Stay away from this place. They know it’s Covid but offer no refunds when you can’t travel due to Covid. I was told i needed to continue to pay for a trip they weren’t sure if it was still going to take place?? But also told I could not get a refund on any more money i paid. The cruise lines policy is refunds are issued but this scam office keeps the money. Beware.

This year I went with my husband on an organized tour A group of 19 people, to the magnificent cities of Central and Eastern Europe, beginning in Berlin. everything on the program that we were promised we received. The Accommodations were wonderful with amazing breakfast buffet! and our tour guide, Jeff could not have been nicer. We had the right amount of a free time, and a very good knowledgeable local guides. Most of the attractions were already included in the price, so no surprises during the trip. I highly recommend this trip to anyone who wants to get a taste of these grand cities. We had a great experience with Atlas Cruises & Tours.And definitely well travel with them again!

We just spent a year planning a cruise for over 60 people through Atlas Cruises and Tours. This is my second time using this company and they still FAR exceeded my expectations. Tina and the entire team at Atlas catered to our every need! Not one detail was left undone! We had group dinners, a block of rooms next to one another, a celebration cake, medical needs, young children who needed cribs...the list goes on and on!! Everything was taken care of. I cant recommend this company enough. You will not be disappointed! This was the best vacation weve taken!

Update: In the 8 months since the original post, I have received prompt responses, detailed travel information, and a great sense of customer service from Bella (I think she is the owner). We still have not been on the trip however I am now looking forward to working with this group of professionals who have diligently answered each of my questions and/or emails.I have not even gone on my trip and I have been lied to and brushed off at every step of the way. They tell you something on the phone. Then another rep says something different. They change itineraries without telling the entire group. They say they will email you. And dont. When you call back, they dont want to talk to you because they have not done what they said they would do.Although I am looking forward to my trip (it is already paid for), I am not looking forward to meeting the staff.

Bella from Atlas is AMAZING !!! She helped me throughout the whole way ! Even through my changes she did everything with no problem. I will definetly be going back to her for any other trips.

Every question was answered quickly and every change of plans or request for more information was handled with great courtesy. The trip itself was more than I could ever have imagined. This is a great company and I wouldnt use anyone else.

Used Atlas twice now for Trafalgar tours, they are professional and very quick to respond. Highly recommend, especially Cheryl Kennedy!

Atlas is TERRIBLE! there customer service is awful. Becareful. They BALLOON! the prices and then put you on a payment schedule. When yiu dont meet the schedule they keep your money. Do your bookings directly or use another travel agent.

This was our second tour with GLOBUS thru Atlas Cruises & Tours. My agent was Cheryl Kennedy, she is the best. Our first tour was last year (2014) and it was the great lodges of our national park, in the west. Everything about this tour was outstanding. The lodges and hotels were first class and so was our tour guide Steve.We just returned from our last GLOBUS TOUR, it was a short but great tour. It was in Los Angeles Ca. to see the Rose Bowl Parade.That is something my wife and I had on our bucket list. This tour was very good also.You can not go wrong by traveling with GLOBUS.We will use them again, in fact they also are a part on Avalon River Cruises which we did in 2013 and will do again this year.We wish to thank all the great people at GLOBUS and Avalon and our great agent Cheryl Kennedy.
