this is almost concierge type feeling (and he takes my Insurance). Staff is absolutely and extension of Dr Q, happy to see you, respectful. Knowledgeable and caring. If you want the best treatment and value give them a call, I’m happy I did.

I don’t like this dentist because the last time I was there he filled a tooth for me a left the feeling hight and I told him, he was such in a rush to take care his other client and left it like that, so when I was eating after few days my tooth crack and made and appointment so he can fixed and then he wanted to charge me so much money when it was his fault from the beginning.

The woman in the front desk is very very very rude. Dentist is nice, there is a woman who did my cleaning who is also very very nice.

The front desk staff need work, theres a way to conduct a conversation on the phone without interrupting, attitude, or annoyance. Marissa needs coaching on how to professionally speak to anyone calling the office. Definitely was not satisfied with the tone of the conversation, she was of no help to me at all.

I was just there for a initial examination for a few procures that D.Quasha will be performing and I always get a little nervous going to the dentist. Dr.Quasha and his staff are very welcoming and talk with you and are very professional, they engage with you and really make a connection. Great Dentist and staff always has a smiling face and is very helpful. I have been to many dentists over the years and never have felt as comfortable as I do with Dr. Quasha. In response to their reply.....I went to a different dentist and didnt pay a dime out of pocket for the exam x-rays, or the prescriptions for antibiotics (as I had a serious infection) and pain medication. Did require a co- pay when I returned to get some actual work done on the problem, but they didnt charge me for the initial visit as the insurance informed me there would be no charge for. Theyve just added lying (to cover their inappropriate business actions) to their wonderful list of attributes. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FINDING A REAL, HONEST, CARING DENTIST.They care more about the money in their pocket than they do about the health of their clients. After contacting my insurance to set a primary dentist they picked Dr. Quasha because of location. They assured me that there would be absolutely NO cost out of pocket regardless of treatments provided, I scheduled an appointment with this office. I was in excruciating pain and called them about calling in a prescription for an antibiotic and something for pain until I could get there for the appointment they scheduled. They stated they had to see me before calling anything in which is understandable and they offered to see me that afternoon so I went in. Sat in the waiting room (in excruciating pain) for 20 minutes before they finally acknowledged me to request a co-pay. I informed them that I had already spoke with my insurance company and they explained that there was no out of pocket to be paid directly to the dentist. The very young (probably very inexperienced) girl then proceeded to rudely demand a co-pay or no service. So I thanked them for their inadequacies and went to the nearest ER to get the help I needed. I will NEVER go back and the only person I would refer here would be my worst enemy. IJS

I had a crown put in by a different dentist and I can barely get the dental floss between my teeth; I left him and a year later I I found Dr. Quasha. The crown Dr. Quasha put in was flawless, I could get dental floss in between my teeth and it was spaced exactly like it should be. Dr. Quasha did a fantastic job and he was very friendly and his staff was fantastic as well. I would definitely recommend this dentist, he is outstanding. I am glad I found him and I will definitely keep him as my dentist for as long as I I am living in the Palm Beach Gardens area. By The way I am not one to write a review at all.

PATIENT BEWARE!!!! DO NOT USE QUASHA DENTISTRY!!!!! RUN! My first mistake was not reading the bad reviews posted all over google, yelp, and Facebook to name a few before going!!!!! Wow! All with the same complaints I have and worse!!!! (I noticed there were a lot of family and fake “good” reviews, be careful. Listen to the ones that take them time to write about their bad experience because those are the ones that are NOT FAKE) Quasha claims you have “cavities”, when you don’t! They charge a BOGUS fee (insurance code D9911- Desensitizer) for EVERY patient with cavities to make an additional $65–$125 Per patient depending on “how much they use” as they know insurance won’t cover as it’s an unnecessary PROCESS to fill a cavity (especially when the cavity doesn’t exist!) if you mention this BOGUS FEE upfront, they will actually DENY YOU SERVICE -if you have a legit cavity because they know they won’t make that bonus on you! I got 2nd opinions from other DENTISTS with the same or better education and they were appalled of his claims... Let’s just say that other dentists opinions of Quasha’s reputation Is unfavorable to say the least in the industry. The 2 dentist I shared my experience with BOTH SAID ITS NOT THE FIRST COMPLAINT THEY’VE HEARD REGARDING HIM and HIS RUDE FRONT DESK STAFF.Now for you (Marissa?) who worked her way up to front desk receptionist... I felt like I was speaking to a rude, uneducated, careless with their words, unprofessional individual and quite frankly surprised she’s still holding her job, but then again if you read Dr Quashes BS responses to former complaints, I’m not surprised. I was disgusted by the way she mocked me, interrupted me, and over spoke me.As far as Quasha’s office- DON’T BOTHER RESPONDING to my complaint.... I’m speaking to the people who do their homework BEFORE visiting you and I’m WARNING them of your frivolous charges and fake claims you call “patient treatment plan.”UPDATE 7/10/20 well isn’t that another BULLSH!$ reply! It has nothing to do with the type of insurance... I specifically asked by your coding if they cover and the answer was NO! Your nonsense reply about “treating every one equal regardless of their insurance “, umm.. that goes unsaid and we would expect that from you anyways. If I was to go in to labor, let’s say... and I chose NOT to use an epidural, The hospital is not going to deny me service because I choose not to have an epidural. They will still provide me the best care as possible without it and still will not charge me for an epidural. The way you operate is you charge it out of pocket regardless and deny service if we choose not to want to pay for an unnecessary procedure. It’s not mandatory for every filling across-the-board to use a desensitizer on it. I’ve done my part, I’ve let the community know how fraudulent your practice is, as you seem to already have a bad reputation in the industry amongst other Dentists, so you keep doing what you’re doing and losing patience... the community will read all the one star reviews you’ve accumulated and know that they are real experiences from real patients. You’re rated only 2 stars on YELP and on FB page.

Best experience ever. Michael Quasha DDS is a no non sense dentist tell it like it is real person. He spoke to me, not at me. His office is clean, organized and his staff is extremely accommodating. I felt like I was receiving the most up to date treatment available. I loved my hygienist. I am looking forward to my next visit in Jupiter, FL. I highly recommend this office to everyone.

First of all, I had a very pleasant experience on my first visit. I had a prior dentist that I felt was charging way too much. I also was informed from Dr. Quasha that I had cavities under my crowns from my prior dentist. He was completely accurate. An acquaintance of mine, who is a retired dentist, agreed with Dr. Quasha. Im not sure why some people, mostly ridiculous responses are posting one star. If you have an issue after your appointment, try calling the office back first. Thats what I would do first. Overall, I would definitely recommend this dentist.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Quasha’s for 6 years now with my last visit in early February 2019. In the last 6 months, it appears the office has been through lots of change including their hours. Without calling to inform me, the office unilaterally rescheduled my 8:30am appointment for 10:30am. When I called the front desk, the receptionist Marissa was professional but short, cold, and uninterested. Also, the hours have changed so that the first appointment is at 9:30am and the last appointment is at 3:30pm. The hours are impossible for working parents. I won’t be going back and will search for a new dentist.

I was so impressed with Dr. Quashas expertise, perfectionism, and professionalism when I first met him at Jensen Beach Dental Group that I followed him to his own practice in Jupiter. I have had extensive dental work done over many years and my teeth were a mess after the previous dentist in Jensen. He made my smile beautiful once again, and my husband Mark and I both are patients of his. His office staff, and other professionals are top notch. I had recently moved to Jupiter and had been searching for a dentist for a while. I went to see Dr. Quasha for a chipped front tooth and my experience from start to finish was above and beyond my expectations. The staff was very friendly and the office was beautiful. The bonding was done flawlessly and I was in and out in no time at all. I highly recommend this practice to all!

Staff was friendly, thats it... I had four basic fillings done, the procedure was the most painful I have ever been through, I left crying. Even the X-rays were painful and left my mouth sore and bloody. I ended up going back twice to have them fix the fillings because they caused me so much pain. Three weeks later two of my fillings just fell out while I was brushing my teeth. Went to another dentist yesterday to have it all re done and fixed. No issues, no pain, no problems. DO NOT go here. I wasted a few hundred dollars to leave in excruciating constant pain that lasted months, and then end up having it all redone two months later. I am extremely unsatisfied.

I have NEVER liked going to the dentist until I started going here. The staff is amazing Dr Quasha is very funny. Its like going to see family. I truly believe they do a great job.

It took me five years to find a dentist I trusted. Im very happy here. Staff friendly and professional. Always on time. Dr Quasha is always honest and patient.

I went to Dr Quasha after I had my son. He seemed nice enough. They did my xrays and told me I had three small cavities. I felt funny about that because I have had negative experiences with dentists in the past. The quote to get them filled was a large one. I had to wait until I went back to work to have the cavities filled but I saw A LOT of negatives comments about him in a mom group on Facebook so I never went back. I went to a new dentist in Stuart after moving to hobe sound and had them send my xrays and the new dentist reviewed and said “ good news, no cavities” BEWARE OF THIS DENTIST. I am not the first person that they have prescribed unnecessary treatment for!

I have been bringing my boys for quite sometime here and the last few days have been the worst. Cleaning on a Friday 5/31; they call me on TH 5/30 so I may provide them with updated Insur. info which I do. They say they will call if their are any issues. No call untill half an hour before both my boys cleaning (next day Friday) asking for Insur. info. I than tell them I give them the info already. The Rep. than tells me it will be CASH upfront since they cant verify the Insur. and called the Insur. a few times?? Im already on my way over there by this time! I than call my Insur., have them fax my boys Insur. info. to their office. It only took me 5mins to get through the call and have the Insur. fax the forms. Monday 6/3, another Rep. is calling me asking for Insur. info once again. I explained Every thing was submitted a few days ago, my boys got thier cleaning and I already schedule thier fillings (next day Tuesday) She than states, that she does not know where the other Rep. left thier Insur. info! Very unprofessional! Tuesday 6/4, My oldest has an Appt. at 2pm and my little one at 2:30pm. They didnt see my oldest till 2:48pm. We got here on time and yet, they can not be on time? To top it off, they poke and numb my oldest, then tell me he has no cavity (he was schedule for one filling) How in the world do you make a mistake like that! The front desk, than refunds me my transaction for my oldest but get this.....than its my youngest turn for fillings (he was scheduled for 2 fillings) and out of no where, they tell me while my son is laying down that he has another cavity that magically poped out! So now, since they made a mistake with my oldest, poked him, refunded my transaction for him....now they want to collect for there mistake! Last time my boys will be coming to this place! My poor son (oldest) is still numb after a few hours when he should of never been poked!

Although I liked the patient young lady who worked on my X-ray and Molly at the front desk I didnt like the hygienist that worked on my daughter. Our family have a fear of dentistry because of past experiences they have now added to that fear. I didnt like how we where dealt with. I feel cause I couldnt fork over the money they were asking that the Doctor was rude to us.

Fantastic dental office.Ive had cleanings, fillings, root canals and crowns all done by Dr.Quasha and staff.Highly recommend.

Everyone is very nice and they make you feel comfortable going to the dentist. I was always nervous and scared of going to the dentist and now I dont mind. The doctor is awesome and all the staff.

I was a VERY HAPPY patient for 5+ years who HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this Doctor to many Loved ones. I recently walked into the office a few weeks ago for a cleaning and the office was turned upside down. ALL new employees, (who were Inefficient, UnKind, Unhelpful, and the wait time went from being reasonable to UNREAL... I walked out with a SORE in my mouth after just a cleaning. I called back minutes later(before even pulling out of parking lot to inform them I had a sore in my mouth and they wouldnt even take responsibility and blamed me. Would NEVER EVER EVER GO OR RECCOMEND....Office went to HELL after switch up and needs some SERIOUS HELP!!

Excelent customer service. I felt welcomed and pampered by the staff. I will go back again soon for sure. Prices were better than other offices.

After many years and many many Dentists, I am so fortunate to have found Dr. Michael Quasha. My initial, routine exam involved a thorough, gentle cleaning, and the most detailed X-ray imaging I have ever completed! The hygienist (Grace) took her time knowing that I, like many, deal with sensitivity. And then, Christmas Day. My 5- year old fell and completely knocked out 3 of her baby teeth. After contacting our Pediadontist’s office (where same-day emergencies were not treated on Christmas Day) and not knowing what else to do, I called Dr. Quasha. He immediately examined, obtained imaging on, and then treated my very frightened daughter. She left with stitches, proper antibiotics (including a prescription oral rinse to reduce her chances for infection), and, of course, a smile. He then called the pharmacy ahead of our arrival, ensuring that we would have all necessary meds the same day. A Major Holiday. On his DayOff. And he treated my daughter the way he would have treated one of his own children.Look No Further. You Have Found Your Dentist.

Quashas office made it a point to get me in immediately after I had a horrible toothache. The staff is professional but also personable. They made my root canal PAINLESS and were very gentle - as I had a lot of pain. Ill always recommend this office.

Dishonest!!! Took my daughter here with a groupon. Was told she had 4 cavities AND would require a gum irrigation before any work could be done. Took her to another dentist. At first I didn’t tell him about the visit with Quasha. Showed him the X-rays from Quasha’s office. After exam and observance of x-rays I was told no cavities and no mention of needing a required gum irrigation. Just needed the cleaning. I told my new dentist what Quasha’s office said. ...still scratching our heads!!! Quasha’s office is totally dishonest!!! Don’t go there!!!

Dr. Quasha was an amazing dentist, his staff if friendly and sweet and it was an all around great experience. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for the best experience dentistry.

Its been years since the incident but its been eating at me since then. To me, he would be considered not qualified to be a dentist. In short, I went in with insurance to have a simple procedure. I was high on the 10 plus injections given to me to so I couldnt find the strength to say no when he extracted that tooth saying it was broken at the bottom (not possible). Then went on to attack a pristine tooth to say there was a cavity hidden under it. Again, not possible. I asked for the tooth that was extracted when finished but he used a fall back saying tooth had blood on it, could not allow me to take it. I said, put it in a small bottle with bleach or the like. Again, refused. Always looked nervous like he had taken too much of a prescription. In any case, its never sat easy with me and thought everybody should be aware of these moods. (Im sure it doesnt happen all the time or he would not be in business.) Who wants to take those chances. Review of MICHAEL QUASHA, DMD. P.S. Asked for something only mild for the pain and when filled, it was OXYCODONE. Most addictive drug on the market. Theres more to the story about he only using new tools (that I had to pay for) insurance didnt cover. Hes an expensive mistake.

Dr. Quasha gave new meaning to enjoying food over 14 years ago and Im pleased to say that even as a pesky Dental patient, he keeps me going.

Worst dentist I’ve ever been to.. I went for a cleaning and x rays hurt to get done, also they told me I have TEN cavities which was absurd because I take care of my teeth.. the lady who flossed yanked so hard and made my gums bleed badly. I went to another dentist and they were shocked when I told them this and that they lied to me about the cavities because I didn’t have that many..

My son and I went to Dr. Quasha for some dental works. He did root canals and crowns on both us. My tooth broke under my crown. So lost that crown with big bucks. My son goes to UF. Two days ago he lost his crown. He went to dentist at Gainsville to put that crown back and was charged $132.59 to put it back. We are not happy about it.

Nasty Doctor. I go in for my first appointment to be establish as a patient and I could not belive how rude the Dr. Quasha was to me with series of smart remarks . I am a young girl with several tattoos and a baby also a student at FAU and the assistant secretary of the CEO of Quantim Constructs. I have a few minor hygiene fixes and serious ortho work. Dr. Quasha has the nurve to tell me maybe I should not get braces if I cannot floss(since Im not a frequent flosser) Over $10,000 worth of work in my mouth paied off without insurance and Im spoke to like an amateur. I respond with, maybe I should start flossing instead huh?! Not just that, after, when they wanted to schedule me for a cleaning and filling, I was spoke to like I was not eligible enough to afford the rest of the work and I can always schedule months in advance. unbelievable, I felt very discriminated against and my request will be fulfilled by actual professionals who appreciate local clientele needs.

Scheduled an appointment for standard teeth cleaning Ive always had performed at other Denist offices and was told I had to pay additionally out of pocket for irrigation that my insurance didnt cover. This typically wouldnt raise any alarms however my fiancé went to same Denist a month early and was told same thing; however she declined services and had cleaning performed. When I attempted to decline service I was told they wouldnt perform my regular cleaning.Staff was very defensive and while Im no Denist, it appears to be an unnecessary up charge.
